Salvation? Which Is Christ In You, The Hope Of Glory, Clothed In His Righteousness -- Part 2237

Continuing on the topic of riches, apostle Paul writes: " ... whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of His power. Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; and to make all [men] see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ." (Ephesians 3:7-9)

Thus, when we study the unsearchable riches of Christ, we begin to see a pattern, that goes far beyond the manifold more in this life and the next. (Luke 18:30) In fact, there is a scripture that says if all the books about Jesus' miracles and signs and wonders and teachings were to be written, the earth could not contain them all.

"And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen." (John 21:25)

Because the greatest love story to mankind could never be contained. Still, in order to understand the Father's love for us, a change has to take place in our hearts. We need to recognize that we can't be saved by our own good works, but rather that Jesus paid the ultimate price once and for all -- on that cross, so that we might find abundant life in Him. After the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared ... (Titus 3:4-7; Titus 2:13; I Timothy 3:16; John 1:10-11)

"That in the ages to come, He might shew the exceeding riches of His grace in [His] kindness toward us through Christ Jesus." (Ephesians 2:7)

" ... to whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory ..." (Colossians 1:27)

" ... that their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love, and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of Christ." (Colossians 2:2)

As Paul writes, "Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;" (Ephesians 3:8)

Meditate on these scriptures for this day. Be strengthened knowing our Lord God and Saviour has a unique purpose for you, who was made in His image. And if you don't know Jesus as both Lord and Christ, ask Jesus to come into your heart. Be water baptized in the precious, holy Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Find a New Testament (preferably KJV or earlier translation) and start studying the scriptures for His truth. Ask the Lord to lead and guide you in all things, and to establish your steps.

Stand in the offering plate.
