According To The Revelation Of The Mystery, Which Was Kept Secret Since The World Began, But Is Now Made Manifest - Part 1798

"Have we not all one Father? Hath not one God created us? Why do we deal treacherously every man against his brother, by profaning the covenant of our fathers?" (Malachi 2:10)

"But to us, [there is but] one God the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him, and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things and we by Him. Howbeit, [there is] not in every man that knowledge; for some with conscience of the idol unto this hour eat [it] as a thing offered unto an idol: and their conscience being weak is defiled." (I Corinthians 8:6)

The mystery that was held from the beginning of the world is that after His kindness and love, God willingly became our Saviour. (Titus 4:3-7) God Himself was manifest in the flesh. (I Timothy 3:16) He was in the world and the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own and His own received Him not. (John 1:10-11) To wit, God was in Christ, the same Christ which hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made instead a curse for us. He paid the price for our sin, and He did so with His precious holy blood.

"And without controversy, great is the mystery of godliness; God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory." (I Timothy 3:16)

Jesus said, "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No man comes to the Father but by Me!" (John 14:6)

And in this current dispensation of grace, our Lord God and Saviour Jesus the Christ desires to reveal Himself to us. Indeed, He wants to reveal Himself to those who knock. But sadly, even with the scriptures readily available to us in some form, there are still those caught up within the modern day religious culture who do not know His Name. How can this be? Because even though we go to church and sign up for religious chores, we don't take the time to open the Word of the Lord. And sadly, as a consequence, "My people perish for lack of knowledge." (Hosea 4:6)

But it does not have to be this way. From the very beginning, God always had a Name which identified Him. Thus, it should not come as a surprise that the same Lord God who created us in the beginning would have a Name in the New Testament. So the question again -- the Name of the promised Christ?

His Name is JESUS, for He shall save His people from their sins.  (Matthew 1:21-23)

How do we know? Because the Lord does not hide His wisdom and knowledge from those believers who seek Him with all their heart, soul, mind, and strength. (Mark 12:29-31; Deuteronomy 6:4)

Therefore, as believers in Jesus as both Lord and Christ by faith, everything we do in word or deed must be in the Name of Jesus. (Acts 2:36-38) His Name, the ONLY NAME whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12) The Name which is ABOVE every other Name. (Philippians 2:9)  The ONLY NAME wherein the apostles were commanded not to preach or teach by the religious culture. The ONLY NAME wherein the cities were divided, when the apostles entered in to proclaim the good news gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

"And this I say, [this] the covenant that was confirmed before of God in Christ ..." (Galatians 3:17)

Don't let this world and its earthly constructs keep you away from the Word of our Lord God. He has so much that He wants to share with you this day. Open your Bible and begin reading. Ask the Lord to lead you into all wisdom and truth. Study to show thyself approved unto God. Stand in the offering plate.
