"Ye are My witnesses," saith the LORD, "and My servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I AM HE: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me. I, even I am the LORD; and beside Me there is no Saviour ...
I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange God among you: therefore ye are My witnesses," saith the LORD, "that I am God. YEA, BEFORE THE DAY WAS I AM HE; and there is none that can deliver out of My hand: I will work, and who shall let it?"
Thus saith the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; "For your sake I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their nobles, and the Chaldeans, whose cry is in the ships. I am the LORD, your Holy One, the creator of Israel, your King."
Thus saith the LORD, which makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; which brings forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
"Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. The beast of the field shall honour Me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people -- My chosen. This people have I formed for Myself; they shall show forth My praise.
But thou hast not called upon Me, O Jacob; but thou hast been weary of Me, O Israel. Thou hast not brought Me the small cattle of thy burnt offerings; neither hast thou honoured Me with thy sacrifices. I have not caused thee to serve with an offering, nor wearied thee with incense. Thou hast bought Me no sweet cane with money, neither hast thou filled Me with the fat of thy sacrifices: but thou hast made Me to serve with thy sins, thou hast wearied Me with thine iniquities ...
I, even I, am He that blots out thy transgressions for Mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins. Put Me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou may be justified. Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against Me. Therefore I have profaned the princes of the sanctuary, and have given Jacob to the curse, and Israel to reproaches." (Isaiah 43:10-28)
In these few scriptures, there is definitely a lot said. For those who may not know, the Lord spoke His
Word through Isaiah, a prophet. Indeed, in this context, Isaiah is said to be the most cited prophet in the Old Testament side. Herein, Isaiah is quoting the Lord God Almighty, and telling of the new thing He was about to do. From the New Testament, we understand that the dayspring from on high visited His people. At this point in prophecy, the Lord is declaring through Isaiah that He is God -- that "I AM He" -- who remembers not the sins of those who love Him.
"... that ye may know and believe Me, and understand that I AM HE: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me. I, even I, am the LORD; and beside Me there is no Saviour!"(Isaiah 43:10)
Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and His redeemer the Lord of hosts; "I AM the first, and I AM the last; and beside Me there is no God." (Isaiah 44:6)
"Fear ye not, neither be afraid: have not I told thee from that time, and have declared it? ye are even My witnesses. Is there a God beside Me? yea, there is no God; I know not any." (Isaiah 44:8)
"I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside Me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known Me." (Isaiah 45:5)

For thus saith the Lord that created the heavens; God Himself that formed the earth and made it; He hath established it, He created it not in vain, He formed it to be inhabited: "I am the Lord; and there is none else." (Isaiah 45:18)
"Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside Me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside Me." (Isaiah 45:21)
"Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the Lord? and there is no God else beside Me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside Me." (Isaiah 45:21)
"Yet I am the Lord thy God from the land of Egypt, and thou shalt know no god but Me: for there is no Saviour beside Me." (Hosea 13:4)
But the good news for us -- those born into this current dispensation of grace -- is that we can know and understand that this same God who framed the worlds in the very beginning was also in the world, calling us unto Himself. (John 1:10-11; II Corinthians 5:19) The Word made flesh and dwelt among us so that He could call us His chosen people -- if we would only put our trust in Him.
Yes, as He said, "I AM the Lord, and there is none else." (Isaiah 45:18) No other Saviour beside Me. (Hosea 13:4) "After the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared ..." (Titus 3:4-7) God manifest in the flesh. (I Timothy 3:16) Emmanuel, being interpreted, God with us. (Matthew 1:21-23)
His Name? Jesus, for He shall (and now has) saved His people from their sins. Please don't let those false teachers (as Isaiah writes) lead you away from the truth. Don't let them reduce the One and Only Almighty God who is our Lord and Christ into thirds -- with a third as God the Father, and another third as God the Son, and yet another third as God the Holy Spirit. Neither let them tell you that this same Spirit of the Lord God who created man in the beginning did not love us enough as His beloved to prepare for Himself a body too, so that we can be reconciled unto Him.
Why? Because His salvation plan is the greatest love story ever told! "Lo, behold, the volume of the book is written of Me!"
And now that we are assured that the purchase has been made, this same Lord God is inviting us to "hearken unto Me ... My called; I AM He, I AM the first and the last!" And His hand (singular) has laid the foundation for our salvation so that we might once again be reconciled unto our blessed Redeemer, God our Saviour! As He hath said, "This people have I formed for Myself; they shall show forth My praise!"
"For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside Thee, what He hath prepared for him that waits for Him." (Isaiah 64:4)
