THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 230

Amazing Love! How can it be that thou my God should die for me?

Great is the mystery of Godliness, saith the scriptures. GOD was manifest in the flesh! The apostles in unity presented to the then audience, the death, burial and resurrection message. The audience's reaction to their presentation was to ask of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Really what shall we do? This was and is the sin of sins, even though we were not there during the apostle's time. The message still reigns true today. For the once and for all sacrifice of the Lord of Glory enabled all of Adam’s fallen race to decide their destiny.
God by Himself obtained and offered redemption to one and all as a free gift. Redemption is not the new birth. Whosoever will upon choosing redemption are immediately redeemed back to the exact conscious awareness as Adam was, prior to him consciously choosing disobedience to God.

Choose this day who it is you desire to serve! JESUS (the second Adam who is the Lord from heaven) said, "Except one be born again of water and of the Spirit they cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven." And neither can they enter.

The garden of Eden is not the second Adam's permanent residence. yes it was the second Adam JESUS from Heaven who redeemed us and set us free from Satan’s prison. JESUS introducing us into this glorious liberty of all redeemed persons enabled us so that we can make a rational decision as to who it is that we willingly desire to follow.

What shall we do? An important question. The apostles in Acts 2 provided a response. Make a conscious choice. A decision. For from JESUS side came forth blood and water. Not only did blood come forth from JESUS side but water and blood. When the question was asked the apostles told the assembled that the Lord of Glory suffered, bled, and died pouring out His blood and water willingly for one and all.

They were then instructed to repent (for committing the sin of sins consenting to the crucifixion of the Lord of Glory, shedding the blood of the Holy Spirit of God which was in JESUS veins). The next step, as outlined in Acts 2 was to be baptised into a watery grave into the name of their redeemer, the LORD JESUS.

From Jesus side came forth blood and water. JESUS shed His blood and in so doing paid in full for our full redemption - forgiveness of all sin. The watery grave (immersion) buries and puts death to your Adamic cursed life. And upon being raised from under the water we arise with and in JESUS as a New Creation.

As Acts 2 points out, there were 3000 persons who were gladly baptised that day. I trust that you will do likewise. When you repent and are baptized, then we become eligible to receive the gift of the Spirit Of God, which Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus. His Holy Spirit. Upon receiving the Spirit of the Holy One JESUS, we are adopted into the family of God. Each member in that family being called by God’s name JESUS! O’ the love that drew salvation plan ...
