For With God Nothing Shall Be Impossible - Part 1749

"Thus saith the Lord of hosts, "If it be marvelous [extraordinary] in the eyes of the remnant of this people in these days, should it also be marvelous in Mine eyes?" saith the Lord of hosts.

Thus saith the Lord of hosts, "Behold, I will save My people from the east country, and from the west country, and I will bring them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem, and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness."

Thus saith the Lord of hosts; "Let your hands be strong, ye that hear in these days these words by the mouths of the prophets, which were in the day that the foundation of the house of the Lord of hosts was laid, that the temple might be built. For before these days there was no hire [wage] for man, nor any hire for beast; neither was there any peace to him that went out or came in because of the affliction: for I set all men every one against his neighbour. But now I will not be unto the residue [remnant] of this people as in the former days," saith the Lord of hosts.

"For the seed [nations] shall be prosperous; the vine shall give her fruit, and the ground shall give her increase, and the heavens shall give their dew; and I will cause the remnant of this people to possess all these things. And it shall come to pass, that as ye were a curse among the heathen, O house of Judah, and house of Israel, so will I save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong." (Zechariah 8:1-13)

What does the Lord of hosts say that we shall do?

"Speak ye every man the truth to his neighbour, execute the judgment of truth and peace [for truth justice and peace] in your gates, and let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate," saith the Lord. (Zechariah 8:16-17)

When we learn Christ, "if so that ye have heard Him and have been taught by Him -- as the truth is in Jesus," then put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, "and be renewed in the spirit of your mind; and that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away laying, speaking every man truth with his neighbour; for we are members one of another." (Ephesians 4:20-25; Colossians 3:8; Romans 12:2, 5; Romans 6:4; Romans 7:6)

Further, let him that stole steal no more; but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needs. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers, and grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. (Ephesians 4:28-30; Acts 20:35; Luke 3:11)

Why?

Because the day is coming (and might very well be here) that the fast of the fourth [month] and the fast of the fifth, and the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth shall be to the house of Judah, joy and gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore, love the truth and peace ..." (Zechariah 8:18-19)

Thus, when we come together, do not forget to prophesy [preach the Word of the Lord, speaking God in Christ], because if that one person who comes in to where the saints are gathered together believes not, or is one who is unlearned in the ways of the Lord, "he is convinced of [by] all, he is judged of [by] all: and thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest and so falling down on [his] face he will worship God and report that God is in you of a truth." (I Corinthians 14:24-25; I Corinthians 12:8-10; I Corinthians 14:6; II Corinthians 12:19)

Press into the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, and know, that even in these times of tribulation, the Lord will have the victory -- He will be victorious -- in all things. (Philippians 3:14; II Timothy 4:7)

"Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession Christ Jesus, who was faithful to to Him that appointed Him ... for this man was worthy of MORE glory than Moses, inasmuch as He who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house. For every house is builded by some [man]; but He that built all things is God!" (Hebrews 3:1-7)

And as such, we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence, steadfast to the end! Stand in the offering plate.
