"Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by Him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." (Acts 4:10-12)
"... and being found in fashion as a man, He humbled Himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted Him, and given Him a name which is above every name: that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of [things] in heaven, and [things] in earth, and [things] under the earth ..." (Philippians 2:8-10)
Why Is God's Name Important? More importantly, what is the saving name of God?

As we see from these scriptures, there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. And that name is a name which is above every other name. This is the same name whereby every knee shall bow. It is also the name that the angel of the Lord declared -- "And ye shall call His name JESUS for He shall save His people from their sins." (Matthew 1:21)
Yes, Jesus is the salvation name in this current dispensation of grace.
Peter, standing with the eleven further confirms this name as the one and only salvation name in Acts 2:36-41:
And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, "Save yourselves from this untoward generation."
Then they that gladly received His word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls." (Acts 2:36-41)
"... that we should be to the praise of His glory, who first trusted in Christ. in whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of His glory." (Ephesians 1:12-14)
"Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen." (Jude 1:24)
