Who Is This King of glory? The LORD of Hosts, He Is The King of Glory. Selah; Because It Is Written, Be Ye Holy; For I Am Holy - Part 1842

"Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah." (Psalm 24:10)

"If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, "Whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed." (Romans 10:9-11; Isaiah 28:16)

In this context, there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek; for the SAME LORD over all is rich unto all that call upon Him. As the scripture declares, "For whosoever shall call upon the Name of the Lord shall be saved." (Romans 10:12-13)

When we understand that believing in God our Saviour is our first response -- whom having not seen ye love, confessing with our mouth the Lord Jesus, believing in our heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, our hearts subsequently believe unto righteousness. And thus, our hearts and minds begin to change. Our minds renewed. Our hearts more willing to desire His precious love and mercy.

Why? Because the Lord Jesus is the Giver of life, the Bread from heaven wherein we never hunger; and the living water wherein we will never thirst again.

In fact, all the way through the New Testament, we witness hearts that have been dramatically changed. In example after example, we witness the Lord's mercy on all people. John the baptizer, for example, introduced Jesus as the Lamb of God, pointing to Jesus in everything he did. Peter told the first 3,000 souls saved that Jesus was both Lord and Christ, and that we must believe on Him and be water baptized, in order to be filled with the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:36-41) Paul tells of the son of man who revealed Himself as the Lord of glory when (as Saul), he was blinded by the life.

And then there are those who were healed when Jesus ventured their way, who had their own encounter with the Lord of glory. Drawing from I Peter, we learn about His plan of salvation, that was foreordained before the foundation of the world. Yes, He was manifest in these last times for you. The Word made flesh. God manifest in the flesh.

"And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judges according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, who by Him do believe in God, that raised Him up from the dead, and gave Him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God.

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the Word of God, which lives and abides for ever.

For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withers, and the flower thereof falls away: But the Word of the Lord endures for ever. And this is the Word which by the gospel is preached unto you." (I Peter 1:17-25)

The Word of the Lord that has already been established in heaven. Therefore, he/she that believes on Him is not condemned but he/she that believes not is condemned already because he/she hath not believe in the NAME of the only begotten Son of God. For those who may not know, the Name of the only begotten Son of God is JESUS in this current dispensation of grace, for as the scriptures declare, "He shall save His people from their sins ... Emmanuel, being interpreted, God with us." (Matthew 1:21-23)

His Name given so that we might have salvation in Him. "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son  that whosoever believes IN HIM should not perish but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)

Moreover, whosoever drinks of the water that He gives, shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. When this happens, your cup will runneth over with His joy and peace and love and mercy forevermore. Yes, when we love our Lord God and Saviour Jesus the Christ with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength, we learn of kindness, and how allowing His love to flow through us makes us whole again.

"By pureness, by knowledge, by long suffering, by kindness, by the Holy Ghost, by love unfeigned, by the Word of truth, by the power of God, by the armour of righteousness on the right hand and on the left ..." (II Corinthians 6:6-7)

"That in the ages to come He might shew the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus." (Ephesians 2:7)

"Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, long suffering; forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also [do] ye." (Colossians 3:12)
