The scriptures state that Eve ought to be to Adam, even as his own flesh, for God has said that male and female joined in marriage are one flesh. This joining together of male and female are blessed by natural unwritten law. Yes, there is a natural covenant that occurs at the time male and female join together. (Recall Adam's rib)
But there was also between God and Adam an intense personal relationship that existed from this bond. Of course, Adam was formed of the dust of the earth in the image of JESUS, the same Jesus who is the Spirit of God in visible form. Thus, here it is important to note that the unseen invisible spiritual became visible in form.
The spirit form then should not be thought of as inferior to the unseen spirit. Rather, JESUS being found in fashion as a man thought Himself not inferior to the unseen Spirit of God. Indeed, on the contrary. JESUS in form being in all ways the same eternal one Spirit in the Holy.
Adam then was a perfect expression of God’s form. Nevertheless, Adam was lifeless -- at least lifeless until the Spirit of God breathed into Adam the breath of life. Adam, upon receiving the impartation of God’s breath was pronounced as being a living soul.
Conversely, Eve was formed from Adam’s rib. Note here that Adam of the earth was earthy but inside that earthly vessel, the life- giving breath of God dwelt.
In the Garden of Eden, Eve was deceived by satan concerning the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, as something to be desired. Eve fetches Adam and they decide to hearken to the whispers of satan. In this context, we read that Eve was deceived, whereas Adam completely ignored what God had said concerning the two trees that were in the midst of the Garden. That is, sinning wilfully.
So Adam, along with Eve were expelled from the Garden. Before their expulsion from the Garden, God promised that the SEED of a Woman (the SEED that would be Christ) would bruise the Serpent heel. Plus, the earth would bring up weeds. An example of this could be that Eve in child bearing and delivery would now encounter labour pains.
Adam and Eve had two boys. The first was named Cain and the other son named Abel. Notice now there is no perfect reproduction - at least not in the context that Adam and Eve were perfect prior to the their disobedience. Suddenly, as the scriptures reveal, Cain murders Abel. Apparently, Adam and Eve’s reproductive seed’s were no longer pure seed but a mix -- a heart breaking mix.
Later, Adam and Eve now are blessed with another son who they named Seth. It is then recorded that upon Seth's birth, men began to call upon the name of the Lord (the Seed of Promise to Eve passed from Eve into Seth). See earlier posts for an expanded explanation of this point - thank you!
We also see here that our seeds have also been contaminated as a result of man's fall into disobedience. For more detail, believers should read I Corinthians 7 where believers are encouraged to marry believers, so that believers are not unevenly yoked together. Note also that JESUS said to continue in His Word so that you will be His disciples indeed.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 245
GOD IS SPIRIT. Indeed, the Spirit of God fills the heavens and the earth and while admittedly, no man has seen God at any time, God counselled with Himself before deciding to reveal and show His Spirit in a visible form.
Consider this. JESUS, the Alpha of the revelation of the Spirit of God in visible form. And JESUS being the only begotten Son of God. Yes, Jesus was begot. JESUS was not created. Rather, JESUS came forth from the innermost being of God. JESUS being the one self same God who is Spirit, now appearing in visible form.
JESUS, coming forth from God’s bosom (innermost being). In other words, JESUS coming forth of God. He was without Father or Mother and without descent. What does this mean? First and foremost, that JESUS is not "another" God. Rather, Jesus is the same God. Jesus is the same God Spirit stepping forth in visible form. The SAME GOD.
JESUS, God in visible form displaying and revealing God’s splendour, wisdom and power. This explains why the scriptures state that in JESUS was all the fullness of the Spirit of God, now seen in visible form. JESUS, in visible form being the Same God who is Spirit.
We call JESUS the Only Begotten Son Of God because JESUS came forth from the innermost being of God. We now see the Spirit of the previously unseen God in the visible form of JESUS. JESUS, who had neither the beginning of days nor ending of life is the same one God who made all things.
"In the beginning, God." (Genesis 1:1) "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God ... He was in the world and the world was made by Him but the world knew Him not." (John 1:1-18)
As such, JESUS revealed to man that, “All that the Father has is Mine." The only begotten is Jesus. All things whither seen or unseen were made by JESUS and for JESUS for it is written that JESUS is the beginning of the revealing of God in visible form.
In the beginning, God who is Spirit created the Heavens and the earth -- the earth being without form and void -- a time when darkness covered the earth. From the scriptures we read that a voice was heard saying, “Let there be Light."
JESUS the visible God spoke His own Words. Surely, when God speaks, He speaks through His own mouth which is the mouth of JESUS, who is God, albeit visible and invisible, but altogether Almighty GOD nevertheless.
In the beginning, JESUS who is God alone spoke His intent for the world and its inhabitants. His Spirit moved upon His Word and whatever God’s purposed intent was, it was realized and materialized. JESUS as God saying that it - His new creation - is good.
Why? Because God made man in His own image. He made man from the dust of the earth fashioned like as unto His own visible form. Upon completion, God breathed into man the breath of life, causing man to become a living soul.
As a result, Adam was created in the form of God from the dust of the earth. Eve was also formed of God with Eve being formed out of one of Adam’s ribs. The reason for this? Adam and Eve were to become one flesh - bone of man’s bone and flesh of man’s flesh. Similarly, Adam received of God the breath of life.
Upon receiving GOD’S breath, Adam became a living soul. (Note - Adam was capable of producing offspring bearing his own image) But after Adam sinned through disobedience to God’s initial instructions, Adam and Eve were removed from the Garden of Eden.
Whereupon the fulfillment of this initial action by Adam and Eve, God purposed to veil Himself in flesh so that we might be saved. God’s fleshly form was to be veiled and birthed even as we are. Thus, God purposely entered this world to save Adam and Eve, His Beloved, for in them did dwell HIS BREATH!. In other words, Adam was to God even as Eve was to Adam.
This is why JESUS laid down HIS life for HIS betrothed. Let him who hath ears to hear, hear. Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 244
The fact of the matter is darkness hates light. Why? Because when light appears, the darkness is dispelled. This is a great analogy because the same message can be applied to the Word of God. The Word of God is the true Light of the world.
The darkest hour of the night is one hour before sunrise so when the Word of God is presented, all hell tends to break loose, resisting the glorious light of the Gospel of God, revealed to mankind in the face of JESUS the Christ. Often, isms appear to be the light bringers.
But when the Light (which is brighter than the noon day sun) lightens upon the being of men and women, and boys and girls inwardly, there is a reaction. In a personal context, the real battle of Armageddon (otherwise recognized as the war of the worlds or the war between good and evil and right vs. wrong) results in making meaningful decisions. Decisions that often demand an examination of one's life style.
This might explain why we are inwardly at war - a war that continues day and night - a war prolonged more than Joshua's long day - or the day when the sun stood still in the battle zone for 24 hours. Still, since this Light became our Saviour, a raging battle for our eternal soul exists.
As a consequence, the enemy of our soul has situated the isms with their enticing words to minister to us from their adorned luxurious edifices. These institutional representatives offer individuals the sun, the moon, and even the stars, assuring us safety and a comfortable lifestyle.
Well, the truth is that Jesus did not fall for satan’s cunning and neither should we as believers in Jesus by faith. When satan offered to Jesus the sun, the moon and the stars, Jesus reminded the devil that he couldn't offer what he did not own. At the time, as noted in the scriptures, Jesus -- God Himself manifest in the flesh as one of Adam’s sons did not have an ivory palace or luxury hotel to sleep. Ironically, foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests but the Son of Man had nowhere to lay His head. But I digress.
At the time of the Reformation when the Word of God was translated into the language of the ordinary people, the opposing forces of darkness immediately reacted. The reaction was quick, publishing an alternative rendering of the scriptures, asserting that the reformation rendering was wrong and that they were right. Until that moment in time, the religious authorities of the era had treated ordinary people as if they were unlearned and similarly incapable of learning.
Still, JESUS is a Priest forever after the Order of Melchisedec, who had neither father nor mother, beginning of days nor end of life. Indeed, JESUS is a priest forever. This is the same JESUS, who being the only begotten, came forth from the bosom (innermost being) of the Holy Spirit, who by Himself Fathered all things, seen and unseen.
In fact, JESUS is the beginning of the revelation of God Himself in created form. He is not another God. Rather, JESUS is God -- all in all. This is why we read in the scriptures that all the fullness of the Godhead was in the Son of God. All the fullness of God was bearing Adam’s earthly image (yet without sin) in the man Jesus, who is the fetus child of the Holy Ghost.
JESUS said in the scriptures, "If you have seen me, you have seen the Father."
JESUS, who is the beginning of the spiritual visible creation of God, manifested Himself in the flesh to save a people who were created in Adam's form. Adam was an earthly, visible creation of the Lord JESUS. The dilemma was that this earthly visible creation now required redemption and salvation. If Adam and Eve had not sinned in the garden, then redemption and salvation should not have been required.
But JESUS loved the people, His Church -- the body of Christ. His earthly image. As a consequence, He willingly offered up His earthly body. In so doing, He united through His plan of redemption and salvation, an opportunity whereby we could be introduced to the same Him in whose image we were created!
This is why JESUS is first and foremost the King of kings and the believers - as the body of Christ or the church the Queen. It is also why the scriptures state that we shall be like JESUS the second Adam.
But don't believe me. Study the scriptures for yourself and let the same God who created you -- He who knew no sin -- that willingly clothed Himself in a sin-prone flesh reveal Himself to you too.
Doubting Thomas called Jesus, "My Lord and my God!"
Indeed, the one and only! Let him who has ears to hear, hear. Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 243
The decree that exalts Mary to the position of mediator needs to be revisited. An enlightenment needs to come from the scriptures. On this subject, we have endeavoured to present the total absurdity of a religious system that cloaks itself as a Christian Bible-based church, and there is a reason for this.
Certainly, as long as we retain the thought that the Word of God is a Christian’s sole authority, we must also recognize that any other voice, perspective or interpretation contrary to the scriptures is not from above. Rather, it is simply a repeat of the devil’s performance in the garden of Eden, when the serpent challenged God’s authoritative Word saying to Adam and Eve, "Has God said ...?"
There are other examples of messengers from Satan’s corrupt and deceptive spirit world presenting a contrary position to those Biblical truths outlined within the scriptures. For example, Mary is the Queen of Heaven. Really? For an institution to arrive at this conclusion, the people responsible for stating that Mary is the Queen of Heaven would have to have purposely extracted from the scriptures positions that are not found to be in accord with scriptural references.
As stated in earlier posts, it does us well to remember that the Christian church did not originate in Rome as many might have us believe. No, indeed, the Christian church began in Jerusalem. The apostles of the Christian church were appointed to be JESUS' witnesses to the uttermost parts of the earth. And unlike the examples exhibited within some religious institutions today, the apostles were not appointed by men but by God. At the same time, the head of the truly Christian Church is in Heaven and is none other than the Lord JESUS the Christ.
The Christian Church is the body of believers which the Christ purchased Himself at Calvary. JESUS willingly sacrificed His sinless body while shedding the very blood within His veins. This blood was the life blood of God‘s Holy Spirit. Consequently, this wholly redeemed Church, which in reality is His body of believers should be adhering only to the scriptural teachings of the Word as presented and confirmed by God. Jesus people who are redeemed and born again, and baptized into the Name of Jesus become partakers of the free gift of Jesus' Holy Spirit.
In reference to Mary as the Queen of Heaven, Ephesians chapter 5 offers a scriptural context. In Ephesians 5:23, for example, Christ is the HEAD of His church (His body). Christ is the Saviour of His body but Christ also loved His body and gave Himself for His body. He did so in order that He (Christ) might sanctify and cleanse His body, washing His body with the water of His Word.
Christ through and by the power of His own Word, adorned His body with the righteousness of His Word, thereby through the action and washing by His Word presents to Himself a glorious body, without spot or wrinkle. A holy body without blemish.
For no man ever hated His own flesh(the word Church translated as Church, is in reality, the body of the Lord JESUS). Similar to the human example whereby men nourish and cherish their own wife even as they do their own body likewise the Lord nourishes and cherishes the Church (His body).
In other words, we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones. Christ and the Church are one flesh. Within this church, JESUS is the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Jesus loves the Church, His body, sacrificing His own flesh body so that we might be saved.
For it is written in the scriptures .. for this cause shall a man leave his father and his mother and shall cleave himself to his wife. For they being two flesh are by marriage now one flesh. Therefore, if Jesus and the church are one flesh, and if JESUS is KING, then the church which is His body, flesh, bones and bride, then the church must be the Queen.
It is His love that lifts us each day. His love that reached out to men and women so that they could benefit from God's plan of salvation. Still, admittedly, this is a great mystery being only partially revealed at this time. There is more to come as you read on ...

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 242
On the subject of the exaltation of Mary that is dominant in teachings by some modern day religious organizations, it is important to recognize that the Word of God is still truth. As the scriptures point out, anyone advancing teachings contrary to that which was spoken by the Lord JESUS who is to us the Word of God, cannot be trusted. Why? Because the very Word that was purposed by God’s own determinate counsel and foreknowledge, is now being delivered through the mouth of the Lord JESUS.
As it is written, the people pressed toward Jesus to hear the Word of God. In Acts, for example, the scriptures point out that 120 persons obediently obeyed JESUS' words dictating to them that they were to stay in Jerusalem until they received power, after which they were to be JESUS' witnesses to the uttermost parts of the earth.
We also read that the 120 persons that gathered together in Acts continued in prayer and supplication to God. Within this scriptural text, Mary (the mother of Jesus) was a part of the assembled group along with other women. The scriptures clearly reveal that Mary, along with the other women continued in prayer and supplication as part of the assembled group. The scriptures do not state that the women continued in prayer and supplication with Mary leading. In fact, Mary is not exalted within these scriptures.
Similarly, the scripture declare that at the crucifixion, they rend His garments among them. This is a good analogy because it could be said that still today, Satanic inspired religion continues to rend His garments (or His WORD) amongst them, earnestly endeavouring to shred the scriptures to mean interpretations that are not supported or validated within the scriptures. Oh, how far will they go?
Indeed, many representatives of mainstream religious institutions say that they love God but how could they? For if this were true love on their part then they would not go about delivering deceptive messages or involving themselves in activities that are clearly contrary to Biblical scriptures.
Still, if they willingly continue on that well worn path of altering God's Word, then by so doing they are doing their fathers' business - their father being the devil. For the devil was a liar from the very beginning. Recall the words of the serpent in the Garden - Has God said ...?
But we know different. This is why we can let the Love of God rule and reign in your heart, for the entrance of God’s Word dispels the satanic clouds of misrepresentation. Stand in the Offering Plate.
For those of you who are still searching to know the God who created you, why not ask the Lord Jesus to enter your life. Jesus said, Behold I stand at your heart's door and knock. If you hear me knocking and you hear my voice calling your name, then open the door and I will come to live with you. Peace be upon the ISRAEL of God.
Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 241
Continuing on the subject that there is only one Mediator between God and Man, we have learned in previous posts that the only Mediator between God and man is indeed the Lord Jesus the Christ. It is He who is the only begotten Son of the Holy Spirit of God. It is this same Jesus who was conceived of the Seed of the Spirit of God and that the spiritual nature dwelling within Jesus was not the natural seed of Adam’s fallen race.
Indeed, as we also learned from the scriptures, the spiritual nature was pure, holy, and undefiled. These seeds of the Holy Spirit of God are pure humanity, for God surely did not have to appear on earth to understand humanity. God made us but as unredeemed persons, we became total strangers and foreigners to the pure humanity that had indwelt Adam in the Garden of Eden -- prior to being put out of the Garden.
At that point, Adam's mental and intellectual growth (in the context of pure humanity) became stagnated. Adam and Eve both, at the time of expulsion from the Garden of Eden were left only to eat mentally of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
As a result of this expulsion, we, as part of the human race are no longer evolving. Instead, we are declining into a world of darkness, and a world that chooses to exalt Mary to the place of mediator between God and man. Surely anyone having read the scriptures must acknowledge that exalting Mary to the place of Mediator is contrary to Jesus' Word. Similarly, there are a number of scriptural references that support this position.
For example, in the New Testament when Jesus was 12 years of age, the scriptures record that Mary and Joseph, wondering why Jesus was not in their presence, thought possibly that He was with friends. Mary and Joseph checked with His friends and found that he was not amongst them. So in an effort to find Jesus, Mary and Joseph retraced their steps, looking ever where for him. Initially, the search was without success.
But eventually, as the scriptures reveal, Mary and Joseph found Jesus in the Temple. When questioned by Mary and Joseph as to His whereabouts, Jesus responded by stating, “Do you not know that I must be about My Fathers business?" Yes, to Mary and Joseph, Jesus said did you not know this?
Of course, they knew that Jesus was the conceived child of the Spirit of God. The issue is, as evidenced in this example, is that Mary and Joseph were without understanding as to the implications. Here is Jesus at 12 years of age confounding His audience of elders by His intellect and wisdom.
Indeed, Jesus was revealing to them the wisdom of God. Jesus, being the fleshly embodiment of the Wisdom of God now being spoken by Jesus. For Jesus is God Himself manifest in the flesh as a Son.
Please allow me to note the following. Even though Mary was a surrogate mother in one sense, Mary was not the norm associated with being a surrogate. Neither Mary or Joseph passed the child after birth into the hands of another. In fact, they both knew that this child was not of their seed. As the scriptures reveal, Mary had consented to be a surrogate saying to the angelic messenger, “Be it so done unto me according to your Word.”
Still, Mary and Joseph cared and nurtured the child Jesus which explains why finding Jesus in the temple was important. Even so Jesus was quick to point out in this example that He/I must be about my Fathers business.
Remember Jesus was the Seed of the Holy Spirit who Fathered Him. And at 12 years of age, the Holy Spirit seed nature was beginning to manifesting. No doubt, this experience was a wake up call to Mary and Joseph for they had no idea of how a pure human divine nature should appear.
So to ensure that readers of these posts are clear, the message that we are trying to portray is that anything said in these presentations should not be considered as a negative against Mary. Indeed, Mary was blessed among women. However, the important distinction to note is that Mary was not blest above women.
Remember too that God said that He will bless all those who are in JESUS.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 240
At the end of the day, it is important to note that the Christian New Testament teachings- the scriptures - unclothe the hypocrisy that is often found within institutionalized, man-made religion. Indeed, the self asserted church by their sorcery and traditions have in their teachings endeavoured to supplant the authority of the written Word of God even though the Word - God Himself - delivered the scriptures to be an inward light and door of enlightenment so that fallen man can obtain free redemption.
We learn more when we read about the wedding feast that JESUS attended. We do know that Mary was in attendance. The wine was flowing. In fact, as recorded in the scriptures, there was a thirst for more - the original estimated consumption of wine being inadequate. Indeed, it is stated that the wine ran out. Mary jumps in to solve the problem. She approaches JESUS relaying the message that there is no more wine. JESUS says to Mary, "Woman, what have I to do with you? My hour has not yet come."
This is an important scripture because within this statement, we find that Jesus did not exalt His mother Mary to the same status as institutionalized religion does today. Historically, for those who might not be aware, institutionalized religion (around 300-400 AD) exalted the importance and status of Mary to that of a distinguished mediator. In so doing, Mary has been given an elevated status that pre-empts all others who approach JESUS on behalf of others. Simply put, this is ludicrous satanic thinking. For one, Jesus Himself did not exalt His earthly mother to this church initiated status. Two, as said previously, Mary herself proclaimed in the scriptures that “Her spirit rejoiced in God [her] Saviour!"
Let me at this point state that the Scriptures declared, "For this cause are many weak and sickly among us ... and many sleep" for a reason. (Note that in this context sleep refers to the sleep of death) For if we would examine ourselves, we would not be judged. But when God judges us, we are chastened of God that we might not be condemned with the wicked. This is important to understanding how we fit within the body of Christ. Why? Because as a believer, you are the body of the Christ. Therefore, also, we need to believe in His Word!
Further, the Word of God is Spirit and life. The Word of God simply because it is the Word of God will quicken, or make alive your mortal body. Conversely, the rejection of the Word of God is likened to drinking poison. Rather than pursuing the latter - a dead end street - receive the engrafted Word of God which is sent to heal you. There is a reason that the scriptures state that “MY WORD IS SPIRIT AND TRUTH. " There is also a reason why we, as believers are encouraged to eat from the tree of Life. This is because JESUS is the very Word of God!
Mary and company wanted to converse with JESUS, but they were unable to do so. Why? Because there were many people blocking their way. As we read in the scriptures, one cried out to JESUS saying, "Your mother and your brethren are without trying to speak to you." Do you remember the responses? JESUS answered by saying, "Who is my mother and my brethren?" Jesus then added that those people who HEAR the Word of God and DO it, these are my mother and my brethren. In other words, Mary (apart from her believing) still was a part of Adam’s fallen prone to sin race.
In the same example, another shouts to JESUS saying, "Blessed is/was the womb that bore you and the breasts that you did suck." Again JESUS responded saying. “More blessed are they that hear the WORD of GOD and do it." Once again, Mary is not elevated to a superior status above Jesus but rather as part of the rank and file - that is, apart from her faith. So, believe upon the Word of God and you will be more blessed than Mary's womb and Mary’s breast were.
There is more on this topic to follow. In the interim, be redeemed and be born of God through obedience to the Holy Ghost's instructions. Therefore, repent (if you have not already done so) and be baptized into the Name of the Lord JESUS. Receive the promise of the Holy Ghost as your Comforter, who will lead and guide you into all truth. As a consequence, the Word of the Spirit of God - JESUS will quicken and make alive your body.
Go direct to the throne of grace and there you will find much more than you could ever ask or think of. Peace be in JESUS!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 239
Main line religious organizations often contradict the truths contained in the written and confirmed Word of God. They instead have the audacity to assert that they are the vine of the Christian church, whilst all others are branches springing out from them. Really? Such nonsense. Indeed, it is no wonder that the scriptures declare that many shall follow their pernicious ways resulting in the way of truth being evilly spoken of. How unfortunate.
Still, truth shall never bow its knee to error. God-fearing persons would never endeavour to misrepresent the Written Word of God. But there is one who, from the very get-go has challenged God’s Word even though he also is totally aware of what is written. Reviewing scripture from the New Testament, we know this because of the example of the temptation of JESUS in the wilderness. Satan’s presentation at the time was the opposite of what God actually said. Repeatedly, Jesus corrected Satan’s misrepresentation of the written Word of God saying, "It is written ...” This is why we endeavour to let the Word of God defend itself. For God’s Word is quick and powerful and similarly much sharper than any two-edged sword.
Remember, JESUS on the cross said “It is finished” before ascending into Heaven. There, as recorded in the scriptures, He sat down. The illustration of sitting down indicates that the work of obtainable redemption was free to all. Why? Because JESUS sacrificed Himself. In the days and months that followed, the early apostles and believers went everywhere preaching the message of JESUS. This message? That other foundations can no man lay other. And that there is no other name under Heaven whereby anyone can be saved -- other than the Name of Jesus.
This is why the scriptures state that if anyone should preach any other message to you other than what the Holy Spirit of JESUS spoke through the mouths of His chosen and appointed witnesses (e.g. the apostles), let them be accursed. Again, if any others deliver a contrary message to mankind other than what is written, whether he is angelic, or of Adam’s race, then let them be accursed. Paul repeated these same words.
So, the question is this. At which point in time did the head of these false and erroneous religious teachings begin to appear? Well, we know that it took about 300 to 400 years for such distortions to surface and the Word of God to be subsequently shelved. Satan, once again asserted his own twisted message -- though this falsely named Christian church -- that these church leaders were the only ones capable of interpreting the scriptures. Historically, we recognize that at this point darkness once again began to cover the earth and likewise, intense darkness began to cover the people.
We also recognize that at the time of the reformation the veil of darkness was partially removed. At the same time, some of those false and erroneous teachings that the so called church fathers had sought to establish were now being partially exposed to the glorious light of the New Testament. As a consequence, the Roman teachings were dealt a devastating blow. Indeed, such a blow that no one thought they would recover from it.
Unfortunately, the blow was not fatal. Going forward, these same religious institutions have revived somewhat and returned to their previous practice of advancing assertions that they are "the" Church, and as such, have an inside interpretation to the scriptures. Remember, according to the scriptures, the Church of God started on the day of Pentecost in Jerusalem and at the time, Christian believers continued steadfastly in the Apostles doctrine. This is important. It is also why I beseech you to save yourself from there false and erroneous teachings.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 238
The scriptures are clear on this point. There is only ONE GOD. And there is only ONE MEDIATOR between God and man. This statement of the Christian faith -- the apostles doctrine spoken of in Acts 2 -- is built upon the foundational teachings of the Spirit of God as revealed in the New Testament scriptures. Jesus through the Holy Ghost commanding the apostles. (Acts 1:1-4)
Modern day religious teachings that are in contradiction to the scriptures (including statements of faith) emanating from particular institutionalized religious organizations are wrong. These include statements of faith from religious institutions that unfortunately refer to themselves as "Christian" and/or Protestant churches. In fact, they might even suggest that they are the Church.
Still, what constitute believers as being members of God's Church,(the church being the body of Jesus the Christ and Jesus being the Head) is their individual and collective adherence to the teaching that He Himself delivered to us personally. These are the same teachings delivered to 12 individuals - the apostles - that were appointed to be His witnesses, even to the uttermost parts of the earth. These Holy Ghost words were spoken and confirmed with signs and wonders in the New Testament.
When Mary said, "My Spirit has rejoiced in God my Saviour" it was because Mary was rejoicing in God Her Saviour. If Mary had no sin, then Mary would not have required a Saviour! Further scriptural references? How about "Mary, that which is conceived in you is of the Holy Ghost." Of course that would make Mary a surrogate - the seeds of the fetus being the seeds of His holy Spirit - the fetus clothed in prone to sin flesh whilst in Mary’s womb.
But Mary portrayed as the Mother of God? No! No! The angel revealed to Mary that that holy thing (prone to sin flesh) that shall be born of her shall be called the SON of GOD. The flesh is not God the flesh but is one of Adam’s sinful fallen race. Further, in the scriptures, JESUS never called Mary His mother. For the fetus within Mary was the child of the holy Spirit of God, who is, as noted in the scriptures, without father, without mother, without descent. Jesus is /was God Himself veiled in sin prone flesh appearing in fashion as a Son with a mission. That mission was and is, to redeem man from sin.
Other relevant scriptural references? The Lord is with you Mary and "Blessed is the fruit of your womb." From these scriptures, it was evident that Mary had no understanding prior to the angel revealing to her that the Lord was with and the Lord was in her. Yes, in Mary did dwell the Seed of Promise. The first seed, as we recall, was the promised seed to Eve - the seed of a woman would bruise the serpents' head.
The second Seed of Promise was given to Abraham - in his Seed (the Seed of promise which is the seed of Jesus the Christ) would all the nations of the earth be blessed). At that moment, those two seeds of promise were indwelling Mary. Please note that these seeds were not her own natural seed. (Natural seed is seen later in natural offspring with her husband Joseph).

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 237
"Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ ..." (Ephesians 5:20)
As previously mentioned, there are those individuals within some religious circles who oppose both baptisms. No doubt you may encounter some of these folks as you proceed forward in your faith journey, and in your own born again experience. Still, it is helpful to be aware of these alternative perspectives so that you can respond accordingly.
A verse that is often cited by those who oppose the foundational teachings of the Spirit of God is Ephesians 5:26. This scripture states that Christ loved the church, and gave Himself for it so that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word, that He might present to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle but that the church should be holy and without blemish.
"That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word, that He might present it to Himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: for we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband."
Reading on ... that He might present to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish, for no man ever hated his own flesh but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord nourishes and cherishes the church for we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.
It is the scriptural reference - that He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the Word - that opponents use as evidence against baptism. The washing of water by the Word - at least in the opponents' mind - offers sufficient reason for laying aside the importance and validity of both water baptism and Holy Spirit baptism. The question is this. How far will some go to oppose the Holy Ghost teachings as outlined in the scriptures?
What should be happening is that rather than trying to eliminate or erase important scriptural teachings, including those of baptism, we should recognize that the scriptures are establishing Christian teachings for a reason. For it is the application of the Word that accomplishes the washing of water by the Word and subsequently, sanctifies and cleanses us.
Therefore, if the Word does indeed sanctify and cleanse us, what hinders these opposers of the Word from repenting and being baptized into the name of JESUS? Is it not in the performance of the Word that results in the removal of spots and wrinkles from our sinful record? We are His flesh, His bones, His body and if indeed we are redeemed and born again believing persons, then we ought to become subject to the mind of His Spirit.
The scriptures state it this way - My sheep hear My voice!
The same instructions apply to John 15:3 that states, "Now you are clean through the Word that I have spoken to you." We need to remember that which is written after Jesus ascended up into the heaven emanates from the very same JESUS who gave commands to His apostles through the Holy Ghost. (Acts 1:1-4)
Similarly, it was (and is) the same JESUS -- through His own Spirit who spoke through the Apostles' mouths. The same teachings that were delivered in Acts 2 when men, women, boys and girls were instructed to repent and be baptized into the name of JESUS for the REMISSION of SIN so that they, in so doing would receive the PROMISED GIFT of HIS HOLY SPIRIT!
Therein, the three thousand plus asked the critical question. That is, "What must we do to be saved?" Peter (standing with the eleven) said, "Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of the Lord Jesus for the remission of sin and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost." (Acts 2:37-42)
Let he or she that has an ear to hear, let them hear what the Spirit of JESUS has to say. And further, peace to all those who obediently submitted to the wholesome Word of JESUS. The same Jesus who is the WORD OF GOD - whose WORD was in the beginning with God, and is now being proclaimed to all nations throughout this world.
The scriptures offer us guidance and direction in our Christian walk. Where can we go Lord? The disciples had this right. There is nowhere that we can go because Lord, you alone have the words of eternal life!
The same Lord that was crucified on the cross has been declared both Lord and Christ. (Acts 2:36)

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 236
There are three that bear witness on earth. These are Water, Blood and Spirit.
One of the first principles found in Hebrews 6:1-2 speaking of the doctrines (or teachings of the Holy Ghost) is the doctrine of baptisms (plural). There are two actions necessary on the part of sinful men after they have been redeemed and recognized God’s redemption plan -- the plan of salvation that God Himself orchestrated and activated on our behalf while we were still His enemies. Now if that is not love ... !
From the moment you first call upon JESUS, you begin to see the WORD of GOD and the PLAN of God's salvation unfold. This same God who veiled His own SPIRITUAL WORD in prone to sin flesh occurred when the fetus, seeded by the holy Spirit, was found to be in the womb of a surrogate mother named Mary. Further, as a new Christian, you begin to see that God reached out to man with a plan of salvation when man could not ascend to Him. It is in this moment that God’s peace fills our soul, upon receiving redemption.
Although admittedly, we may not have any idea about what was about to befall us when we take this leap of faith, or why a faith that apparently lay dormant within us becomes alive when we accept Jesus into our lives. What we do know is that we are embracing the historic fact that the Son of God JESUS gave His life on a cross for us. And we also know that the Angels in heaven rejoice - as dictated in the parable of the prodigal son - the fatted calf is killed, there is music and dancing and it was heard and recorded that God said put a ring on this my Son’s finger, for this MY son was dead but is alive again.
This is why the scriptures state - do not marvel that I say to you that you must be born again. Listen to what your Redeemer is saying to you - that which is flesh is flesh and that which is SPIRIT is SPIRIT,
The first message delivered by the holy Spirit of God, as God‘s Spirit stood over His Word to perform it, was this unchangeable message that God commands all men everywhere to do. That is, each and every one of us should repent and be baptized into the Name of the Lord JESUS. (Acts 2) For if you do this, I will fulfill my promise to all who obey and they will receive of My Spirit.
As a consequence, the first 3,000 believers received God’s Word and were baptized into the Name of JESUS, receiving the Holy Ghost shortly thereafter! This includes speaking in an unknown language - an audible language of the Spirit. So as we have read in the scriptures, there are two baptisms. One baptism is being immersed in water, symbolical of the tomb wherein was laid the body of Jesus. By obedience, you are similarly being planted together in the likeness of His death. (Romans 6:3-4; I Peter 3:21)
The second baptism is when we be baptized with the water of Heaven - the water which is the Spirit of JESUS. How much more shall your heavenly Father give of His holy Spirit to all them that ask Him? Jesus breathed on them saying, "Receive You the Holy Ghost."
Have you received the Holy Ghost today? Peace be to the true Israel of God!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 235
Noah and his family were saved by water. At that time, there were eight persons in total. Before the flood, onlookers resisted God's warning. Instead, they mocked and scoffed, pushing sin right to the edge. Indeed, they were totally aware that Noah was preparing an ark. The ark had been 100 years of work in progress. The problem was that there was no water around to verify Noah's rationale for building an ark. This, in and of itself, led the onlookers to think that Noah was over the edge. Still, Noah continued preparing the Ark according to the plan that God had provided him.
Noah's experience sort of puts one in remembrance of the words spoken at the cross by those who mocked JESUS. They mocked Jesus too saying that He saved others but He cannot save Himself. "If you are the Son of God," they said, "come on down from that cross!" But as we know now, Jesus was the ark of safety being prepared for our salvation.
You see, all future events were determined of God (when He counselled with Himself). This includes a criteria for redemption if Adam’s sin-prone fallen race were ever to be redeemed from a lost eternity. So, as it was in Noah's day, God provided an Ark for those that believed. And at the appointed time God closed the door of the Ark. The rain came, and water which had originally been no place in sight, became the SAVING means for those eight individuals in the Ark.
On the downside, the rain water led to the destruction to others. The scriptures declare the afore-mentioned events as a figure of baptism. Water saved Noah and his family, who were now safe in the ark. We in the 21st century have an opportunity to enter into the ark of safety - being the Lord Jesus (death burial resurrection). We are safe because we did what the Word of God said we were to do.
That is, according to Acts chapter 2, to repent and be baptized into the Name of Lord JESUS. He being the New Testament door of entry into the ark. JESUS is the Door. In fact, Jesus is the only door to salvation. There is not two doors. There is only one name whereby any one can be saved. That name is the Name of JESUS.
In previous presentations, scriptural examples of water baptism by immersion were cited. For those of you who may not yet have had an opportunity to read them, we'll cover some of those references again.
Do you not know that as many of us as were baptised into JESUS the Christ were baptized into His death? For as many as have been baptized into JESUS the Christ, they have put on JESUS the Christ. This is where we are changed to be like Him. We are raised up to be like the second Adam.
Further, in the New Testament, we read that the apostles baptized believers the very same day. The apostles were the forerunners of this faith. The faith that is now been delivered to believers who of God are called to be saints. For example, Philip went to Samaria and delivered to them words whereby they could save themselves. As a consequence, these new believers obediently were baptized into the name of the LORD JESUS.
The Philipian jailer and his household were also baptized the same night as they believed. Paul was instructed to arise and to be baptized, thereby washing away his sins whilst he called upon the name of the Lord JESUS.
Cornelius as well was commanded along with his household to be baptized into the name of the Lord Jesus. Twelve of John the Baptist's converts were baptized into the name of the Lord JESUS.
The Ethiopian eunuch said, "Here is water. What hinders me from being baptized? For there is water here." So he, along with Philip went down into the water and Philip baptized him.
Today is the day of your salvation.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 234
As believers, we have now tasted the good Word of God. We have now become partakers of the redemption purchased by the blood and water that flowed from the Seed of the Holy Spirit’s side (JESUS). Without this Seed, there would never have been redemption and if there was never any redemption then there would have never been salvation.
But the good news is that we as believers have by the grace of God looked upon and accepted the Tree of Life. The life that was imbedded in that “Tree of Life” is now available to one and all who in their hearts call upon the name of the LORD JESUS (the LORD OF GLORY) whose sinless naked body as a shell hung on that dead tree trunk. The sight, as we have alluded to before was hideous to look upon, making one desire to turn aside from viewing such a spectacle.
Yes, hideous to look upon. This hideous appearance incurred upon JESUS the results of our own imparted sin. JESUS who knew no sin took our sin upon Himself so that we the guilty should become righteous. Jesus willingly gave His life so that we could freely receive His righteousness as a gift. As a consequence, there is now no condemnation for believers. JESUS took our place on the cross.
As such, believers ought to follow their Redeemer from the cross of redemption to the tomb, willingly entering into the tomb with Him. By so doing, our old Adamic nature is buried with JESUS - God raising us up out of that tomb even as JESUS, a brand new creation did. This is what Christians often refer to as the new birth. We then continue in obedience to our Lord (Second Adam). We have been crucified, buried and raised again to walk in the newness of His imparted Tree of Life. In this new life, we not only bear much fruit but we are now clothed with His righteousness.
Disobedience to God’s WORD led to Adam’s casting out of the Garden. Are we going to have a repeat performance? The WORD of God is GOD. The one who appeared as our Redeemer was none other than God Himself. JESUS is that very SAME WORD that was in the beginning with God. In other words, God cannot be separated from His WORD. The WORD is GOD. Not a distinct and separate person as the false prophets and teachers would have you believe.
It was God's WORD that veiled Himself in flesh. The very same WORD of God whose WORD made the world. If you and I are to hear God’s WORD, then we ought to sit at JESUS' feet and pay attention for JESUS the GOD who made this world was in the world. As the scriptures declare, we did not recognize Him, simply because JESUS was clothed in flesh and we wanted a bigger splash.
We were too blind to recognize that the WORDS and the miracles which He performed declared that He was all that He proclaimed to be. Unfortunately, we are often dull at hearing. In JESUS flesh did dwell all the fullness of the Godhead bodily in appearance as a Son. Yes, that’s right. The WORD of God, all of God was in the MAN JESUS for He was God Himself as a man. No more and no less. He was conceived of the Spirit - JESUS - God’s WORD. JESUS the WORD of God’s counselled plan of redemption, being personally delivered to you and I, the Spirit of God now saying through His own redeemed Holy Spirit filled body this WORD that we repent and be baptized into the name of JESUS. So what hinders you? God has spoken.
But the good news is that we as believers have by the grace of God looked upon and accepted the Tree of Life. THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 233
One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism!
Often, the faith statements associated with churches are rooted in the 300- 400 AD time period when certain church fathers declared their statement of faith. But this does not suggest that their acceptance of a particular faith statement should either negate or overrule what the apostles said in the scriptures. After all, wasn't it the apostles that were the foundation of the Church (the Body of Christ)?
Certainly, the apostles were Christ’s chosen witnesses - chosen to bear His WORD to the uttermost parts of the earth. In so doing, God confirmed their Word as being His Word. For they are now, as He was, the temple in which the Spirit of God was and still is pleased to dwell.
If we review the contents of earlier postings, we read that the Word of the Lord was prophetically spoken of as going forth from Jerusalem. In this context, it only makes sense to adopt the scripturally correct version and adhere to the same Word that went forth from Jerusalem. This same premise should apply to faith statements too. For if the Word that was given to the apostles is indeed the Word of God, then we shouldn't lay the Word aside to embrace statements from so-called church fathers.
We refer specifically here to Matthew 28:19, a controversial topic among established religions because church leaders admitted to altering the scriptures. Yes, that is right. Matthew chapter 28 verse 19 (which pertains specifically to water baptism) was altered by them. As a consequence, the church fathers then adopted words such as .. "In the name of the father, son, holy spirit" to the original scriptures. In so doing they sought to establish the erroneous teaching that still exists today. That is, God is three, distinct, and separate, persons.
One will also notice that there is also others that say that water baptism has nothing to do with salvation. Have these church so called leaders forgotten Acts? Certainly, if anyone were to proceed to Romans, they first must first read the recordings of Acts. For it is within Acts that the church teachings were established!
The other point to note on this issue is that there are false authorities likewise declaring that no one was baptized into the name of JESUS. Rather, these individuals were being baptized only upon the "authority" of the name of Jesus. In this latter presentation, believers were to be baptized in the name of the father, son and holy spirit. But doesn't God's Spirit and God's Word agree? If indeed, we believe this scripture to be foundational and in accordance with the scriptures, then we must also accept that the revisions to the original Biblical text in Matthew 28:19 goes against the original teachings of the apostles.
We already know that JESUS was crucified, buried, and rose again on the third day, according to the Scriptures. JESUS was buried and in this context, we are planted together in the likeness of His burial. Our old man is buried with Him. The OLD ADAMIC prone to sin nature is buried. But JESUS did not stay buried. No, JESUS arose from the dead. JESUS the second Adam is the Lord Himself.
Our redeemer, Saviour and friend lifts us up out of that watery grave as a new creation which is why we can be confident in our salvation. For now we are totally justified. JESUS was raised for our justification.
This is why an understanding of baptism is so vital to Christians. Because when Jesus died, there went forth from JESUS' side blood and water.not blood alone but Water and blood. The saving grace that covers all sin.
Similarly, as the scriptures state, the forerunning believers were told to save themselves from this untoward generation. And as a consequence, what did they do? As the scriptures state, believers saved themselves by obedience in the apostles ( Holy Spirit teachings) teachings being baptized into the name of JESUS.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 232
Redemption into the New Birth.
So we have done as we were exhorted to do by the Apostles of the Lord JESUS, who was the Christ the Son of the Living God. The only begotten, conceived by the Seed of the Spirit of the Holy one. In JESUS' veins did flow eternal life.
The Apostles were chosen of this same JESUS to be His witnesses to the uttermost parts of the earth. This very word is contained in the verses of the New Testament. Therefore, who are these opponents of the scriptures that were not only recorded but confirmed by God as well? Remember what the scriptures state? If something is confirmed of God, no man can negate/disannul it.
This is why it is important to note that the Church (Body) of JESUS did not commence in 300-400 AD in Rome as asserted by the so-called church fathers. In fact, as the scriptures point out, the Word of the Lord went forth from Jerusalem being spoken by the apostles, and similarly confirmed of God, by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit.
If you are a new believer hearing this presentation for the very first time, fear not if some endeavour to say that you should have been baptized into the titles - father, son, and spirit as these church fathers have advocated.
Remind them instead that Rome openly acknowledges that they altered the original scriptures in Matthew 28. At the same time,be always in remembrance that the Church is built upon the teaching of the Holy Spirit spoken by the apostles.
Therefore, and without a doubt, JESUS is the cornerstone of the church/body of Christ. If one were to remove the cornerstone or the foundation (aka the apostles) then we would be erecting another so-called church.
But Christ is the Head of this Church. Therefore, as the scriptures point out, we need to continually and steadfastly follow in the Holy Spirit teachings!
If that means, as the scriptures state, let God be true and every man a liar, then so be it.
Why? Because JESUS suffered, bled, agonized, and died so that we should hear His Word - His WORD that is the very WORD OF GOD.
Adam made his choice in the Garden of Eden and look what happened. Indeed, it is still happening. The opposers of the written Word are still opposing the scriptures as they were originally presented. Do they have an alternative rendering? Sure and they are aware of these revisions and yet, nothing has changed.
But we now know who their source is for if they speak not according to this Word, it is because there is no light in them in the first place.
So when they want to sprinkle children with holy water, it is unscriptural. When these same institutions want to baptize you in the titles, again it is unscriptural. If they say there is no need to be baptized, well, that is unscriptural too.
There is only one mediator between God and man - JESUS - Jesus is the door. The Apostles under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, which is the Spirit of JESUS said to one and all, "You must repent and be baptized into the name of JESUS!" And from JESUS' SIDE came forth blood and water. Peace be with you!
So we have done as we were exhorted to do by the Apostles of the Lord JESUS, who was the Christ the Son of the Living God. The only begotten, conceived by the Seed of the Spirit of the Holy one. In JESUS' veins did flow eternal life.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 231
Repentance and remission of sin should be preached among all nations BEGINNING at Jerusalem. The apostles preached that repentance and remission of sin was now by the grace of God available to all believing people - the whosoever that believe in the once and for all sacrifice of God Himself!
JESUS sacrificed Himself. No man took His life from Him. JESUS laid down His life willingly. That was the reason JESUS entered into this world of Adam’s fallen race who had through their disobedience to the Word of God become captives to Satan's house of bondage.
God's plan was to redeem man back to Himself. This is why God Himself as a Son was manifest in the flesh. He came to seek and to save those individuals who would have otherwise been totally lost for all eternity. Why? Because we required a Saviour and because there was none other in heaven or upon earth who were righteous enough to pay the price in full -- for the redemption of man -- therefore God came Himself. He came Himself purchasing redemption (or buying back) salvation for all who call upon His name - JESUS!
Believers are then totally redeemed. The emphasis is on they are totally redeemed. However, they are not born again or partakers of the New Birth because redemption is required prior to the New Birth.(one must be redeemed!) All those who have become partakers of the free gift of redemption ought now to move onward into the New Birth which is freely offered to all who are redeemed.
Unfortunately, the opponents of the aforementioned plan of salvation are many. Like the scriptural parable of the five wise and the five foolish virgins, five were indeed wise while five others were foolish.
The Word of God is coming to us? Of course the Word of God does not originate with us. Let the scriptural word be true. So if the opponents of the salvation message, as delivered by the apostles in Acts 2 feel that they are prophets or spiritually minded persons, then they ought to humble themselves and adorn themselves with the Words of salvation spoken to the audience when they asked the Apostles “What Shall We Do?”
As recorded in the scriptures, this was the moment that 3,000 believers were added to the church. The apostles in unity replied that each and everyone of those individuals in the audience ought to repent and be baptized into the Name of JESUS FOR THE REMISSION of their sin. And by so doing they would receive the promise of the Holy Ghost.
3000 persons responded to the call and saved themselves from this untoward generation. Consequently, the 3,000 were baptized into the Name of JESUS which is the ONLY NAME whereby anyone can be saved. In fact, they were baptized that very same day. For they had received the Word of God and did as they were exhorted to do.
Note that it was the Lord who was working with the apostles adding more believers daily. From JESUS SIDE came forth blood and water!..
So what if some judge themselves unworthy of eternal life? Their choice does not negate the fact that God laid down His life for each and every one of us. All that is asked of Adam’s fallen race is that we obediently believe the scriptures, becoming partakers of assurance that we have been reconciled to God, even as the first 3000 believers were in Acts 2. This is why we endeavour by the grace of God, which has been imparted to continue steadfastly in obedience to His Word. PEACE be to one and all!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 230
Amazing Love! How can it be that thou my God should die for me?
Great is the mystery of Godliness, saith the scriptures. GOD was manifest in the flesh! The apostles in unity presented to the then audience, the death, burial and resurrection message. The audience's reaction to their presentation was to ask of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?
Really what shall we do? This was and is the sin of sins, even though we were not there during the apostle's time. The message still reigns true today. For the once and for all sacrifice of the Lord of Glory enabled all of Adam’s fallen race to decide their destiny.
God by Himself obtained and offered redemption to one and all as a free gift. Redemption is not the new birth. Whosoever will upon choosing redemption are immediately redeemed back to the exact conscious awareness as Adam was, prior to him consciously choosing disobedience to God.
Choose this day who it is you desire to serve! JESUS (the second Adam who is the Lord from heaven) said, "Except one be born again of water and of the Spirit they cannot see the Kingdom of Heaven." And neither can they enter.
The garden of Eden is not the second Adam's permanent residence. yes it was the second Adam JESUS from Heaven who redeemed us and set us free from Satan’s prison. JESUS introducing us into this glorious liberty of all redeemed persons enabled us so that we can make a rational decision as to who it is that we willingly desire to follow.
What shall we do? An important question. The apostles in Acts 2 provided a response. Make a conscious choice. A decision. For from JESUS side came forth blood and water. Not only did blood come forth from JESUS side but water and blood. When the question was asked the apostles told the assembled that the Lord of Glory suffered, bled, and died pouring out His blood and water willingly for one and all.
They were then instructed to repent (for committing the sin of sins consenting to the crucifixion of the Lord of Glory, shedding the blood of the Holy Spirit of God which was in JESUS veins). The next step, as outlined in Acts 2 was to be baptised into a watery grave into the name of their redeemer, the LORD JESUS.
From Jesus side came forth blood and water. JESUS shed His blood and in so doing paid in full for our full redemption - forgiveness of all sin. The watery grave (immersion) buries and puts death to your Adamic cursed life. And upon being raised from under the water we arise with and in JESUS as a New Creation.
As Acts 2 points out, there were 3000 persons who were gladly baptised that day. I trust that you will do likewise. When you repent and are baptized, then we become eligible to receive the gift of the Spirit Of God, which Spirit is the Spirit of Jesus. His Holy Spirit. Upon receiving the Spirit of the Holy One JESUS, we are adopted into the family of God. Each member in that family being called by God’s name JESUS! O’ the love that drew salvation plan ...

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 229
The question asked in Acts 2 is pivotal. What must we do? Think of it this way. If you knowingly and without evidence convicted someone of a crime - a total miscarriage of justice on your part - then (hopefully) you would have many sleepless nights along with guilt laden days. This is similar to the example outlined in the scriptures in Acts 2.
In this latter case, the audience listened to the address presented by the 12 apostles. Note that the apostles were also not without guilt for in the process, they also hid for fear of the frenzied mob. But I digress. In the presentation, the apostles preached from the scriptures that by their/our committing this crime they had in actuality fulfilled the prophecies uttered by prophets from an earlier time.
For this audience to hear that they were the fulfillers of prophetic prophecies added weight to their already awakened conscience of yet deeper guilt feelings. Why? Because now they are being told that they were willing participants in condoning Jesus' death. And they could not do as Pilate the judge had done. That is, walked away after washing his hands. No there is not as of yet a soap which can remove guilt or sin. Nevertheless, for the last 53 days lived with their conscience.
There is an old saying. You might have heard it to. It goes like this. Be sure hidden sin will find you out or maybe it will take a death bed confession before one appears before the white throne of God. It is from this perspective that the question is so important.
What must we do? They had already killed by crucifixion the Lord of Glory! Should they push the panic button? Run and hide? After all that is what Adam and Eve did. Run and hide. But they did not run quite far enough and as we read in Genesis, their hiding place was inadequate. God found them and put them out of the Eden garden, cursed. They were equipped only with the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, and a promise of God that a seed of a woman would bruise the serpent’s (Satan’s) head. (Prophetically speaking, the scriptures were referring to redemption in JESUS)
For disobedience to God's Word (these recorded things have become theirs and our fate) for we are their offspring. They are our roots and if the root is evil so will the offspring be evil. The fruit of that tree prone to sin.
But the offspring outdone Adam and Eve’s sin. They had reached the pinnacle of sin. These people had crucified the Lord of Glory. Now, listening to the apostles, they were consciously saying to themselves, How shall we escape? Therefore they, in desperation cried out to the apostles, “What shall we do?”
Well, today we are sort of in the same boat as they were in. For they also were like you and me. Adam’s offspring. So the question is, like these people listening to the apostles, are we crucifying JESUS the Lord of Glory too? Remember, JESUS said that he that is not for me in their heart must be against me. He also said "My sheep hear my voice and they follow me."
It is for this reason that redemption is available to all - a free gift from God. What shall you do? God bless!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 228
ONE LORD - ONE FAITH - ONE BAPTISM
In discussing redemption into the new birth, we concluded that decisions had to be made. The audience had heard the presentation delivered by the 12 apostles in Acts chapter 2 - the same apostles who were filled with and recipients of God's Holy Spirit. Up until this time period, none of Adam’s fallen sin to prone race had received of God’s Spirit.
The reason for this is that Jesus had not yet been glorified. But now, as the scriptures reveal, Jesus had been glorified. This new experience of receiving God’s Spirit confirms that JESUS has now been glorified. Similarly, at the same time, the heavens acclaim that not only is JESUS the Christ the only begotten Son of God but that He, JESUS, is also LORD OVER ALL!
It has also pleased the unseen God that JESUS is also the brightness of His Glory. And that JESUS is the wisdom of God. That JESUS is the express image of HIS BEING and that now God the INVISIBLE is now VISIBLE.
In other words, it has pleased the unseen Spirit of God that in JESUS who is the SEED of His own Holy Spirit coming forth from God’s innermost should all God’s fullness dwell bodily. This is the same JESUS to which they who were part of Adam’s disobedient offspring had earlier declared that this just man JESUS (who performed good deeds and healed the oppressed) should be crucified so that this man would not rule over them. So they carried out their evil horrendous crime urged on by a blind religious system of total error.
So in response to the torment in their hearts, many in the audience cried out to the apostles, "What shall we do?" They had seen the folly of their earlier decision - the mob mentality or as we term the notion today - groupthink. They knew that they were in need of salvation. A similar example can be found in the scriptures when JESUS met Paul journeying to Damascus. Paul was also endeavouring to climb the ladder of fame doing everything contrary to his heart. Some might call this type of person a man-pleaser. But JESUS stopped him, addressing Paul with these words. It is hard for you to kick against your conscience. Are you being true to yourself? In other words, do you really believe in what you are doing? If not, then why continue. Why not quit?
Certainly, as Acts 2 points out, redemption is readily available to the “whosoever will.“ Salvation was paid for in full by the Lord of glory JESUS who they had consented to crucify. Indeed, in so doing, Jesus was beyond recognition. Only the shell of a man remained. In fact, He was more marred than any other yet He is the tree of life. No branches, no dangling fruit. Rather, a completely dead trunk of a tree. What a hideous sight that must have been.
Even the scriptures state that there was no beauty that we should desire Him. So instead we hid our faces from Him. Holes in His hands and in His feet. A gaping hole in His side out of which poured blood and water. Not only blood but blood and water together.
The scene was so pathetic that even the light of the sun would not shine on this horrendous sight. So what must we do? they asked. Readily our ancestral father Adam ate the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. It did not result in a world that is prosperous and equally kind to all peoples wherever they are. Still, Jesus offers a better world for those who believe.
I wonder how many people reading this will desire to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Life. I wonder how many will recognize that the sword that previously blocked man's way to the Tree of Life because of sin state has been torn asunder. JESUS plan of redemption rolled out the red carpet for you and me. God‘s invitation to all is come!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 227
REDEMPTION into the NEW BIRTH !
In Acts chapter 2, the disciples were assembled as instructed by JESUS. Whilst there, they continued in prayer and supplication and studied the scriptures. They chose another Apostle to replace Judas. They cast lots accompanied with prayer, so that God would by lot show which of the two chosen as possibilities God would appoint. At the end of the day, we read that Matthias was chosen.
They accompanied JESUS beginning with the baptism of JESUS by John the Baptist. John was reluctant to baptize JESUS saying to JESUS that "I need to be baptized of you and yet here you are coming to me." JESUS said to John, "Suffer it to be so John, for thus in doing we fulfill all righteousness."
We are then informed that Jews and others from all around gathered to celebrate Pentecost. These people were possibly the same ones who 50 days prior concerning JESUS shouted "Crucify Him." Still, the Holy Spirit from God was being poured out among the crowds and all sort of strange phenomenon was being manifest among the 120 believers.
The occurences were so foreign to the norm that onlookers decided that these individuals must have had too much wine. Well, as we read in the scriptures, they may have had too much wine but the wine of their intoxication did not come from the local brewery. Peter, accompanied with the other 11 apostles addressed the multitude saying, "These men are not drunk with wine as you suppose."
This experience was foretold by the prophet Joel in the Old Testament. That is, God should / would pour out of His Spirit upon all flesh so that your sons and daughters would prophesy.
The presentation spoken of here by Peter and the other 11 apostles and found in Acts 2 elaborates on the events. The apostles bringing forth the fulfillment of former prophecies pertaining to the now events, showed clearly that these individuals in their ignorance had crucified JESUS the Lord of glory! The audiences' mind akin to being confined to the tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.
But as we have learned, God has provided redemption free for the taking, to the whosoever that will come. The audience was awakened from the error of their heinous crime, urged along by the influence of religious institutions. Here they stood in Acts 2 on the threshold of decision.
As we read, we observe that conviction fell heavily upon some of them. We also see that these individuals responded positively. God’s hand wass stretched out then. His hand stretches out to you today. Come, He says, come experience my salvation gift!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 226
So now that we have experienced the blessings that accompany being redeemed, we enter a new dimension. Within this new world of liberty and freedom, we still face the reality of being in the same world in terms of our day to day. The difference is that after we come to know Jesus, the world as we know it appears to be different.
No, this is not to suggest that the created world has changed. It has not. The earth remains the same as before. What has happened in our moment of redemption is that you and I have changed. Upon reflection, I realize that this new perspective that I am experiencing had a beginning, that came about as a result of my believing and accepting the sacrifice of JESUS the Redeemer.
This same Jesus who is the Second Adam and who also is the Lord Himself - JESUS. The very same God who had visited the first Adam in the cool of the evening. However, earth was not the second Adam’s residence. For as the scriptures indicate, Heaven is His throne and earth His footstool.
Indeed, in this context then, God Himself is the Second Adam -- our Redeemer, who we have only known as JESUS the Son of God whose blood reconciled us. Why is this? Because God is Spirit. And even though we have been redeemed, we cannot go into the spiritual realm unless we are born again!
The New Testament speaks of Jesus and Nicodemus and the need to be born again. In fact, Jesus told Nicodemus that in order to be saved, one had to be born again. The reason for this is that flesh is flesh and that which is Spirit is Spirit. This is why Jesus said not to marvel because I say to you that you must be born again.
Up until this point, the disciples had witnessed all that had come to pass, beginning with the Passover supper on through to the resurrection. Even the disciple so aptly called doubting Thomas in the scriptures declared JESUS to be "My LORD and My GOD!"
Further, JESUS appeared and disappeared, going in and out among them for a period of 40 days and 40 nights, after which JESUS ascended up into Heaven. The work of redemption was complete. At this time, JESUS told the disciples to go to Jerusalem and wait there until they received power.
Interpreted, Jesus was referring to the power of His Spirit that would come upon them so that they could become His witnesses throughout the world. The gift of the promised Holy Spirit had as yet not been given. (Why not? Because JESUS was not yet glorified!) As we read in the Bible, the disciples did as they were bid and stayed there 10 more days (120 persons) until that time which is known as the day of Pentecost was fully come! (Acts Chapter 1 and Leviticus Chapter 23)
JESUS being man’s only high priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. JESUS was appointed of God to be a high priest (not after the order of Aaron). JESUS is a faithful and compassionate High priest who is touched with the feelings of our infirmities!
JESUS sacrificed His pure, holy, sinless life as a once and for all offering. Yes, JESUS offered up Himself. JESUS being God Himself manifest in the flesh as a Son. JESUS fulfilled the prophecy in Leviticus 23. Fifty days after the sacrificial offering of Himself, once again offers, and again the offering is accepted, and the Holy Spirit of God in man begins. No longer JESUS externally with us, but to dwell in us!
No, this is not to suggest that the created world has changed. It has not. The earth remains the same as before. What has happened in our moment of redemption is that you and I have changed. THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 225
The words from an old hymn come to mind. It goes like this. Redeemed, how I love to proclaim it - Redeemed by the blood of the lamb - Redeemed by His infinite mercy - His child, forever I am.
Yes, we have been redeemed through Jesus, the sacrificial lamb of God, who laid down His body even to a horrific death so that you and I could be saved. He died even though the judge/judicial system proclaimed that he could find no fault in Him. In so doing, the judge washed his hands of the verdict and instead delivered Jesus to the mad frenzied crowd who were shouting, "Crucify Him! Crucify Him! For we will not have this man rule over us."
As a result, the crowd and religious zealots went ahead with the crucifixion. But in writing this post, it is my hope and prayer that even though you may have been part of the crowd who didn't understand why Jesus would die for you, that you now you have come to a place where you have no desire to end this life at death.
Admittedly, I understand fully that my outside man is perishing daily, whereas the real me - the spiritual man within - is incapable of dying. Still, as a result of God's plan of redemption, I am now being renewed daily!
This renewal, the dawn of redemption within me originated when I thanked God for dying in my place. At the time, I was without words - speechless. While I did outwardly declare a lack of understanding as to what was happening to me, I was embraced in a wonderful blaze of glory. If I had to liken the experience to something similar, it might resemble the moment when one is born. In spite of being born, the baby does not know they have been born. they just let out a cry.
But now that we are redeemed, the joy that floods within us, is a joy so joyous that it can often be unspeakable. We are brought back to the place where God can reach us. Redeemed to the exact condition, prior to Adam messing up. Our sins are dismissed. No longer is there a feeling of guilt.
Instead, our feeling of guilt is replaced with a feeling of reassurance - that this is where we were meant to be all along. We have a blessed assurance within that all is well, and peace rules and reigns within our hearts. Since you have accepted redemption, the question is whether you have likewise experienced the redemptive experience that leads to Jesus as your REDEEMER. This is important!
The first Adam was of the earth. However, the second Adam was the Lord Himself named JESUS now appearing in fashion as one of the first Adam offspring. Only in appearance was JESUS like the first Adam’s offspring. JESUS was the Seed of the Holy Spirit of God and as such therefore God Himself.
JESUS was clothed in the flesh of Adam’s fallen offspring, received whilst in the womb of His surrogate mother Mary. Therefore, JESUS was capable of being tempted and tried in all points like as we are. Inwardly, JESUS contained all the fullness of God bodily including love, mercy and compassion.
Indeed, we were redeemed in growth to Adam’s stature prior to Adam’s entrance into disobedience to God‘s Word. However, direction has changed because we were purchased by a new master GOD in JESUS who is the second Adam and once again we are at the crossroads.
We can either move on or we can stagnate. My hope is that we the redeemed move forward into the life that God originally intended for us!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 224
Without redemption, Adam’s fallen disobedient race would be destined to a lost eternity. Certainly, the reality that mankind is imprisoned by their master Satan (who is the god of this world) is evident. In the beginning, Adam and Eve were bewitched and led away captive to a world unbeknownst to them. In so doing, they were not only serving a life sentence but their sentence was eternal. Their new destiny (unlike the original plan) was to go to a place previously prepared by God for the devil and his horde of terrorists. A place called Hell, located in an area called outer darkness. A place of torment where death does not exist. Rather, there is only continuous suffering with weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth. Since fallen angels cannot die, they were to be subjected to eternal torment.
The scriptures say, "What is man that God is mindful of him or the son of man that God has visited him?" The response is simple. According to John 3:16, God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but shall have everlasting life!
God made a way for humankind to be forgiven when there was no way. A way whereby individuals could be brought back to God Himself! This plan of redemption or buying back was not with silver or gold. No, God's plan was way beyond our capability of understanding. In His plan, God would sacrifice Himself.
That is the measure of God’s love for each one of us individually and as a collective. But you ask - How would God accomplish this? Well, first and foremost, God is altogether righteous. God could have offered prestige to Satan or commuted his sentence or even offered Satan pardon. But no sir. God was not going to shake hands with the devil. Why? Because God hates darkness. Remember, God is light, and in God there is no darkness.
God's plan? He decided to become as one of us. Human and in so doing, He said "I will become their Saviour." I will sacrifice myself as a Son. I will take their sin of disobedience upon me. I will lay down my body to suffer pain and agony and shame and allow my body to be cursed forever. All this will I willingly do on their behalf. In short, I will become their redeemer.
Apart from this plan of God, there is no salvation. So, being now aware of our lost predicament, a decision on our part is demanded. We can either reach out to God, saying God be merciful to me a sinner OR conversely, judge ourself unworthy of God's redemption.
It is both yours and my decision. As for me, I just say, LORD, help me! This is surely too good to be true! Lord I can’t take my eyes off of you. Lord, do you really love me this much? Lord, no one has ever cared for me this much. Here I am Lord, take my hand and hold me through the storms of life. Through the night, lead me on into your light! Precious Lord take my hand and lead me on!
In the beginning, between man and God lay the dark night of sin. Now, God in Christ has taken that dark night of sin upon Himself. You can come home to where Adam fell and by so doing you can become a new creation. But without redemption -- the Tree of life -- all is lost. Now this eternal decision is in your hands...

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 223
Redemption in this case was not a prearranged agreement between God and Satan. From the scriptures, we learn that Satan, a long time ago had been cast out of Heaven. In the aftermath, this plan of redemption is the wisdom of God made manifest of which the devil was totally unaware of. God who knows all things introduced a plan whereby man could be totally redeemed without any outstanding IOU's.
Further, by one man’s disobedience which is sin, man received the penalty of death and expulsion from the Garden of Eden. Most obvious was Adam and Eve's separation from fellowship with God. One man's disobedience could have left the human race isolated and in the wilderness forever.
But instead God who is altogether righteous counselled with Himself that the price of redemption would necessitate that one righteous man’s obedience would suffice. Not so. For one man’s disobedience invoked the death penalty - the soul that sins, shall die.
Therefore, to completely pay for redemption would require death and in this case, the death of a righteous man. Not only was death necessitated, but to eradicate all sin that had been demonstrated resulting from Adam’s disobedience, that sin must also be dealt with.
It is within this context that we can return the discussion to the Tree of Life. God had a word shielding the way to the Tree of Life, for if anyone were to partake in their fallen, disobedient condition they would have lived in that condition forever.
However, when the sword is removed, what do we see? We see only the remains of the shell of a man hanging on a dead tree, marred beyond recognition. There were holes in His hands and in His feet. His side was pierced with a sword. His back bore the marks of 39 whip stripes and His beard was pulled out from His face. His naked body was crowned with a crown of thorns and over his Head was a sign written in three languages -- Greek, Hebrew and Latin -- inscribed with the words JESUS OF NAZARETH KING OF THE JEWS.
Now comes the million dollar question. Do you want to eat of this TREE OF LIFE? Unlike the analogy that usually comes to mind when we think of the Garden of Eden, there was not any fruit in appearance, nor were there branches. In actuality, this man died alone. In fact, the sight was repulsive. Or, as the scriptures state, “And when we did see him there was no beauty that we should desire Him!”
The shell of JESUS' body on that barren tree was the Tree of Life. What is displayed thereon is the Love of God bearing in His own body our sin. As it states in the scriptures, "Greater love has no man than this ..."
GOD SACRIFICED HIMSELF AS A SON! He did so in order that we who were originally created in His own image could be redeemed back to where Adam was before the deceptive fall of disobedience.
Further, in this moment, God made a way for the whosoever who looks at the Lamb of God hanging from a cross and reaches out -- arising out of Satan’s grasp. For God has made it possible that man can be redeemed! Return to me, He calls, for I have redeemed you.
God stands at your heart door and knocks! Ask Jesus, God as a lamb, into your life today. Right now. It is your choice. There is no REDEMPTION to be found in any other. Listen to your Heart. Be redeemed and then let Jesus lead you/us on to eternal life.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 222
Redemption, as previously discussed, was the buying back from one owner to another at an agreeable price. In this case, we are not talking about dollars and cents for the price of man's redemption was more costly than silver or gold. For, as the scriptures point out, we were not redeemed with corruptible things such as silver or gold. Instead, we were redeemed with the precious blood of a Lamb (God Himself as a Son) slain in God’s plan even before the foundation of the earth.
Now we must ask ourselves this question. “Who has known the mind of the Lord, or who has been His counsellor?” Surely His ways are not our ways and likewise, His thoughts not our thoughts. God reveals Himself in His timeframe.
Conversely, fallen Satan deceived man, being now instructed only by the wisdom of the world obtained from the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil. It is for this reason that they know not God. Man’s head wisdom was rearranged immediately upon eating of the forbidden fruit in the Garden. And what a tumble it was.
Man who God set over the very works of His hands was now cast out or separated from the presence of God. Man's endless possibilities were dashed. Instead, opportunity was replaced with beating out a living in a weed infested earth. At the same time, Eve determined that women from that time forward would bring forth their offspring in pain. All of this and more, life examples that were previously unknown to them are now the norm.
As a consequence, the sin of disobedience opened the door to evil. Those unknown doors led to a world that was up until this time previously unknown. A world that begins with choosing evil over good. A world that quickly deteriorates. Remember the sayings, A little leaven soon leavens the whole, or, if the salt has lost its savour wherewith shall it be renewed? The same situation was happening to the human race. Society as God intended was spiralling toward ruin.
The Bible makes it clear. Man cannot save himself. Adam literally sold his soul for a morsel of bread. And like Judas in the New Testament, he similarly stepped over the threshold for a few pieces of silver.
While admittedly, we are all aware of good and evil, we really desire to do good. But Satan is the enemy of good and as man's master manipulator, he does everything in his power to take us down the wrong path. Often, it appears that the further we travel in time, the more sin is more acceptably tolerated. That is, until we have little tolerance for the victims of sin. Like unborn babies discarded into garbage cans. The mind is exalted over the heart. Indeed, there are numerous examples within society that we can draw upon. Plus an inexhaustible amount of yet to come dark Satanic ways projecting Satan’s ways as if they were light.
But there is a better way. Within this world of turmoil and strife, God knew that we would need redemption. In this context, God is not slack concerning His promises. Even though God's original plan concerning man got waylaid, at least from our human perspective, nothing is hid from God’s eyes.
God already knew that you and I should have never known sin or the depth of sin. He also knew that because of the fall of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, we do know sin. Still, it isn't every man's desire to participate in a sin-consumed society. Some jump ship in the hope of finding a city which has solid foundations, and whose builder and maker is God. Admittedly, there are others that just sink deeper and deeper into the brief pleasures of Satanic sin - that is until Satan's ultimate purpose - to destroy them - is achieved.
But God made a way of salvation so that neither group would be lost. Yes Jesus loves you. It is your decision - your choice whether you accept God into your heart. What I can tell you, in encouraging you to consider God's offer, is that you won't be disappointed. Just like God had a plan for the human race as a collective, He has a plan of salvation for your individual life too!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 221
There was in the garden two trees. Both trees were forbidden for Adam or Eve to eat. One tree was labelled the tree of “Knowledge of Good and Evil“ The other was known as “The Tree of Life." The “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil” had good looking, mouth watering, desirable fruit, adorning its branches. Conversely, the Tree of Life at that moment in time did not have any description.
The “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil” is outlined in Deuteronomy chapter 28 and Exodus 20, when the Law was given. It was at this point in time when we became totally aware of our predicament and the lid of our coffin was nailed shut!
Still, God so loved the world! Adam was an earthly creation of God Himself as a Son and as a Son Adam had the potential to grow in wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Adam also having the capability of free will and of course a conscience also had the capability of choice.
Adam along with Eve met up with Mister Evil (aka Satan). To them, he was good looking, and spoke so endearingly, that one would think that butter would not melt in his mouth. Sort of like the days of wine and roses when one would ask - where have you been all my life?
Suddenly those days turn into the days of thunder and lightning. Adam and Eve believed and did what that good looking sweet talking mister evil (Satan) bid them to do. They ate of this mouth watering, desirable fruit -- the same fruit that God had forbidden them to eat.
And immediately, their eyes were opened. The conviction of disobedience weighed upon them and they hid. God put them out of the Garden along with the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.“ Their mental growth capacity was limited to that which could be attained from the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.”
God’s plans seem to be thwarted. As a consequence, man is now now taking a detour through the desert of sin, and death, sickness, disease, misery, and oft time tears. An endless list of fruit dangling on the “Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil.“ Adam and Eve both ate that fruit, passing that fruit down the line to us.
Admittedly, the fruit looked so good on the outside, but under the skin Adam and Eve partook of more than they had innocently bargained for. Note that Eve was deceived while Adam was simply disobedient. Sin is passed on through the male seed. Eve the mother of all living was to bear the promised SEED of redemption,
God loved Adam but He did not love sin or disobedience. In the same way that children ought to obey their parents, God fathered Adam and Eve! The good news is that throughout, God was making a way whereby man could willingly accept or reject His plan of redemption. This time man is to hear again two voices -- one voice is the voice of the Lord and the other is the voice of mister evil.
Once again man who is still capable of making a decision will have to decide as to who He will serve. We are optimistic that in reading these posts, you will serve Jesus!

Jesus The Only Begotten - PART 220
ONE LORD - ONE FAITH - ONE BAPTISM
On the subject of redemption, let this verse be front and centre in our minds. That is, in JESUS, all individuals have redemption available to them, obtainable only through the shed blood of Jesus the Christ, resulting from the heinous act of crucifixion. For of a truth (and similarly verified scripturally) we crucified the Lord of Glory.
Jesus was veiled in flesh as a man. He appeared in human fashion visually -- similar to His surrogate mother’s descendants. In the womb of Mary the fetus of the Holy Spirit was found to be. Life now appearing in Mary’s womb automatically triggered a response. That response was to nourish the fetos with that which a fetus requires for growth. The fetus was clothed physically utilizing nourishment from Mary’s prone to sin body. Mary’s participation was that of a willing surrogate.
The blood in Jesus' veins was the life giving blood of the Holy Spirit which was carried through Abraham. Joining with the other promised SEED (to Eve) which was now in Sarah, the SEED was awaiting God’s timing in Sarah. The two SEEDS of promise passed from Abraham / Eve along with Abraham / Eve's natural seed -- with their natural seed bringing forth Isaac. Now the two promised seeds continue on their travels to an appointed time of God in which the fetus of the Christ would arrive (as formerly said) into the womb of a surrogate virgin maiden Mary.
A more detailed version of this account is rendered in previous postings. For now, it is necessary to establish what God purposefully planned in order that fallen man could be given an opportunity to be reconciled to God! This was nothing short of immeasurable love -- that God would humiliate Himself, stooping into this sin engulfed world -- thereby enabling man to return to fellowship with Himself as Adam was -- prior to Satan’s deception!
You see, redemption was not accomplished by monies being exchanged. Sin lies in the blood. Yes, your blood and my blood, totally contaminated with some real unbelievable dark and hideous sinful possibilities.
One man the father of all the human race chose to do his own thing which, at the end of the day, he did. One man brought the roof down on all humankind. One man catapulted mankind into a sinful world formerly unbeknownst to Adam.
As we read in Genesis, God exclaimed to Adam, What have you done?Have you eaten of the tree of life which I forbade of you to eat? Well Adam and Eve both knew that they were in trouble. They endeavoured to hide but as we all recognize, one cannot hide from God. Certainly, one cannot hide from their conscience!
Still, God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son. JESUS begotten - not begat. For God's plan of salvation to work, true redemption necessitated the shedding of the blood of JESUS! Only the blood could purchase opportunities for individuals to obtain redemption for Adams’s fallen race. More to come. God bless!

God bless!
We Are A Purchased Possession of Almighty God - PART 219
ONE LORD - ONE FAITH - ONE BAPTISM
JESUS said that except you believe that I AM, you shall die in your sin. Through the historical record of events that have transpired in Biblical times and then further substantiated in the contents contained within the scriptures, we are privileged to have an opportunity to find out who Jesus really was. Certainly, the scriptures reveal who JESUS Himself professed to be, by the very deeds, signs, wonders, and miracles He performed. Indeed, He was who He said He was.
JESUS said, I AM the way. I AM the door. At the same time, JESUS forewarned us that many would come in His name saying that they were the messiah or God’s chosen prophet and that many would be deceived by their words.
Still, Jesus did not have to pay the price for our sin. Jesus did not have to suffer death on the cross. What did Jesus say? He said that no man takes His life from Him. Rather, Jesus said, I lay down my life for my sheep!
Well, who were these sheep? Certainly, Adam was a son of God. And we are Adam‘s off spring. Therefore we, like Adam, are fallen sons of God. And yes, while it is true that Adam transgressed, we all pay the price for our ancestral father’s transgression. As a consequence, Adam's race was alienated from having fellowship with God - notwithstanding Adam was, as is recorded, originally a created Son of God!
But JESUS was a also a Son of God, by birth. JESUS is the only begotten Son of God. In JESUS' veins flowed the blood of the Holy Spirit of God. Indeed, JESUS is the head of a new creation. A spiritual creation. Like Adam whose earthly image we bear, we are also made partakers of the free gift of redemption, purchased on our behalf by God at Calvary.
We are a purchased possession of God. A redeemed people. A people who were not a people. Redeemed of course means that we were bought back from bondage -- the required debt of our redemption being paid in full by our redeemer. So even though we were captives to an evil and abusive master into whose grip we were born, (resulting from our ancestral father's disobedience, which caused us to be go into captivity and slavery) we entered into a household of faith -- a house of peace, love, mercy and compassion. Therefore, we are redeemed.
A door has now been opened whereby we can return to fellowship with God! God Himself paid the price in full for our obtainable redemption. We no longer have to be alienated from God. We can now enjoy the same status of fellowship with God as Adam enjoyed! The unfortunate part is that we still inhabit the same prone to sin body - which is appointed once to die - as a result of the ancestral curse!
Before the Garden of Eden, however, it is important to note that God had before creation predetermined to have a people. A peculiar people. A people who were not a people. A nation of believers. A spiritual people. A people whose features express the image of Himself. A people not as a temporary tabernacle but rather a new people who would be His temple -- a temple where God would be pleased to inhabit.
This is why God continually blesses those who have been redeemed!
