I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh and as a consequence your sons and your daughters shall prophesy. Similarly, your old men shall dream dreams and upon my servants and upon my handmaidens, I will pour out of My Spirit. So the question is this. Have you received the Holy Spirit since you exercised your faith towards the name of the Lord JESUS? If you have not received the promised Holy Spirit according to the scriptures, then why not?
Certainly, there is only One Lord! There is only One Faith! There is only One Baptism. This is the short form confession of the faith that the scriptures render. In this context then, we ought to examine ourselves to see whether we are earnestly contending for this confession of faith. This confession of our faith that was once, and only once delivered from JESUS to us by His Holy Spirit.
The ministry of His Spirit declares that if any man has not the Spirit of JESUS the Christ then that person has not as yet accepted redemption nor has he or she obeyed the opening tongue spoken ministry of the Holy Spirit as recorded in Acts chapter two. Paul in Galatians declared, Who has bewitched you that you not obey the truth? Evidently you started out in looking at and believing in only JESUS alone! You were doing so well hungering for more of God with singleness of heart. What happened?
Well, in some cases you may have met a religious person who had church-ianity but had never experienced the free redemption that Christianity offers. What they did not tell you is that the Old Covenant is not the New Testament. Neither is the New Testament an addendum to the Old Covenant. The Old Testament is a covenant of works while the New Testament is intended to be a testament of love and grace neither of which are dependant on you.
God in the New Testament redeems to Himself a people who previously were not a people at all. The New Testament was necessary because God walked away from the former Covenant when those He had covenanted with had walked out from the Old Covenant demands. But this New Covenant is a Covenant between God who is Spirit and God Himself as a Son. This New Covenant was a ‘God In Christ Covenant.' Most of all, it involved the death of the testator - JESUS.
We as believers then are the benefactors of all contained in that everlasting Covenant of God in Christ. We as believers do not have a Covenant. Rather, we are the recipients of all that JESUS was heir of. All of JESUS the Christ inheritance has been bequeathed to us as HIs LAST WILL and TESTAMENT. One does not work for an inheritance. No, an inheritance is considered a gift!
Is it any wonder that the Apostle Paul said to the Galatians, "My labour that I have bestowed upon you - was it all in vain?" You started out well, but now you are endeavouring to work for salvation. Let me remind you says Paul that Christ died for all of our sins. Christ died for yesterday's sin, today's sin and even tomorrow’s sin.
This is why JESUS was raised from the grave -- for our justification! When Jesus ascended to Heaven, JESUS SAT down. So why are you still working for your salvation? Admittedly, you may work because you have salvation, but we do NOT work to obtain salvation. Salvation is the free gift Of God!
Start afresh. Read Acts 2 and do as the holy Spirit commanded. As for me and my house, we will by God’s grace serve none other than the God who loved us and gave Himself for us. Peace be on the ISRAEL of God!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 297
The post today will focus on Acts 2 for those who may be following along in the scriptures. We start with the verse "You shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has come upon you." When the day of Pentecost was come, we read that the 120 disciples were gathered together in a large room. JESUS had instructed the apostles to remain there until they were endued with the power and the promised Holy Spirit were to lighten upon them.
Within this room, suddenly there was a sound likened to the sound of a mighty rushing wind. The sound filled the whole room where the apostles and 120 individuals were sitting. Suddenly, something happened. The promised Holy Spirit lighted upon them all, significant because it indicates that JESUS was now glorified. We know this because the Holy Spirit was not given to anyone until JESUS was glorified. In this moment, we also know that this glorious ‘pure as a dove’ tangible anointing encompassed them, causing them all to begin to speak in different tongues.
From an observer's standpoint, it seemed as if their tongues were on fire. Indeed, their tongues hurriedly delivering a message in another language. There was no way that they could stop speaking this message. Literally, the Holy Spirit of JESUS entered each and every one of the 120 men and women filling them with His breath!
When we read Acts chapter 2, we have the interpretation of that unknown tongue language -- the cloven tongue message or the pure Holy Spirit message now being delivered to us through a prone to sin Adamic tongue. Peter along with other believers spoke JESUS WORDS to the people. WORDS that had been delivered by JESUS' spirit. For it is written that after JESUS ascended up on high, JESUS delivered His WORDS through His Holy Spirit to His people. In the scriptures, it states that JESUS said, "He that has ears, let him hear." Listen to what My Spirit says through the members of My body in which body, I am pleased to dwell.
At the summation of the Holy Spirit message of Acts 2 (a message delivered through the ministry of an unknown ‘coded’ tongue and now delivered through the Holy Spirit ministry interpretation of tongues) the Spirit delivered JESUS WORDS in an unknown tongue, enabling men and women to become a new creation through faith in JESUS! I urge all of you to read and do as the Holy Spirit stated. Come Today!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 296
Because of the sacrifice of JESUS the Christ, who was indeed the only begotten child of the Holy Spirit of God or, as the scriptures state, God Himself manifest in the flesh as a Son, we have an opportunity to be saved. Yes, God in the manifestation of JESUS (God with us) had a plan for all of His creation. This is why it is important to understand that in Jesus did ALL the fullness of the Godhead dwell bodily.
If some of you require an analogy, think of a drop of water from the ocean. Even with only the one drop, you would still be in possession of all the elements found in the ocean waters. Still, there remains a vast body of water that is ocean. It is the same with God in Christ. All of the fullness of the Godhead dwelt bodily in Jesus. All of the fullness of the Godhead.
This is why Jesus said to Philip, "If you have seen Me, then Philip you have seen the Father. I and my Father are one. He that has seen Me, the Son, has seen the Father." In other words, God has fathered All of His children in a Son’s body. Surely natural life as we see it displays this obvious fact. All of man’s offspring are fathered from a son’s body and after the child is born the son who provided the seed is recognised as a father.
JESUS then was conceived of the Holy Spirit - the Holy Spirit providing the new blood line. God Himself as a Son seeded us for it is written, "We are the SEED of JESUS the Christ." The SEED of JESUS the Christ is the WORD of God. For we have been born again NOT of corruptible seed BUT by incorruptible SEED which is the WORD of God.
JESUS being the very same WORD/WISDOM that indwelt God. Yes, one and the same. JESUS the WORD / the WISDOM of GOD coming forth from the innermost being of God, becoming for our sake God manifest in the flesh as a Son. God was manifest in visible form like unto Adam‘s sin prone race, appearing in such humiliated form to destroy the evil works and destruction of the devil.
JESUS purposely came in this condescended form so that we might have life eternal. JESUS did not descend into our midst to condemn us! Rather, JESUS came that we might have ample opportunity to be brought out from “the bondage of the law of sin and death" being translated by the grace of God into the Kingdom of God in Christ. And likewise, into the Law of Liberty!
Indeed, God has a plan for man, which unfortunately is often obscured and hid from many eyes. Who could entertain the thought that God would lay down His own life as a Son for us? But as we know from reading the scriptures, and similarly, our personal walk with our Saviour, God by Himself provided a way whereby sinful, disobedient, sin prone man could be redeemed.
Even today, with all of the eloquent speeches of men, their words are lame in comparison to the factual WORDS of ETERNAL LIFE spoken and confirmed by God. The same God who was indwelling the man JESUS the Christ who desired from the beginning of time to reconcile fallen man to Himself. As many as received JESUS received life! This is God's promise to one and all!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 295
When John wrote to believers, he said, "My hearts desire and my prayer to God is this - that you may prosper and be in good health." This prosperity that John referred to is contingent with your soul prospering. Rather than limit one's growth only to health and prosperity, which admittedly are in this life desirable, John emphasized that these desires ought to work in conjunction with and not independent from the spiritual growth of the born again inner man.
The reason that John makes this statement is simple. If a man should seek to gain the whole world at the expense of his born again soul then he or she at the end of the day has not gained anything. In reality, they suffer loss. Granted, silver and gold may not be the outcome. However, it is important to recognize that God will always supply the believer's needs -- for God knows what things we have need of even before we ask. Why? Because it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom. Like the scriptures repeatedly state, "If you ask for bread, God will not give a stone. If you ask for fish, God will not give a serpent"
Indeed, it is your Father’s good pleasure to give born again believers the Kingdom! Do you remember the promises of God? In blessing, I will bless you and in multiplying, I will multiply you and in so doing, you shall be great. Again, the offspring of the SEED of JESUS the Christ are the inheritors of all. So who are the offspring of Christ? We are!
We are the offspring of Christ! We are the people which have put on Christ. As it is written - as many of us as have been baptised into the name of JESUS the Christ have put on Christ. It is we who have become members of God’s body whose body was manifest in the flesh - JESUS! We are members of His bone and of His flesh. His redeemed people. The good news is that even though at one time we were not a people, we are now the people of God as a consequence of God's plan of salvation. In fact, we are the ISRAEL of God. Peace to one and all!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 294
All we like sheep have gone astray. We have turned every one to our own way. But there is good news! That is, the Lord has laid upon JESUS the Christ the iniquity of all of us. Surely, He has borne our grief and carried our sorrows. This is why Christians do esteem Him! When we ask the question, Lord where can we go? Or, what shall we do? The Lord God Almighty whispers the words, Return back to me for I have redeemed you. No, he did not redeem men and women with silver or gold but with His own blood which He willingly shed for you!
So, as a consequence, nothing shall separate you from HIS love for HE hath loved you even before the foundation of the earth. This is why in Psalms and throughout the New Testament we read, "I am the Good Shepherd. I will lead you into green pastures."
It is also why Jesus said, Come to me all of you who need deliverance and I will give you rest. Why? Because I am God alone and beside me there is no other. With arms wide open, I will and already have pardoned you. It is no secret what He can and will do for you! I am JESUS!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 293
And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved! There was a certain man, lame from his mother's womb who was laid daily at the gate of a temple. It is there that he expected to receive some money. As it so happened, Peter and John about to enter the temple were asked to give money. Instead, Peter and John in surmising the situation said, "Look on us." The man did as Peter had said, still expecting to receive from them financial sustenance.
However, as we read in the scriptures, Peter said to the man, "I do not have any silver or gold to give you (imagine - expectancy dashed) BUT what I do have I give to you (expectancy faith arises) - “In the Name of JESUS the Christ, rise up and walk!" Peter, stretching forth his right arm assisted the man to his feet. Immediately, the man’s feet and ankle bones received strength. The man started leaping and standing and walking going straight into the temple. In the temple, he continued leaping and walking, praising God as he went. The people watched as he continued praising God!
Likewise, JESUS when He walked upon earth went about doing good. As He went, He healed all who came to Him with expectancy (faith). Indeed, the New Testament is full of testimonials whereby JESUS delivered and healed all those who came to Him with expectancy of faith. Persons who were oppressed of the devil. How could this be? The spirit of God was in the man JESUS. Yes! God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself.
The God who indwelt the man JESUS the Christ is the very same today as He was in the scriptures. He has not changed. For God remains the same today as He was yesterday. And, as a consequence, we can have expectancy of faith (confidence) that tomorrow God will be unchanged. Recall at Calvary when JESUS in His body bore all of our sin? And with the stripes laid upon His back - those stripes that He received were for our healing?
So just because we do not visibly see JESUS is no reason to believe that He is absent from us. For in Acts chapter 1, we read that the same JESUS who ascended is the same one who has once again descended. Only this time JESUS was NOT TO BE WITH MAN! Oh no! This time, JESUS is to DWELL INSIDE MAN.
Expectant believers being baptized into His death are of God “Raised Again” as new individuals! Believing persons are grafted into HIS Spiritual body, becoming members of His bone and of His flesh. In feature, we still bear the image of the first Adam. However, spiritually we are no longer His offspring. We have been redeemed by the blood of His Holy Spirit, which blood flowed in JESUS veins and which blood was poured from His body at Calvary(paying in full for our freedom)!
This is why we now are the body of the same JESUS who laid down His life for us. Now He inhabits us even as He had His own natural body whilst He dwelt among us. He has bequeathed His inheritance to us! His LAST WILL He has SEALED in His own Blood!
However, as we read in the scriptures, Peter said to the man, "I do not have any silver or gold to give you (imagine - expectancy dashed) BUT what I do have I give to you (expectancy faith arises) - “In the Name of JESUS the Christ, rise up and walk!" For He That Is Mighty Hath Done Great Things; And Holy Is His Name - Part
"And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour ... " (Luke 1:47)
As did Mary (the mother of Jesus), we who believe in Jesus by faith are instructed to adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour -- in all things. (Titus 2:10; Hebrews 6:1-2)
" ... the acknowledging of the truth which is after godliness: in hope of eternal life, which God, that cannot lie, promised before the world began; but hath in due times manifested His Word through preaching, which is committed unto me according to the commandment of God our Saviour." (Titus 1:1-3)
Yes, the Lord came forth as a mighty man. (Isaiah 42:13; Isaiah 9:6) God became our Saviour. (I Timothy 3:16; John 1:1-14) He is the Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the ending. (Revelation 1:8, 11) His Name is Jesus -- Emmanuel, which being interpreted is God with us. (Matthew 1:21-23)
"But after that the kindness and love of God our Saviour toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost; which He shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; that being justified by His grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life." (Titus 3:4-7)
Therefore, salvation is wholly dependent upon what we do in our hearts with Jesus the Christ. Why is this so? Because JESUS is the culmination of the promised Seed (the seed spoken of in Genesis) along with the promised Seed implanted into Abraham. These two seeds were NOT after the fashion of Adam’s natural seed. No, these two Seeds were the Seeds of the Spirit of God. These two Seeds of promise continued down the genealogical pathway until these two Seeds arrived in a young virgin girl named Mary.
Herein, the Spirit of God brought the two SEEDS together in Mary's womb and Mary became a willing surrogate mother, as evidenced from her salutation in Luke 1:41-56.
Continuing in Acts chapters 1 and 2 we read that King David was also a prophet. David knew that God had sworn an oath with him -- of the fruit of his loins according to the flesh, that God in Christ would sit upon his throne. As we know, David the prophet regularly spoke concerning the resurrection of Christ, and prophesying that the Christ’s soul would not be left in the grave. Nor would the flesh of the Christ enter corruption.
Then Peter along with the other eleven apostles elaborates on these prophesies saying to his audience that God indeed has fulfilled these prophetic words spoken through David -- saying that God positively raised up Christ, and that, the apostles are/were eye witnesses to these events.
"That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life; (For the life was manifested, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and shew unto you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was manifested unto us;) That which we have seen and heard declare we unto you, that ye also may have fellowship with us: and truly our fellowship is with the Father, and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full." (I John 1:1-4)
"Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken and by wicked hands have crucified and slain, whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death; because it was not possible that He should be holden of it." (Acts 2:23-24)
Continuing, Peter said, "Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day. Therefore, being a prophet and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on His throne. He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that His soul was not left in hell, neither His flesh did see corruption. This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses. Therefore, being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, He hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
For David is not ascended into the heavens; but He saith Himself, "The Lord said unto My Lord -- Sit Thou on My right hand, until I make Thy foes Thy footstool." Therefore, let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ." (Acts 2:29-36)
Yes, JESUS was raised from the grave and exalted by the right hand of God. JESUS having received of the Father the promised outpouring of His holy Spirit. What you now observe and hear is that promise actuated. David prophetically said concerning JESUS, “The Lord said to my Lord - sit at My right hand UNTIL I make your enemies Your footstool” (Acts 2:34-35; Psalm 68:18; Psalm 110:1; John 14:26; Acts 2:1-11, 17; Acts 10:45)
Therefore, believers are to declare to all nations that God has declared that the same JESUS crucified on a Roman cross is and remains today both LORD and CHRIST! The audience upon hearing that they had in ignorance crucified the Lord of Glory were immediately pricked in their heart’s saying to the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" The Apostles replied, "Repent and be baptized every one of you into the Name of JESUS the Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the [promised] gift of the Holy Ghost." (Acts 2:38)
The promised gift of the Holy Ghost is to you and similarly to your children and to all those that are afar off. Indeed, the gift of salvation is promised to everyone who repents of their sins and is baptized into the name of JESUS. All those who believed in their heart on the day of Pentecost were gladly baptized without delay. In fact, they were baptized that very same day - 3,000 persons were baptized according to Acts 2. Needless to say, these new believers continued steadfastly in the apostles' teachings. So should we likewise desire His Spirit in our hearts, gladly receiving the Word.
As a consequence, we can rejoice, because the God of hope can now "fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound [as well] in hope through the power of the Holy Ghost." (Romans 15:13)
Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 292
The birth of JESUS the Christ. JESUS the promised SEED of Genesis along with the promised SEED implanted into Abraham. These two SEEDS were not after the fashion of Adam’s natural seed. No, these two SEEDS were the SEEDS of the Spirit of God. These two SEEDS of promise continued down the genealogical pathway until these two SEEDS arrived in a young virgin girl named Mary. The Spirit of God brought the two SEEDS together in Mary's womb and Mary became a willing surrogate mother. When did this happen? Not in the time period as celebrated (e.g. December 25th) today.
Then Peter along with the other eleven apostles elaborates on these prophesies saying to his audience that God indeed has fulfilled these prophetic words spoken through David. Saying that God positively raised up Christ and that we are eye witnesses to these events.
JESUS was raised from the grave and exalted by the right hand of God. JESUS having received of the Father the promised outpouring of the Holy Spirit. THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 291
JESUS went in and out among His disciples for a period of forty days and nights showing Himself alive by many infallible proofs. At the same time, Jesus spoke of the things pertaining to the Kingdom of God. After this time, Jesus ascended during which time He continued to communicate with His disciples through His Holy Spirit. But as we read in the scriptures, JESUS, prior to His ascent commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem. In fact, He told His disciples to wait there at Jerusalem until you receive the promised baptism of the Spirit of God! Similarly, JESUS said to them John (the Baptist) truly baptized with water but you shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost!
JESUS further stated that they would be endued with power, resulting from the Holy Ghost coming upon them/you. It will be at this point that they/you shall be His witnesses here and beyond - even to the very uttermost parts of the earth. So the disciples as instructed by their Lord waited at Jerusalem. 10 days they waited. Then, all of a sudden they heard a sound like a strong rushing wind. The sound seemed to be everywhere. As they sat there, tongues began to move uncontrollably as if they were on fire. As recorded in Acts 2, this uncontrollable experience happened to 120 persons who were gathered together.
What was happening? The 120 persons were all filled with the Holy Ghost and began to speak with other tongues as the Spirit moved upon them. Indeed, they just kept speaking in tongues. All of this was in order to fulfill the prophetic scriptures which said, "It shall come to pass that God will pour out of His Spirit [upon all believers] causing your sons and daughters to prophesy, your young men to see visions, and your old men to dream dreams." Yes, even upon those who are servants and upon handmaids will I will pour out My Spirit causing them to prophesy - saith the Lord.
Even more so, I will show wonders in the heavens and signs in the earth. Strange happenings will occur - blood, fire, and vapour of smoke. At this time, the sun shall be darkened and the moon turned into blood. All of these wonders appearing before the great and notable day of the Lord's coming!
In these days, saith the scriptures, it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved! Please read Acts chapter 2. Commit your life to the Lord so that God can pour out of His Spirit upon you too!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 290
JESUS the Christ did not glorify Himself by calling Himself a High Priest. Instead, it was said, "You are my Son. Today I have begotten you." In another section, the scriptures state concerning JESUS the Christ that "You are a Priest forever after the ORDER of Melchisedec." JESUS the Christ then was declared of God to be our HIGH PRIEST after the ORDER of Melchisedec.
God made this promise to Abraham saying "Surely in blessings, I will bless you and in multiplying I will multiply you." Indeed, God confirmed this promise with an oath.
God declared in another scriptural reference that in Abraham’s SEED will all the nations of the earth be blessed. The SEED spoken of here is not Abraham's natural seed but the promised SEED of blessing being the SEED of the Holy Spirit. The seed that is JESUS who is declared to be our High Priest forever after the ORDER of Melchisedec.
Surely, if perfection was obtainable by the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law) what further need would there be for another priest to be spoken of? This is a priesthood after the Order of Melchisedec. Not after the Order of Aaron.
It is in this context that the priesthood has now changed necessitating a change in law. For the Priesthood spoken here is after the Order of Melchisedec. This priesthood is not laws of a carnal commandment, but rather the new law is fashioned after the power of an endless life. “Jesus the Christ is a Priest forever after the Order of Melchisedec.”
The blood of JESUS the Christ through the eternal Spirit, (offering Himself) without spot to God has resulted in our conscience being purged from our dead works. As a consequence, we can now turn by grace and be confident in our faith that we are able to serve the living God!
JESUS therefore is the Only Mediator of the New Testament bequeathing to us His inheritance. JESUS' death purchased redemption for us from all our sin and transgressions. In so doing, JESUS secured for ALL believers the promise of eternal inheritance.
Note that in order for a Testament or Will to be enacted, there must first be the death of the testator. For JESUS has / did not entered into holy places made with man’s hands. JESUS entered into Heaven itself appearing in the presence of God for us.
JESUS offered HIMSELF only ONCE but He did so once and once for all. JESUS appeared once to put away sin by the Sacrifice of Himself. So CHRIST offered to bear all of our sins in His body at Calvary.
This is why we have a High Priest “after the Order of Melchisedec” who is touched with the feeling of our infirmities. For JESUS was tempted in all points like we are and yet JESUS did not sin!
So let us therefore come boldly unto His Throne of Grace, for there we will obtain His MERCY and GRACE to help us in our time of need!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 289 A
9 But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.
10 For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
11 For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified [are] all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren,
12 Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee.
13 And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me.
14 Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
15 And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
16 For verily he took not on [him the nature of] angels; but he took on [him] the seed of Abraham.
17 Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto [his] brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things [pertaining] to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people.
18 For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
10 For it became him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 289 B
Reading from Hebrews chapter 3: If you are a recipient and partakers of the heavenly calling, then we ought to consider the APOSTLE and HIGH PRIEST of our profession. That is, JESUS the Christ! JESUS was as a Son faithful to the mission appointed to Him, by His Father the Holy Spirit. We further read that Moses was faithful to the mission appointed of God to him!
However, this man JESUS ought to be counted by us to be worthy of more glory than Moses inasmuch as He who builds the house is surely worthy of much more honour more than the house itself. This analogy makes it easy to understand. For every house is built by some man - yes - but He that built all things is God.
Still, Moses was faithful in his designated mission as a servant. But JESUS the Christ AS A SON watched over the very house that He by Himself built. Confused? Well, we are the house that He desires to dwell in. We being the house that God created and desires to live in.
This is why we surely ought to worship Him with sincerity and truth. Today, the Bible states, if ye will hear his voice, do not harden your hearts!
For those readers familiar with the Old Testament, we know that it never was possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins! Therefore, when God in Christ comes into the world, the Holy Spirit says, "Sacrifices and offering I really have no delight in. Therefore, I prepared Myself a body." God saying, In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin, I have no pleasure in such.
Therefore, I come, (in the volume of the book, it is written of me) to do Thy will. This is My Will - I bequeath to them, after My sacrificial death! I will put my perfect law of liberty into their hearts and in their spiritual minds will I write them.
I JESUS did bear in My body whilst nailed to a Roman cross at Calvary all of their sins and all of their iniquities to be remembered no more. The slate is wiped clean. I laid down my life for them. In my death, I bequeath all that I have to them. ‘This is my last Will and Testament” written not in ink but written in My blood.
An Everlasting Testament! This testament differs totally from the covenant that I made with their fathers. Their fathers totally disregarded that covenant so I disregarded them.
My testament offered to all is this! That I the Lord will put my perfect law of the Spirit of Life into their minds, writing them in their hearts. I will be to them God and they shall be to Me My PEOPLE! They shall not teach every man his neighbour and every man his brother saying, Know the Lord for all shall know Me. From the least to the greatest. I WILL BE MERCIFULL to their UNRIGHTEOUSNESS! Their sins and their iniquities I will remember no more.
GOD, declaring a NEW TESTAMENT and in so doing, declares the former covenant Old! Put the old on the shelf! It is irrelevant! Peace be to the true ISRAEL of God!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 288 A
God, who at sundry times and in diverse manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds; who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high.
Being made so much better than the angels, as He hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For unto which of the angels said He at any time, "Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to me a Son?"
And again, when He bringeth in the first begotten into the world, He saith, "And let all the angels of God worship Him."
And of the angels He saith, "Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire." But unto the Son He saith, "Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of Thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even Thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above Thy fellows.
And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of Thine hands. They shall perish, but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment. And as a vesture shalt Thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but Thou art the same, and Thy years shall not fail.
But to which of the angels said He at any time, "Sit on My right hand, until I make Thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"
Let him that has an ear to hear, hear. Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 288 B
God, at different times and in different ways spoke in time past to believers via the prophets. In today's time dispensation, God has spoken unto us via His Son JESUS, noting that JESUS is the appointed heir of all things. Indeed, all things were made by JESUS and similarly all things were made for JESUS!
This is the same JESUS the Christ that is described as the brightness of His Glory. The same JESUS the Christ being the express image of God’s Holy Spirit. In fact the same Jesus - God in Christ - who upheld all of His promises by the power of His own Word. And the same JESUS the Christ that provided us with salvation.
In this context, God in Christ had by Himself purged our sins. He had by Himself finished or completed the work of man’s redemption. This is why JESUS said “It is finished.” It is also why JESUS then ascended into Heaven and sat down. By the act of sitting down, JESUS declared that no one can add to or diminish from the plan of redemption and salvation.
Yes, JESUS sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high (the right hand being the hand of power and work). It is important to note here that JESUS was much more superior than angels. The Spirit of God had never referred to angels as His sons. It is also important to note that His name - the name of JESUS - is superior to every other name whether it be in Heaven or on Earth. As the scriptures clearly state, there is no salvation obtainable in any other name.
“Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee” saith the scriptures. And again the Spirit declaring of JESUS - “I will be to Him a Father, and He shall be to me a son." In other words, when He brings His Only Begotten Son into this world, the Spirit says, “And let all the angels of God worship JESUS." But I digress somewhat.
Concerning the angels, the Spirit declares that He has made His angels spirits - His ministers - a flame of fire. But the Holy Spirit speaks concerning His Only Begotten Son saying, “Your Throne, O God is forever and ever a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of your kingdom."
Why is this? Because JESUS loved righteousness and hated iniquity. Therefore, saith the scriptures, the Holy Spirit your Father and God has anointed you with the oil of gladness above all others. For it was you Lord who in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth and the Heavens are the works of your hands. All things corruptible shall perish but you LORD do not change. Indeed, JESUS you are the same yesterday, today and forever. Whereas, everything else waxes old just like a garment.
But as a vesture you shall fold the remnants up and yes, they shall be changed. But you Lord are the same and throughout your years shall not fail those who love you.
Further, the Holy Spirit has never said to the angels at any time “Sit on my right hand, UNTIL I make your enemies to be your footstool." Rather, all angels are proclaimed of God to be ministering spirits. Spirits sent forth of God to minister to the heirs of salvation.
It is for this reason that the Holy Ghost shall lead and guide believers into all truth. After JESUS ascended up into Heaven, then the same JESUS ministered to believers through His Spirit. Therefore, let us hear by the ministry of JESUS what is being said today, knowing that the truth - the gospel - shall set us free. Peace to all in JESUS name!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 287
Paul (Saul) whilst journeying toward Damascus had his journey interrupted. Up until this point, Paul had been persecuting those who were followers of JESUS. But this day, on his journey, Paul became surrounded by a light that was much brighter than the noon day sun. Paul immediately exclaimed, "Who are you Lord?" A voice from within the light answered Paul saying, "I AM JESUS."
God had descended, revealing Himself in the man JESUS the Christ who was God manifest in the flesh. “GOD in CHRIST." The same God JESUS who descended now ascends to where He was prior to His descent and meeting Paul as he journeyed. "For God who was in Christ is now the CHRIST IN GOD.”
Stephen's experience as a believer provides another example. Whilst Stephen was being stoned to death by a mob of religious fanatics who could not handle the truth, their feet being stuck in tradition, they became Stephen’s judge, jury, and executioner. Little did they know at the time that this action against Stephen was the beginning for cutting off the Jews. Neither did they recognize that wtihin God's redemptive plan, that this action would lead to the introduction of the Gentiles into God’s redemptive plan.
In reviewing the scriptures, we read that Stephen, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up steadfastly into Heaven, saw the Glory of God and Jesus standing on the right hand of God. Note that JESUS standing indicates a new chapter in God’s redemptive plan. "Behold I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of God." Still, they stoned Stephen who was calling upon God saying, "LORD JESUS, RECEIVE MY SPIRIT."
Yes, truly JESUS IS THE CHRIST IN GOD. Peace to all in JESUS.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 286
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that He by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became Him, for whom [are] all things, and by whom [are] all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
For both He that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified [are] all of one: for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brethren, saying, "I will declare Thy Name unto My brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto Thee." And again, "I will put My trust in Him." And again, "Behold I and the children which God hath given Me."
Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, He also Himself likewise took part of the same; that through death He might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; and deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
For verily He took not on [Him the nature of] angels; but He took on [Him] the seed of Abraham.
Wherefore in all things it behoved Him to be made like unto [His] brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things [pertaining] to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that He Himself hath suffered being tempted, He is able to succour them that are tempted.
Yes, Jesus -- King of kings and Lord of lords.
Yes, Jesus -- Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the ending.
Yes, Jesus -- who is the resurrection and the life, that if we would believe in Him, though we were dead, we shall live, and whosoever lives and believes in Me -- Jesus -- shall never die.
Yes, Jesus -- the Bridegroom who is inviting us to the most elaborate feast ever says, "Come!"
Because His yoke is easy and His burden light.
Stand in the offering plate.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 285
The Holy Spirit’s veil of flesh was crucified, then buried, being raised from the grave on the third day by the Holy Spirit's power which power had indwelt the flesh of JESUS. For it was God in Spirit who indwelt JESUS. God having descended from His throne, took upon Himself the form of a Son. For in JESUS did dwell all the Fullness of Godhead bodily.
Yes, all the fullness of the Godhead. Not a part for God is not divided. God! Yes, the same God who made the world and all the things in it. All things visible and invisible were His works.
Now this same God enters the world in form as a son. JESUS, prior to His descent was God in spiritual form. JESUS was not another person. Rather, JESUS was the invisible Holy Spirit that came forth from the innermost being of God. Not a created being as some might have you believe.
God the invisible revealed Himself in spiritual form. Yes, the invisible Holy Spirit of God appears in visible form and shows Himself in spiritual form seated upon a throne.
This same God whereof we now speak leaves His throne, descends to earth, appears in the form as a man - a Son. For JESUS was declared to be the Only Begotten Son of God. JESUS was not begat of Adam's race. JESUS came forth from the Seed of God!
JESUS was depicted in scripture as lamb spoken of as a lamb slain before the very foundation of the world. God introducing Himself as the sacrificial lamb who lays down His life as a Son, for the redemption and salvation of a people who were not a people.
Yes, God was in Christ reconciling the world inhabitants to Himself. God upon completing His planned sacrificial redemptive plan, ascended into heaven, from whence He had descended from His throne. God condescending in form for man's redemption, which redemption is complete within itself which is why God declared, IT IS FINISHED!
GOD WAS IN CHRIST whilst JESUS was veiled in flesh. However, now the Scriptures reveal that CHRIST IS IN GOD. Recall that JESUS was the SEED of the Holy Spirit. Upon the cross, not one bone of JESUS' body was broken, for JESUS was the embryo of the Seeds of the Holy Spirit. Within these seeds of the Holy Spirit, there was no sin.
But the body of JESUS which was a prone to sin body, received in the womb of surrogate mother Mary -- it was that body that received the full punishment for Adam’s disobedience. For JESUS laid down His natural body as payment in full for our redemption.
JESUS now the Christ in God descends in His spiritual flesh and bone body, filled with the Spirit of life, not blood. JESUS appears to many in different ways, and at various times, revealing and teaching to His disciples all things in Scripture that pertained to His death, burial, and resurrection and the Kingdom of God!
JESUS then went in and out amongst them for a period of 40 days and 40 nights until He was taken up from their midst. From henceforth, JESUS directed them by His Holy Spirit. Peace to all who are in JESUS! For to know Him aright, is eternal life!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 284
God descended and man ascended but throughout God revealing Himself as a faithful creator, Saviour, redeemer, and friend!Indeed, with God, there is no shadow of turning away from His creation!
This explains why God did not send someone else to suffer the pain and agony of the cross. No sir! God Himself left His Glory, condescended to become as we are, yet without sin. God becoming in fashion as we are, taking upon Himself, the form of a servant.
God knew real full that He was purposely going to be crucified, dying a cruel death upon a Roman cross. Not that He as a Son did anything to deserve such cruel punishment. Still, JESUS stood before the judge to be tried, being falsely accused by religious opponents. As it is written in the scriptures, “They hated me without having a cause!”
The judge found no fault in JESUS and therefore He was undeserving of any judicial penalty. In this case, the judge did not throw up his hands. Rather, He washed his hands before delivering JESUS into the hands of His accusers. It was obvious that JESUS' accusers wanted JESUS dead.
The religious leaders had stirred up the people, calling for JESUS to be crucified.
People fanatically mocked, scoffed, whipped, spat, pulled at his beard, before putting on His head a crown of thorns. The accusers also made a Roman cross for Him to carry to the place named Golgotha where they crucified JESUS.
Still, God was in the man JESUS. In fact, JESUS was the two Seeds of promise given by the Holy Spirit of God, the promise being “that the seed of a woman would bruise the serpent’s head.” (Note: the serpent being the devil or satan and sometimes called Lucifer or the deceiver)
This promise was fulfilled by JESUS at Calvary, where JESUS laid down His natural life, offering His life as a sacrificial substitution offering. JESUS who had never sinned gave up His life for man’s redemption, providing an opportunity for Adam’s prone to sin race to return to God!
The Spirit indwelling JESUS being God who for our sakes manifested Himself as a Son - the Holy Spirit veiled in flesh. All the fullness of the Godhead did dwell within that body! Yes, all that God is as a Son was manifested in that body. What do the scriptures state?
If you have seen me, said Jesus, then you have seen the Father! I and MY Father are ONE. God who made the world was in the world. JESUS is the wisdom - the Word of God. The book of John records that He had seen, and that He had handled the Word of Life. The word of life referred to here is JESUS!
JESUS, as a man was crucified and buried, rising again the third day. The Holy Spirit who indwelt the man JESUS, raised the man JESUS from death prior to the body of JESUS entering the state of corruption. The Holy Spirit saying, that He would not leave “His body" to see corruption.
The Holy Spirit of God is a quickening (living) Spirit. Jesus arose from the tomb NOT as one of Adam’s descendants! Rather, JESUS died and was raised to life by a new Adam - the New Adam being the LORD Himself. Jesus was still clothed in flesh but it was a new kind of flesh - a spiritual flesh!
Yes, JESUS still had bones but JESUS had no longer blood sustaining His life. The life within JESUS was eternal spirit life! But still JESUS spoke as before. He was recognizable as before. The body of JESUS was the Holy Spirit body, for it was God who had laid aside His glory for our sakes. Now JESUS is returning to His Glory and He is taking His body with Him!
This explains why God did not send someone else to suffer the pain and agony of the cross. No sir! God Himself left His Glory, condescended to become as we are, yet without sin. God becoming in fashion as we are, taking upon Himself, the form of a servant.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 283
THIS IS MY BODY “GIVEN’FOR YOU! No man takes my life from Me. Rather, I as the Good Shepherd lay my life down for my sheep!
Yes, Adam was created in the likeness in earthy form, an image of God’s form. As we read in Genesis, God breathed into Adam and thus Adam became a living soul. But as we also read, Adam disobeyed God’s Words of caution. In the Garden, satan deceived Adam into believing that God had misinformed him. In the end, Adam fell for satan's lie. So God, expelled Adam along with Eve from their garden paradise.
As we also know from the scriptures, God had declared that the soul that sins shall surely die. Because of Adams' disobedience, death now reigned. Still, God loved His creation! So God devised a plan of salvation, resulting from counselling with Himself. A plan that did not demand involvement by anyone other than Himself! What was this plan?
Well, God was going to undo Adam's transgression. As we know now, this plan was to be implemented at an unimaginable cost. God was going to descend to earth, clothe Himself in flesh, and appear exactly as any other of Adam’s offspring.
In fact, He in His way of Life was going to demonstrate the Way that the Kingdom of God functions. JESUS being God Himself manifest in flesh went about doing good, healing all that were sick and oppressed by the devil. In other words, JESUS turned the tables upside down on the practiced religion of the day. In fact, religion of the day endeavoured constantly to obstruct this new way!
JESUS, at an appointed time allowed His opponents to have their way and crucify Him. In some aspect, one can envision these folks figuring that they could return their previous traditions and form of worshipping. Admittedly, not with any heart feeling - just worshiping in a traditional form! (They doing lip service, but their heart is far from me saith the scriptures)
JESUS was crucified, then buried, rising again the third day, fulfilling Leviticus chapter 23. But JESUS' body did not enter the phase of corruption. For it is written, that God would not permit His Holy child’s body to see corruption. The Holy Spirit of God fathered the embryo whilst the fetus was clothed upon in a surrogate mother’s womb.
Later, as we read further in the scriptures, we learn that while we crucified the body, the Spirit within that body we could not kill. Similarly, all the rage of darkness imposed upon JESUS' body were also being imposed /impacted upon the Holy Spirit who indwelt JESUS. As stated, JESUS the name declared of the Holy Spirit -- the body of JESUS was the flesh wherein IMMANUEL or God with us did dwell.
Of course, JESUS' body was prone to sin as all of Adam's offspring. Nevertheless, JESUS did not sin. Neither did JESUS die because of His sin! Simply put, JESUS died for OUR sin. JESUS put Himself in our place!
JESUS body died. That was the imposed penalty. But to enter into the state of corruption was not included in the plan. So God who was in the man JESUS quickened (or made alive) the body of JESUS. Instead of JESUS entering into the state of corruption, JESUS body was changed into a spiritual body!
A spiritual body having bones and flesh (tangible. The Holy Spirit in so doing, declared that man in this new spiritual dimension were to be in His Creation -- His Habitation.
This is why WE ARE THE BODY OF CHRIST! Peace to one and all!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 282
JESUS was wounded for our transgressions. JESUS was bruised for our iniquities. Upon JESUS was laid the chastisement of our peace and the stripes laid upon JESUS back was for our healing. Surely, Jesus did bear our grief and surely JESUS did bear our sorrows. Why? For the transgression of His people so that each and every one of us might be saved. That is the reason that He was smitten of God and afflicted.
JESUS said to Mary, “Touch me not for I have not as yet ascended." These words were not random words but stated for a reason. JESUS had been resurrected from the tomb on the First Day of the week of Sabbaths, early in the morning while it was still dark.
The Holy Spirit that had indwelt JESUS endured all the pain and scourging -- all that had taken place to that flesh body. The blows, pains, and cruelty that had been described earlier -- being applied to the body of Jesus -- impacted upon the indwelling Holy Spirit!
The pains, suffering and torment did not end when JESUS gave up His ghostly Spirit. Still, JESUS life as a natural flesh man died but the Spirit of Life lived on. At the same time, all that unjust punishment expended upon the body of JESUS was in reality received by the Spirit of JESUS which was and is the Holy Spirit.
Adam the first man was of the earth -- earthy -- whereas the second Adam was the Lord out of Heaven. So God, who had descended to redeem man from captivity was now to ascend. He that descended had no cruel markings but now since God’s descent, His spirit was wounded, and scarred.
Admittedly, the Holy Spirit being Spirit did not bleed but the body in which He had dwelt in whilst He walked among us bled, to the last drop of blood. This blood was the life giving blood that flowed in His body’s veins. The wounds and scars that were bestowed upon JESUS were wounds to the Holy Spirit.
But JESUS, arising from the tomb, as a quickening Holy Spirit was now returning from whence He had descended. Prior to His descent, as the scriptures declare was in the form of God. It was to this form that He returned to be GOD OVER ALL!
The Holy SPIRIT entering into that form takes into the HEART of God. It is in this context that we have a great High Priest who is able to succour us, regardless of whatever situation or plight we may be found.
Yes, the same God who created us is touched with the feelings of our infirmities. For He was here on earth - dwelling in a body such as the body we inhabit - and died, leaving us His Last Will - His Testament written in His Own Blood.
I am sure you will agree - there is no God like our God! Our God is Love beyond measure!

I am sure you will agree - there is no God like our God! Our God is Love beyond measure!
THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 281
Note then that the same God who descended is the same God who is now ascending to His Throne from whence He had descended. GOD Himself, becoming all things to all men so that He might gain some. In other words, God's plan of salvation was to rescue fallen man by means of free redemption.
Thus, in so doing, God could renew and ensure the uninterrupted fellowship with JESUS his Saviour and Redeemer that was intended from the beginning of time. So that God could restore each and everyone to their original purpose through faith in the redeeming Grace of God at Calvary. Redeemed and being translated into the Kingdom of the Son of God!
JESUS, housed in a prone to sin flesh body was received whilst still in the womb of a surrogate mother named Mary. His flesh, as we read in the scriptures was capable of being tempted in all points even as all of Adam’s offspring. But as we also know, inside that flesh body did dwell the Holy Spirit of God. The seeds of life issuing from the Holy Spirit. As it is written, JESUS, the only begotten son of God.
Yes, JESUS was conceived of the Holy Spirit which is why in JESUS' veins did flow the life-giving blood of the Holy Spirit. It is written that “God was in the man JESUS the Christ, endeavouring to reconcile sinful man to Himself.”
Still, as recorded in the scriptures, JESUS' Spirit suffered. He was tempted and tried by the devil, and likewise many others who were entrenched and delighted in the pleasure of sin. Then JESUS was judged by the then present judicial system, who found in JESUS no fault. In effect, Jesus was pardoned. Free to go. But in response to the crowds, the Judge washed His hands as if to say, "I played my part ... now lets go home."
Pilate the Judge then delivers JESUS into the hands of a frenzied religious mob who demanded that JESUS be crucified. JESUS was whipped, spat upon and stripped, and a crown of thorns placed upon His head. In the midst, His beard was torn. He was mocked and scorned, all of this occurring prior to JESUS being led away to a place called Calvary!
JESUS was also responsible for bearing the cross on which He was about to be crucified. JESUS now being physically weakened stumbled with the burden of the cross. He was assisted by a young man, arriving at the place called the place of a Skull. There the condemning crowd nailed JESUS' hands and feet to a cross. The cruel mocking continued with the eventual plunge of a sword into His side. From this wound poured blood and water. Indeed, as the scriptures reveal, JESUS' flesh was more marred than any other person!
Within this retelling of events, what we must recognize is that the body of JESUS, being the body in which the Holy Spirit dwelt, was the point upon which the fury and wrath of sinful men expended all their religious/sinful animosity. In reality, the body by itself cannot feel. Rather, the pain is felt by the spirit in the body (For the body without the Spirit is Dead)
In retrospect, whatever was said and done to JESUS' body was factually absorbed by His Spirit -- the inward man -- the Holy Spirit. In today's terms, yes indeed, it was our sinful nature that killed His body. Still, the good news of salvation is that we could not kill His Spirit.
The other good news is that all that transpired was not forgotten as soon as the sun went down. For what we did to JESUS, we did to the Holy Spirit body too. Therefore, the crucifixion and all active deeds pertaining to the demise of the life of the SON of God are as relevant today as they were at that time!
In the end, Heaven watched as the greatest love for anyone unfolded for one and all to see. If JESUS upon the cross had called for deliverance, we would not be reading this good news message. Still, when Jesus was nailed to the cross, the earth trembled and the sun darkened. For it is declared, that “Truly this WAS the Son of God."
GOD WAS IN THE MAN JESUS AND IT WAS HIS SPIRIT THAT SUFFERED THROUGH ALL! Therefore, how shall we escape if we neglect so GREAT a SALVATION!
THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 280
It is because of the cross and God's plan of salvation that from henceforth we do not know JESUS after the flesh. JESUS, in order to succumb to death delivered up His Spirit. The Spirit being the Holy Spirit of God - the same Holy Spirit of God who had conceived Him, and who indwelt Him. By so doing, JESUS permitted the sting of death to overshadow His mortal body. Yes, JESUS willingly ushered in death so that His death could bring into reality man’s redemption.
As we learned from earlier posts, redemption is only obtainable through the sacrifice of a sinless man. This is why God had searched and searched and yet found no man sinless. So instead, the same God who created us in the beginning descended from Heaven to bring us salvation.
To recap, God deposited into Eve and also into Abraham the TWO SEEDS of pure humanity which SEEDS were SEEDS of the Holy Spirit. The embryo of these two SEEDS being clothed in flesh and blood. Therefore, JESUS appeared in fashion as a man clothed as all men are in any woman’s womb. But Jesus was different. Indwelling JESUS was the very spirit of life, the Holy Spirit.
God in Christ prepared the way whereby He Himself as a man is about to offer His own sinless body (yet a prone to sin body being the results of the Holy Spirit embryo being clothed in the womb of a prone to sin surrogate mother named Mary). JESUS then was “God Himself manifest in the flesh” appearing as one of Adams sinful race and yet in JESUS did dwell ALL the fulness of the GODHEAD bodily.
This man JESUS offered His sinless body as a substitute for our sin laden lives, thereby disabling in one quick moment ALL the pronounced penalty of sins that had been placed earlier upon man as a consequence of Adam’s disobedience.
JESUS' body was laid in a tomb awaiting corruption. However instead, as the scriptures declare “the Holy Spirit of God did not suffer [neither did the Holy Spirit of God allow] His Holy One to see corruption." Why? Because corruption was not included in the penalty imposed upon man for Adam’s disobedience. Only the punishment of death.
Upon the third day after the crucifixion, JESUS appears to Mary. It was very early in the morning while is was still dark, JESUS says to Mary - “Do not touch me for I have not as yet ascended."
This was JESUS prior to His descent, being God Himself in form. Still, being no less God in form than God was in Spirit. God left that original spiritual form, humbling Himself, while taking upon Himself the form of man. And so being found in fashion as a man humbled Himself, becoming obedient to death, even death upon the cross. For in this earthly form God Himself puts Himself in our place, thereby providing man the opportunity to grasp redemption as a free gift.
Yes, God descended and it is this same God who descended who was about to ascend to where He was prior to His descent. That is, God in spirit form.
As we learned from earlier posts, redemption is only obtainable through the sacrifice of a sinless man. This is why God had searched and searched and yet found no man sinless. So instead, the same God who created us in the beginning descended from Heaven to bring us salvation.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 279
The second Adam JESUS who is the Lord from Heaven -- the Lord God Himself as a Son was the same JESUS conceived of the Holy Spirit. The same JESUS declared in scripture as the ONLY begotten Son of God, in whose veins did flow the life blood of the Holy Spirit. Indeed, He was the embryo clothed in flesh in the womb of a willing surrogate mother named Mary, inasmuch, as Mary herself was clothed in sin prone flesh.
Similar to all of Adam’s offspring, JESUS was likewise tempted and tried in all points even as we are. And yet Jesus did not succumb to sin. Why? Because the Spirit indwelling in JESUS was greater than the satanic spirit that had deceived Adam in the beginning.
Still, the world having found no fault in JESUS went ahead and crucified Him -- JESUS being the Lord of Glory -- who had humiliated Himself by clothing Himself in flesh and appearing as a man. In so doing, God purposefully lay down His pure, holy, undefiled body as a payment of debt, thereby redeeming man from a prison of sin.
In other words, one man’s disobedience caused the expulsion of man (and woman) from the Garden of Eden, severing any hope of fellowship with God. The result? We incurred a penalty. Or, as the scriptures state, “that the soul that sins, it shall surely die.”
But JESUS, the only righteous man found on earth was the only one who could overturn the penalty. Still, to do so meant that He must die. Is it any wonder then that we read in the scriptures that JESUS in the garden prayed concerning the demands of redemption? However, there was no other means of securing man’s redemption.
So JESUS in prayer sweated as if it were drops of blood. He knew that there was no alternative way to secure man's redemption other than the cruel death of the Cross, creating a juncture in time where He the just would willingly lay down His Life for the unjust!
JESUS, via the decision of Pilate, was delivered into the hands of a religious fanatical frenzied mob and led to the place called SKULL. There they crucified JESUS with Him declaring that "no man takes my life from ME. [Instead], I lay my life down willingly." At this point, Jesus could have called for a legion of angels to deliver Him. For our sake, He did not.
Rather, on the cross, JESUS said Father, "Forgive them for they know not what it is they are doing." There, JESUS delivered the care of His mother into the hands of John prior to delivering His Spirit into the hands of God (for indwelling Jesus was the Holy Spirit of God, His FATHER the Holy Spirit. For without JESUS delivering His SPIRIT the Holy Spirit, then JESUS' body should have never died).
On the cross JESUS said, "IT IS FINISHED." The redemption of man is now complete. For it was God who laid down His life as a Son so that all those who believe in the Name of the son of God - JESUS - can now receive as a gift eternal life. This is why we give thanks to God for His unspeakable gift - salvation!
YES we indeed crucified the Lord of glory. How can anyone expect to escape the wrath of God, if they willingly reject God’s salvation? As the scriptures state, there is no salvation in any other. In the end, they took JESUS down from the cross, laying His body in a tomb.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 278
Paul, in I Corinthians, chapter 15 verse 3 said, "For I delivered unto you this message, which message I had also received, how that Christ died for our sin according to the scriptures, and that He was buried and rose again the third day." Yes, JESUS was crucified and hurriedly placed in a new nearby tomb. Hurriedly because the JEWISH GREAT SABBATH commenced at even - 6pm.
But as we realize from the scriptures, early in the morning whilst it was still dark and being the morning of the first day of the Week of Sabbaths, JESUS, had already risen from the tomb.
Mary, who had went to the tomb early observed that the stone which had blocked the entry to the tomb had been rolled away. She also noticed that another person was there who she thought to be the gardener. Mary asked this man if he knew where they had taken the body of JESUS. HE replied using her name Mary. She immediately recognized JESUS' voice wanting to touch Him. JESUS said to Mary, "Touch me not for I have not yet ascended."
This is the morning of the Third Day SINCE JESUS was crucified and buried! In the epistle, I Peter chapter 3 verse 18, we read that JESUS had, during the intermediate time descended. Whilst there JESUS preached to the spirits that were in prison. And in I Peter chapter 4 verse 6 we are given the reason why. That is, Jesus had went into the spirit world
I Corinthians chapter 15 verse 35 presents how the dead are to be raised. Verse 42 continues this point addressing the resurrection of the dead. Indeed, all of I Corinthians chapter 15 addresses the resurrection. You might want to read along in your Bible as we review this subject.
In verse 44 we read that we are sown in a natural body but we are to be raised a spiritual body. Just previous to this we read in verse 43 that the first Adam was made a living soul, whereas the (second) last Adam a quickening spirit -- JESUS, conceived of the HOLY SPIRIT. In verse 47, the first man was of the earth was earthy. Conversely, the second man is the LORD (HIMSELF) from Heaven!
Verse 50 continues by stating that flesh and blood CANNOT inherit the kingdom of God. Neither does corruption inherit incorruption. This explains why we shall all be changed. For this corruptible body MUST put on an incorruptible body and this MORTAL body must put on immortality.
Why is all of this important? First and foremost, Christ is risen from the dead. He became the FIRST FRUIT of them that slept (the sleep of death!) or the FIRST FRUIT OFFERING referred to in Leviticus chapter 23.
JESUS had a body when He arose for Mary was told not to touch Him. For as of yet, He had NOT ASCENDED. Later, that same day the First Day of the Week of Sabbaths, towards EVEN, JESUS entered into a locked door room. HIS disciples were terrified by His sudden appearance. They thought they were seeing a Spirit being. However, JESUS said to them Peace. “HANDLE ME” and see that a SPIRIT has NOT “FLESH and BONES" as you see I have.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 277
You are a priest forever after the order of Melchisedec.
In other words, JESUS' priesthood is not after the order of the Levitical priesthood. Melchisedec who met Abraham was priest of the most high God. In this capacity, Melchisedec had neither earthly father nor mother. Neither did Melchisedec have any record of descent, He had neither beginning of days nor did He have an ending of life. In other words, Melchisedec continues as priest forever.
Note the comparison. JESUS had no earthly father or mother. Jesus has no record of descent. The embryo was the child of the Holy Spirit. The embryo seeded by the life giving blood of the Holy Ghost. Therefore, in JESUS blood did flow the eternal life of the holy Spirit of God.
Further, God has an unchangeable priesthood. Therefore, JESUS being the child of the Holy Ghost, JESUS, being the two promised seeds saw one seed implanted into Eve, and the other seed implanted into Abraham.
JESUS went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil for God was in Him. For God purposed plan of salvation was to seek and to save all of those people who would otherwise would be lost. As Jesus said, I did not come to condemn the world but that the world through Me might be saved.
JESUS is the Wisdom / Word of God. God as a Son was in the world and the world did not recognize Him. They did not recognize Him because there was no glitz or glamour in His appearance. Still, God who is Spirit veiled Himself in flesh.
The embryo (Holy Spirit Seeds) were clothed in flesh whilst in the womb of a willing surrogate mother named Mary. This woman Mary was blessed among women chosen of God to be surrogate. However, it must also be noted that Mary was not blessed above any other woman. For as the scriptures declare, "Those who hear the Word of God, and continue in God’s Word will be more blessed, than the womb that JESUS was clothed in."
JESUS then arising from the tomb on the first day of the week of Sabbaths was yet not ascended into heaven. The offering for sin sacrificed although not as yet presented. JESUS being the “once and for all sacrifice” in which sacrifice man's redemption from sin is secured.
JESUS who before death was clothed in generational Adamic flesh, upon rising from death was no longer veiled in such flesh. For it is written that the first man - Adam - had a natural body. The Second Adam was the Lord. Yes indeed, we killed the natural veil of flesh which veiled the Holy Spirit Life.
JESUS did not immediately rise from the dead. As we read in the scriptures, JESUS had to descend in Spirit into the spirit world to liberate more captives. JESUS completing that mission then quickened His body (was made alive). His natural body changed from a natural body into a living spiritual form (a quickening spirit) This spiritual body bore all the cruel markings He had received whilst He delivered Himself into the hands of sin prone men and women.
Touch me not Mary for I have not as yet ascended! JESUS as Priest of God fhen ascended into Heaven upon the first day of the week of Sabbaths displaying the markings of His mauled crucified body, as payment in full.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 276
Mary, do not touch me for I have not as yet ascended to my Father. Mary, go to my brethren, and say to them,I ascend unto my Father and to your Father: to my God and your God.
Touch me not.
This conversation was happening very early in the morning when it was still dark. According to Leviticus 23, it was the first day of the week of Sabbaths.
JESUS said to Mary, "I have as yet not ascended." Why? Because JESUS as of yet had not offered Himself to His Father as the once and for all sacrificial offering. The same offering intended to purchase man's redemption. As it is written, “He offered Himself." He, God as a son over His own household offered Himself to Himself.
Prior to the even (note that this was the beginning of another day - 6pm to 6 pm as recorded in Genesis in the Jewish calendar - was also the first day of the week of Sabbaths) JESUS appears to the disciples in a room where the doors were closed. JESUS suddenly appears in the room saying, "Peace be unto you." Therein, JESUS showed the apostles His hands and His side. Needless to say, the disciples were glad when they saw the Lord.
JESUS then said to the disciples, "As my Father has sent Me, so send I you." And having said this, JESUS breathed upon them saying, "Receive you the Holy Spirit." Then Jesus added, "Whosoever sins you remit, then their sins are remitted also. Whosoever sins you retain, those sins shall be retained."
If you recall from reading the scriptures, JESUS was hastily put into the tomb at evening. The Even or the start of the Jewish High day. The Great Sabbath was approaching. But JESUS was not handled by anyone until 3 day and 3 nights later. That being the evening of the First day of the week of Sabbaths when JESUS appeared in the closed room to His disciples.
Exactly 3 days and 3 nights as He had said before His crucifixion. It was the same period of time that Jonah had spent in the great fish belly. How does the scriptures put it? Just as Jonah spent three days and three nights in the belly of the fish, so shall also the Son of man be three days and three nights in the bowels of the earth.
Thereafter, JESUS went in and out amongst His disciples for a period of 40 days and nights appearing in different forms and at different times. JESUS, during that period opening their minds so that they could understand the scriptures.
Why the 40 days and 40 nights? Well, this made up for the time period that JESUS had spent in the wilderness being tempted of the devil. JESUS explained to His disciples the scriptures that otherwise could have been hid! But JESUS, God Himself as a Son indwelling a Son’s body fathered us. If JESUS had not waged the battle of sin for our redemption we would still be held captive by Satan. Instead, JESUS BREATHED into his disciples His Spirit - the well of living water! It is this same well that we can drink from today. ONLY BELIEVE AND RECEIVE! Peace be to all in JESUS name! cont. ,
Touch me not.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 275
JESUS was crucified and taken down from the cross. He was then laid in a tomb as even approached. This is the same tomb His body lay in until early morning of the first day of the week of Sabbaths. (Leviticus chapter 23)
Early that same morning, Mary went to the tomb area. Mary observed that the stone which blocked the entrance to the tomb had been rolled away. According to the scriptures, she also saw a person standing whom she mistakenly thought to be the gardener. She addressed him asking a question. "Please tell me where you have taken JESUS." The person replied by calling her name. Mary, He said. She, upon recognizing JESUS' voice wanted to touch Him.
However, JESUS told Mary, "Do not touch me for I have not yet ascended. Instead, go tell my disciples that I have risen."
The disciples upon hearing from Mary that JESUS was risen from the dead did not believe her story. Still, Peter along with another disciple ran to the tomb. In fact, Peter outran the other disciple running straight inside the tomb.
The other disciple upon arriving at the tomb did not enter. Rather, he observed the scene within the tomb noting that the material that the body of JESUS was wrapped in still lay in the exact place where the body of JESUS had been placed. Untouched. He also noticed that the head wrappings were folded and laid separate from the body wrappings.
You may ask what the significance of this distinction is. Well, JESUS is the Head of the body - the Church. As such, JESUS is finished with death. It is finished. On the other hand, the church (being the members of His body) await to be born of God. The work and cost of redemption lying in a tomb but without a body.
"Death is swallowed up by victory! O” death where is your sting? The sting of death is sin and the strength of sin is the law!"
However, JESUS in His death abolished the strength of sin and the law. All the judgments of our sin were laid upon Him for He - Jesus - has borne our sin, and carried our sorrow. JESUS who had never sinned willingly took upon Himself our sin. (Isaiah 53) The just dying for us the unjust!
JESUS, God Himself as a Son, and innocent of any crime, yet condemned to the cruel death upon a cross. Yes, JESUS died for our sin, rising from death for our justification. JESUS' death, burial and resurrection now enables men and women to turn from their sin, becoming inheritors of all that was His.
Further, He was the only begotten child of the Holy Ghost. JESUS said that all that the Father has is mine and all that is mine is yours. JESUS flesh was cursed, and admittedly, JESUS did dwell in a prone to sin body. Yet that body JESUS inhabited DID NOT SIN.
JESUS is finished with death dying once and only once to ensure that all men and women have an opportunity to receive the free gift of eternal life. The body wrappings that clothed that sin prone flesh are awaiting you and I to acknowledge that it was the penalty of our sin that we now view.
What must we do? First, do as revealed in I Corinthians chapter 6. Be buried by baptism into JESUS death so that our old sinful nature may be clothed upon with the righteousness of JESUS. And now clothed, we arise from that watery grave completely justified from all sin. A NEW CREATION!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 274
From henceforth, no man should seek after the flesh, even though we have known JESUS the Christ after the flesh. Fortunately, we no longer know Him that way. Why is this? It is because God’s plan for the redemption of man is now complete.
God Himself lay down His life as a Son. He shed His own blood. This was not the same blood that flowed in the veins of Adam’s fallen race. Rather, the blood that flowed inside the veins of JESUS was the very blood of the Holy Spirit of God who had in mercy and grace, extended His love toward His fallen creation. This is the same creation that God had breathed the breath of life.
Why? Because again, JESUS loved His creation. He loved the men and women that He created even whilst He agonized in pain. Whilst He was nailed to the cross. For He, upon the cross suffered not for sins that He had committed for He was sinless. The only sinful part on the Cross was His flesh body which was fashioned from Adam’s fallen offspring body.
In this case, the Holy Spirit life of the embryo was clothed in Mary who was, for all intents and purposes, a surrogate mother whose prone to sin flesh is inherited from Adam’s offspring. Still, that flesh body was tempted and tried in all points as we are but JESUS, being the only begotten Son of the Holy Spirit did not sin. Neither was there any guile found in His mouth.
JESUS was the Lamb of God - the Lamb was God Himself as a Son. In this context, God by the sacrificial death of Himself as a Son was willing to pave the way to heavens door in His own blood. JESUS being the ONLY door! JESUS being the ONLY mediator between God and man! For without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sin!
Further, God loves man. But God hates sin. Sin entered the world through ONE man’s disobedience, resulting in all mankind inheriting the penalty. Death. Separation from God. But God in LOVE offered Himself as a Son, thereby substituting His sinless life as the once and for all sacrifice for all sin.
Indeed, GOD PUT HIMSELF IN OUR PLACE. Thanks be to God for such an unspeakable gift. As a consequence, there is now, NO MORE SACRIFICES or OFFERINGS FOR SIN. JESUS cried out whilst on the cross, "IT IS FINISHED." The work plan of God’s redemption is now complete!
This is why JESUS ascended into Heaven, from whence He had descended and sat down. Unfortunately, often religious institutions try endlessly to add to the completed sork of God’s redemptive plan. Some even succumb by endeavouring to scale the way into Heaven through good works and/or religious ceremonies. Still, the question is this. If these were meaningful efforts, then would there have been no need for the agony, and suffering administered upon JESUS.
Take the gift that God freely offers. Ask the Lord to forgive you. Be baptized (buried) into the watery grave so that you can receive forgiveness. You will also receive His Holy Spirit presence into your life as confirmation that you passed from death into an abundant life! Let no man deceive you! Peace be!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 273
WE HAVE CRUCIFIED THE LORD OF GLORY!
How shall anyone escape if we ignore or neglect so great an offer of eternal salvation? The gift of salvation that is freely offered to all of Adam’s offspring. Yes, the Gift of Eternal Life!
According to the scriptures, eternal life cannot be attained by any other means other than that which God accomplished on our behalf of us at Calvary. There is no other means of salvation. Just as God has declared that there is no other name other than the name of JESUS whereby anyone can be saved, there is no other means to be saved.
Why? Because JESUS is the only Begotten Son of God! JESUS was not begat as we are. JESUS, the SEED of promise that brought forth the embryo was of the Holy Spirit. In JESUS' veins was the life giving blood of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, in JESUS did dwell ALL the fullness of Godhead bodily. JESUS as a man being the very same God who is Spirit. And as a man, JESUS was still the form of God. Only in that period of time was JESUS veiled willingly in flesh appearing as an earthly image (as was Adam) of that spiritual form.
JESUS being the “I AM“ JESUS being also the “Father” of all things created, seen and unseen. JESUS being the very same God who has made all things - the very same God - not another person! Like the scriptures state repeatedly, JESUS is God appearing in flesh as A SON! Indeed, JESUS is the ONE HOLY SPIRIT being the FATHER of ALL who now for our sakes was found in fleshy fashion as a SON. The words that JESUS spoke including the healings and miracles were of the Holy Spirit who indwelt JESUS!..
JESUS said, "It is not my flesh that is doing these works, miracles, signs and wonders. It is the Spirit of God that dwells within." For it was a performance of the grace of God in JESUS the Christ endeavouring to reconcile the fallen Adamic race to Himself.
In other words, JESUS the Christ was put to death in the flesh and buried, arising from the tomb very early in the morning on the third day - which day was the first day of the week of Sabbaths - fulfilling Leviticus chapter 23.
Upon that morning Mary spoke to Jesus. As the scriptures reveal, JESUS said to Mary "Do not touch me for I have not yet ascended to my Father." However, that same day just prior to even(between 5 and 6 )when the disciples were gathered together in a locked door room, suddenly JESUS appeared in the room. The assembled group were filled with fear, thinking they were looking at a spirit being.
But JESUS told them to "HANDLE ME and see." A spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have. While in their midst, JESUS asked for food and they gave food to Him and He ate the food. Still, JESUS continued to go in and out among them for a period of 40 days and nights (Read I Corinthians 16 and Acts chapter 1). At the completion of the 40 days JESUS ascended into Heaven. After His ascension, JESUS through the operation of His Holy Spirit gave commands to His chosen apostles.
From henceforth, we do not know JESUS after the flesh. But in the scriptures, we retain a partial record of the things that took place as JESUS walked among us in flesh. As it is written, even though we have known JESUS after the flesh, yet henceforth, we no longer know Him in that fashion.
JESUS was manifest in the flesh to destroy the work of the devil (MISSION ACCOMPLISHED) meaning the work of Redemption is now complete!
How shall anyone escape if we ignore or neglect so great an offer of eternal salvation? The gift of salvation that is freely offered to all of Adam’s offspring. Yes, the Gift of Eternal Life!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 272
God descended and man ascended. Jesus was put to death but the flesh was quickened (made alive) by the Spirit. Why? Because as the scriptures state, He will not allow your Holy Son to see corruption.
JESUS the child conceived of the Holy Spirit, who was not a partaker of sin, willingly laid down His prone to sin flesh substituting His sinless life in our place. In so doing, He thereby obtained remission of sin for all those who call upon Him!
As we know, JESUS died a cruel death upon a cross declared to be cursed. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone that hangs upon tree." But as we also know, death could not hold Jesus who was, and still is the Lord of Glory.
It is this same Jesus that in order to redeem mankind from their inherited sin was willing to lay down His life on the cross for our salvation. The sin nature being inherited from His natural father Adam who was willingly disobedient to the instruction of God. Adam, succumbed to Satan’s deceptive lies resulting in Adam and Eve being expelled from the Eden Garden.
The good news is that Jesus bore our sin in His own body when crucified, becoming in appearance more marred than any other. For the Lord had laid upon Himself all that justice demanded to eradicate sin.
JESUS, having previously said, that as Moses had lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must also the Son of man be lifted up, that whosoever looks upon Him, shall be delivered. JESUS being the Tree of Life!
JESUS said that if we were to destroy (kill/murder) this Temple (His body) then three days later He would raise His body up out of the realm of death. Therefore, the body of JESUS did not enter the state of corruption. Let me explain.
The first man Adam is of the earth, and we, being his descendants are clothed physically in flesh even as he was. Whereas the second Adam even though He was manifest in flesh outwardly -- yet inwardly He was the SEED of the Holy Spirit. He was the Lord Himself who without reluctance came forth out of His Glory humbling Himself and veiling Himself in flesh.
Now being found in fashion as a man, even as a Son for the sole purpose of man’s redemption, He clothed Himself in flesh. In flesh. Yes, the God who created us became even as we. As the created sons of God were, so He himself appeared in a body prepared of God. That He God whilst in the flesh should be tempted and tried in all points even as we and yet He, God as a Son did not sin.
Therefore, He alone who by the sacrifice of His flesh (prone to sin body found of the judicial system to have no fault in Him worthy of death) offers us a plan for salvation. Even though the mob crucified Him, urged into a frenzy by religious zealots, and hanging a sign declaring who He was, they couldn't dismiss God's ultimate plan of salvation.
That sign on the cross was written in three languages - Greek, Latin and Hebrew. On the sign it stated, JESUS OF NAZERETH, KING OF THE JEWS. While some wanted to remove the sign saying that that is who He said He was, nevertheless, the powers that be replied, what I have written remains.
Further, the angel declared that His name shall be called JESUS because it would be He, who would save His people from their sin. As it is also written, He came to his own people, and they did not receive Him. However, as many as did receive Him, to them He gave power to become the sons and daughters of God. ONLY BELIEVE!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 271
For the Son of God was manifested in the flesh in appearance as one of Adam’s prone to sin descendants. However, Jesus was not one of Adam’s prone to sin descendants. Indeed, JESUS is the Son that was to be born into the world as the Saviour of all men. As it is written in the scriptures, "Unto you there is born this day a Saviour, who is the Christ and Lord." Isaiah declared that JESUS' descriptive titles/names would be called Wonderful, Counsellor, the Mighty God, the Everlasting Father and the Prince of Peace.
JESUS, being the One Holy Spirit who by His Wisdom/Word created all things. JESUS, the very same God who purposed by the counsel of His own will even before a visible creation existed. It was He who decided that He was now going to show Himself in form. And when viewed in form He was no less God than He was prior to showing Himself in form.
God did not all of a sudden become another person. For it is written that He being now in the form of God, He thought it not robbery to be equal with God. ONE GOD.
God created man of the earth, fashioned of earth, in the likeness of God’s spiritual form. Adam being declared as a Son of God in likeness only. God breathed into Adam and Adam became a living soul.
Adam sinned by disobedience, and so stunted God’s plan for man. The Holy Spirit of God provided of Himself two SEEDS of an entirely different blood line, and not that which was Adam’s seed blood line. In so doing God provided a means whereby fallen mankind could be reinstated by redemption to the exact place of Adam’s disobedience.
This is why man once again has to decide to obey God or to repeat Adam’s disobedience. It is in this perspective that
men and women are at the crossroads. DECISION time. Others upon hearing these redemptive words cried out to God’s messengers in Acts 2.
What must we do? the people asked. The messengers told them what they must do. As we read in the scriptures, 3000 people believed, repented of their sin and obediently were baptised in water, being buried symbolically into the grave with JESUS. They by the hand of God are cleansed from ALL sin,
They, upon rising up from out the watery grave have become new persons. Justified. Righteous. Sons and daughters of God. A new creation after the Image of the Second Adam JESUS, from henceforth the working plan of God progresses within them. The Holy Spirit now indwelling. The very same Holy Spirit that was in the man JESUS, is now given to us as a free gift. Our inheritance - for now we are the body of the Christ.
Yes, God as a son Fathered us in His death. We are all the children of God through the operation of faith in what God has done on our behalf when He as a Son laid down His life. For to all those who believe on the finished work of God upon the Cross there is no condemnation.
Here is how the scripture portrays God’s plan of redemption. That after JESUS died and rose from the grave, He JESUS ascended into Heaven and sat down. By the expression of JESUS sitting down, means, that the work of man’s redemption is complete. The completed work of redemption needs not that we must add something to this work, for the work of God is COMPLETE.
Salvation was fully accomplished by the right hand of God never to be repeated again. This is why our redemption is complete. PEACE BE!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 270
For You will not suffer Your Holy One to see corruption.
The wages of sin is death. In the eyes of God, there is no distinction between a small sin and sin that is criminal. Indeed, sin is sin. In the beginning, Adam disobeyed God’s Word and as a consequence we all inherit the wage or penalty resulting from Adam‘s disobedience. Prior to Adam’s disobedience in the Garden of Eden, Adam was perfect. However, following Adam's willingness to go his own way, the dark cloud of sin fell over Adam. It did so, even contaminating Adam’s seed. Since we are of Adam’s seed, we also bear the fruit of Adam’s transgression.
Therefore, it may seem like we are in a boxed-in situation, incapable of escape. Because of this, we resort to dressing up sin so that it no longer appears as sin. In today's world, we call it fashionable sin.
In the Garden, God said to Adam, "What have you done?" It was here that humankind inherited a world full of pollution, eternal death and separation from God. It was also within this context that we are able to recognize that we are lost and blind. As the cliche states, when the blind lead the blind, things do not get better.
The Lord said, "My people perish for lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6)
But God, whose earthy image we are by creation, has said that He is not willing that any of His creation should perish. Instead, God devised a plan. God's plan was for He Himself to clothe Himself in flesh and through/by the sacrifice of His own flesh body, purchase redemption on man’s behalf. God purchased our freedom and presented our freedom to us as a gift. Fully paid!
To top it all, God in the form of a Son bequeathed all of His rightful inheritance to us. In short, He became as one of us so that we could be clothed in His righteousness. How can this be? The scriptures state that He the unjust and unrighteous would become just, and I the unrighteous will now be classified as being righteous.
In this context, God as a Son won the battle for all the whosoever's seeking salvation. Indeed, God put Himself in the place of men and women.
JESUS, who is God Himself as a Son willingly laid down His prone to sin flesh body, paying the debt of sin. Because of one man’s sin death fell on all men. So by the death of one righteous man the penalty is dismissed (no double jeopardy within God's plan of salvation). And we are FREE.
Death was the penalty. Corruption was not demanded. The first Adam was made of the earth whereas the second Adam was the SEED of the holy Spirit of God. The embryo was of the Spirit of God. The bones and blood of the embryo having no sin remained unharmed and intact upon the Cross.
Whereas, the flesh which was prone to sin material was provided by Mary, (she being one of the first Adam’s descendants), now willingly served in the role as /of a surrogate mother.
According to the scriptures, JESUS, being put to death in the flesh, was alive in Spirit and similarly quickened by the power of His Spirit. He had said, "Destroy this body (temple) and in three days I will raise it up again." Yes indeed we killed His flesh body, but not the life of His Spirit within!
We at conception are seeded as a natural earthly body. The genealogy of Adam’s seed. When we are to be raised again as a result of salvation, we are not raised in natural bodies. We are raised in a spiritual body to be just like the Second Adam JESUS, for we are members of His body, of His bones and His flesh!
Thus, herein, close to being saved is not sufficient. One has to believe on Jesus Christ as the Saviour of the world, and desire that He be both Lord and Christ in your life. Then be water baptized by immersion, in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ as performed on the day of Pentecost so that the first 3,000 souls could find redemption. (Acts 2:38; Romans 6:3-4)
And don't forget to study His Word daily -- your lifeline which gives eyes to your soul for the rest of the world which are still seeking the gospel truth. PEACE BE !
The wages of sin is death. In the eyes of God, there is no distinction between a small sin and sin that is criminal. Indeed, sin is sin.
PEACE BE !
THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 269
The Lord will not suffer His Holy One to see corruption!
Adam’s disobedience seemingly delayed the ultimate plan of God for man's destiny. However, that would possibly be man's reasoning. But in actuality, it separated the wheat from the tares, for being tempted and tried as a result of our prone to sin fallen nature, we are now at least capable of making choices.
We attend schools that are supposed to equip us with tools that allow us to function effectively in society. Unfortunately, some of us fall through the cracks and launch out into life acquiring our education through the “School of hard knocks." Often, from this school we never really graduate but we do earn a down to earth education.
The second school is the “School of Kneeology.” You ask what kind of school is that? Please listen carefully. Before you dig the hole you are in deeper,(resulting from an uphill- downhill- roller coaster ride) I have good news to share.
You are a Son of God. Yes, maybe even a messed up Son of God but you are a Son of God nevertheless. In desperation, tears falling like a river, call upon the name of JESUS. Just call on the God who loves you and you will be delivered! That is the school of kneeology - a place where anyone who attends can graduate with Honours.
Indeed, God loves His creation. So much does God love us that He alone took our debt of sin upon Himself that we the captors of sin, sickness, and disillusionments could obtain salvation. You are the works of His hands and within you is His breath. Use that breath now to ask God into your life. Wrap your breath around your tongue and ask the Lord Jesus to save you.
Ask the Saviour to help you and comfort, strengthen and keep you. Yes, He is Willing to save you. He will carry you through. Nothing shall separate us from the Love of God!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 268
So the Wisdom / Word was veiled in flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory as of the glory of the Only Begotten of His Father full of grace and truth. Jesus was conceived of and by God’s own Holy Spirit full of grace and truth! The one God whose form, we are earthly created form, imaging God’s form.
The only God who brought all that is seen and unseen into visible created form determined that if His plan is to be ongoing, then redemption bringing forth salvation need be purchased. Inasmuch as He searched for a righteous person, it was without success. Therefore, He who knew no sin, became sin for us.
God, in whose earthly image we are formed, containing within us His breath of life decided that even as we His earthly creation were partakers of flesh and blood, that now He also Himself likewise would take part of the same. From God's perspective, if redemption were ever to be provided, then the only solution left, was that He Himself would descend from heaven making Himself of no reputation and taking upon Himself the form of a servant. Therefore, He made Himself a body in the likeness of men and when found in this fashion as a man, He would humble Himself and become obedient unto death even the death of the cross!
Yes! That is immeasurable love. The song writer penned it superbly in the words of the chorus "Down from His Glory - ever living story - My God and Saviour came - And JESUS was his Name. Born in a manger - To His own a stranger - A man of sorrows tears and agony."
The Chorus … Oh, how I Love Him - How I adore Him - He’s my breath - my sunshine - My all in All - The Great Creator became my Saviour - and ALL GOD'S FULNESS DWELLETH IN HIM!
JESUS the promised SEED of blessing to all nations -- including Jew or Gentile --because in the eyes of God there were none who were righteous -- no not one! But Jesus the Christ died for all that were under the condemnation of death.
As such, the old Covenant no longer has validity. In fact, it becomes an obstruction to simple faith! God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself. Jesus is the life of God Himself as a Son. His sacrificial death grants to all those who only deserve unmerited favour. For salvation is not of works. Rather, salvation was purchased for man at no cost to man.
Even supposing that that man knew nothing of the old covenant of law, a man needs only to look at JESUS the tree of Life to receive life. Realizing that the one who hung there on the cross was the shell of God Himself as a Son, laying down His life as the only means of redemption and salvation.
You are not under law. What does the New Testament say? Where there is love there ought to be no law for in JESUS dwells the law of the Spirit of Life, and that Law, CANCELLED FOREVER the law of sin and death!
Come to JESUS just as you are -- where you are. Peace be!
