"Is He the God of the Jews only? [Is He] not also of the Gentiles? Yes of the Gentiles also. Seeing [it is] One God which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid; yea, we establish the law." (Romans 3:29-31; Galatians 3:8, 20)
What is the law for this New Testament dispensation of grace? To love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, and from His abundant and everlasting love abiding within, to love one another. (Mark 12:29-31; Deuteronomy 6:4)
This commandment has not changed over time. Indeed, Jesus summarized the Ten Commandments into two, when He spoke with the scribe. But some in the modern day religious culture are intent on bringing believers back under the Mosaic and Leviticus law -- the bondage for which Jesus (as both Lord and Christ) paid the ultimate price on a cross. (Acts 2:36-41) And in so doing, have negated the sacrifice made on the cross, when He shed His precious holy blood for you and I.
"In whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace, wherein He hath abounded toward us, in all wisdom and prudence; having made known unto us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure, which He hath purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of times, He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth -- [even] in Him -- in whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of Him who works all things after the counsel of His own will." (Ephesians 1:7-11)
Thus, "there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek for the SAME LORD over all is rich unto all that call upon Him." (Romans 10:11)
This is why we continue to walk worthy of the vocation wherein we are called, because the Lord has circumcised us with His Word in our hearts. The same Word that was in the beginning with God and was God. It was He Himself who was in the world and the world made by Him and yet the world knew Him not. It was He Himself who came unto His own and yet His own received Him not.
Nevertheless, there is only One Lord, One Faith, One Baptism. One God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in you all who believe. (Ephesians 4:5-6)
And His love abounds beyond measure to those whose hearts are focused on Him. As Jesus said, "I AM the Bread of Life; I AM the Light of the world; I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life!"
"To wit, that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself." (II Corinthians 5:19)
Let no man deceive you with vain words that are outside of the scriptures, but rather walk in the light of the Lord, for He is our absolute -- King of kings and Lord of lords.
