Because He Continues Ever, Having An Unchangeable Priesthood- Part 2231

"And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine: and he was the priest of the most high God." (Genesis 14:18)

"The Lord hath sworn, and will not repent -- Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek." (Psalm 110:4)

To you Jesus -- a priest forever after the order of Melchisedec. In other words, JESUS' priesthood is not after the order of the Levitical priesthood. Melchisedec who met Abraham was priest of the most high God. In this capacity, Melchisedec had neither earthly father nor mother. Neither did Melchisedec have any record of descent, He had neither beginning of days nor did He have an ending of life. In other words, Melchisedec continues as priest forever.
Note the comparison. JESUS had no earthly father or mother. Jesus has no record of descent. The embryo was the child of the Holy Ghost. The embryo seeded by the life giving blood of the Holy Ghost. Therefore, in JESUS blood did flow the eternal life of the holy Spirit of God. Further, God has an unchangeable priesthood. JESUS being the child of the Holy Ghost. JESUS, being the two promised seeds saw one seed implanted into Eve, and the other seed implanted into Abraham.

JESUS went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was in Him. For God purposed plan of salvation was to seek and to save all of those people who would otherwise be lost. As Jesus said, He did not come to condemn the world but that the world through Him might be saved.

JESUS is the Wisdom / Word of God. God as a Son was in the world and the world did not recognize Him. They did not recognize Him because there was no glitz or glamour in His appearance. Still, God who is Spirit veiled Himself in flesh.

We learn more when we study Hebrews 7:

"For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him; to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace; without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abides a priest continually.
Now consider how great this man [was], unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils. And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham: but he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.

And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better. And here men that die receive tithes; but there he [receives them], of whom it is witnessed that he lives. And as I may so say, Levi also, who receives tithes, payed tithes in Abraham. For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.

If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need [was there] that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law. For he of whom these things are spoken pertains to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar. For [it is] evident that our Lord sprang out of Judah; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.

And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there arises another priest, who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life. For He testifies, "Thou [art] a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec." For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof. For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: (for those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by Him that said unto Him, "The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)" ... by so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: but this [man], because He continues ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore He is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by Him, seeing He ever lives to make intercession for them.

For such an high priest became us, [who is] holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; who needs not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. For the law makes men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, [makes] the Son, who is consecrated for evermore." (Hebrews 7:1-17)
The embryo (holy Spirit seeds) were clothed in flesh whilst in the womb of a willing surrogate mother named Mary. This woman Mary was blessed among women chosen of God to be surrogate. However, it must also be noted that Mary was not blessed above any other woman. For as the scriptures declare, "Those who hear the Word of God, and continue in God’s Word will be more blessed, than the womb that JESUS was clothed in."

JESUS then arising from the tomb on the first day of the week of Sabbaths was yet not ascended into heaven. The offering for sin sacrificed although not as yet presented. JESUS being the “once and for all sacrifice” in which sacrifice man's redemption from sin is secured.

JESUS who before death was clothed in generational Adamic flesh, upon rising from death was no longer veiled in such flesh. For it is written that the first man - Adam - had a natural body. The Second Adam was the Lord. Yes indeed, we killed the natural veil of flesh which veiled the Holy Spirit Life.

JESUS did not immediately rise from the dead. As we read in the scriptures, JESUS had to descend in Spirit into the spirit world to liberate more captives. JESUS completing that mission then quickened His body (was made alive). His natural body changed from a natural body into a living spiritual form (a quickening spirit) This spiritual body bore all the cruel markings He had received whilst He delivered Himself into the hands of sin prone men and women.

Touch me not Mary for I have not as yet ascended! JESUS as Priest of God then ascended into Heaven upon the first day of the week of sabbaths -- displaying the markings of His mauled crucified body, as payment in full. He paid the ultimate price once and for all.

Stand in the offering plate.
