The Spirit’s veil of flesh was crucified, then buried, being raised from the grave on the third day by the Holy Ghost power -- which power had indwelt the flesh of JESUS. For it was God in Spirit who indwelt JESUS. God having descended from His throne, took upon Himself the form of a Son. For in JESUS did dwell all the fullness of Godhead bodily.
Yes, all the fullness of the Godhead. Not a part for God, or a third of God, because God cannot be divided. In the beginning, God! The same God who made the world and all the things in it. All things visible and invisible were His works. In this latter time -- this dispensation of grace -- this same God who made all things enters the world in form as a son. JESUS, prior to His descent was God in spiritual form.
Therefore, Jesus was not another person or one person within a Godhead. Rather, JESUS was the invisible holy Spirit that came forth from the innermost being of God. Not a created being as some might have you believe. Not a lesser God either, as the modern day religious culture would have you think.
Rather God the invisible revealed Himself in spiritual form. Yes, the invisible holy Spirit of God appeared in visible form, showing Himself in spiritual form seated upon a throne. As the scripture saith, Jesus was God manifest in the flesh. He was in the world and the world made by Him, even when the world knew Him not. (I Timothy 3:16; John 1:10-11)
Thus, this same God whereof we now speak left His throne, descends to earth, appearing in the form of a man - as a Son. It is in this context JESUS was declared to be the Only Begotten Son of God. JESUS was not begat of Adam's race. JESUS came forth from the Seed of God!
The Son of man is the Lord of glory. The first man, Adam, and the second, the Lord from heaven.
Yes, Jesus was depicted in scripture as the Lamb slain before the very foundation of the world. God introducing Himself as the sacrificial lamb who lays down His life as a Son, for the redemption and salvation of a people who were not originally His people. John the baptizer said the same, when seeing Jesus coming toward him said, "Behold, the Lamb of God."
Yes, God was in Christ reconciling the world inhabitants to Himself. God upon completing His planned sacrificial redemptive plan, ascended into heaven, from whence He had descended from His throne. (Acts 1:2-3) God condescending in form for man's redemption, which redemption is complete within itself which is why God declared, IT IS FINISHED!
GOD WAS IN CHRIST whilst JESUS was veiled in flesh. To wit, God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself. (II Corinthians 5:190 However, now the Scriptures reveal that CHRIST IS IN GOD. Recall that JESUS was the SEED of the holy Spirit. Upon the cross, not one bone of JESUS' body was broken, for JESUS was the embryo of the Seed of the Holy Ghost.
The body of JESUS which was a prone to sin body, received in the womb of surrogate mother Mary -- it was that body that received the full punishment for Adam’s disobedience. For JESUS laid down His natural body as payment in full for our redemption. His humanity offered for one and all to behold! The Good Shepherd laid down His life for us whilst we were still His enemies.
JESUS -- now the Christ in God descends in His spiritual flesh and bone body, filled with the Spirit of life, not blood. JESUS appears to many in different ways, and at various times, revealing and teaching to His disciples all things in Scripture that pertained to His death, burial, and resurrection and the Kingdom of God!
JESUS then went in and out amongst them for a period of 40 days and 40 nights until He was taken up from their midst. From henceforth, JESUS directed them by His holy Spirit -- the Holy Ghost and Comforter, which will lead and guide us into all truth.
Peace to all who are in JESUS! Knowing Him is eternal life! Don't let this day go by without seeking His love and mercy in your heart. Yes, Jesus -- King of kings and Lord of lords, Alpha and Omega, the first and the last, the beginning and the ending. Stand in the offering plate.
