The Lord renews our strength so we can run and not be weary, and walk and not faint.
" ... but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint." (Isaiah 40:31)
The Lord renews our minds.
"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." (Romans 12:2)
The Lord renews our inward man daily.
"For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day." (II Corinthians 4:16)
The Lord renews the spirit of our minds.
"... and be renewed in the spirit of your mind;" (Ephesians 4:23)
David also alludes to the Lord's renewing in the book of Psalms --
"Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right Spirit within me." (Psalm 51:10)
" ...who satisfies thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle’s." (Psalm 103:5)
"Thou send forth Thy Spirit, they are created: and thou renew the face of the earth." (Psalm 104:30)
The Lord renews us in knowledge.
And then apostle Paul - "... and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of Him that created him: where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all." (Ephesians 3:9-11)
The Lord renews (stirs up!) the Holy Ghost within ...
" ... not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost!" (Titus 3:5)
