THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 393

God has declared that JESUS who we crucified is BOTH Lord and the Christ. God descended and man ascended. The Word - the wisdom was veiled in flesh. The Word or Wisdom was and is God. When God spoke, lo it came to pass. Therefore, it is by faith that we believe the worlds were framed by the Word / Wisdom of God. The Word / Wisdom was always with God and never apart from God. Now that Word / Wisdom is to be made manifest in creation.

Yes, the unseen Spirit of God showing forth Himself in visible spiritual form. And in visible spiritual form God is going to call into visible created form all things that were previously invisible. Things existing in the unseen spiritual world. God is going to rule and reign over His own visible creation for the visible creation is God Himself in visible form.

Initially God steps out of the spiritual world and shows forth Himself in visible spiritual form. No God was not pregnant. God Himself came forth from the spiritual realm stepping into another dimension previously unknown. Not as another God but the SAME God previously UNSEEN, now revealling Himself in spiritual visible form.

Not created but begotten. Not begat. The Spirit of God who fills all things is now appearing in visible spiritual form. We are created earthly images. Created in the likeness of God’s now visible spiritual form! God breathed into man and man became a living soul, who God called sons of God. A perfect earthly image of God.

However, the devil showed up and deceived man into disobeying God’s Word. The result was man and woman were banished from the garden of Eden! As a consequence of man’s removal from the Garden man entered into the school of hard knocks -- life. In the days ahead, even until now, man is tempted and tried. Kind of like being on a roller coaster ride. Man messes up really bad until the flood takes man away. The exception is one man named Noah who by the grace of God was found to be righteous in the eyes of the Lord!

God having prepared an ark of safety (which ark typifies the Ark of the New Testament whereby the Lord JESUS the Christ and our baptism into His death saves us). Note: the SEED of promise (Christ) implanted first into Eve was now indwelling Noah and so the genealogy of the SEED of Christ continued.

God's redemptive promise in the midst of all the turmoil down through the ages continued in most part as an unknown. Hid from man’s wisdom. Abraham received a promise like Eve had -- that in him and in His SEED will all the nations of the earth be blessed. Of course, even though Abraham was given the promise he was in the dark as to the meaning. Abraham then thought that the promise pertained to his natural seed.

However, that was not the promise. The promised SEED (Christ) continued passing from generation to generation -- from Abraham into Isaac to Jacob.

Man once again messed up so bad that God added a Law by His servant Moses. Note that the Law was added 430 years after God gave Abraham the Promise of a SEED wherein all nations would be blessed. But the law was not an addition to the promise terminating with the entrance of the SEED of promise. No the law failed miserably. Indeed, if it had not been for God stepping in to provide a means of salvation, mankind would cease to be.

So at the time called the fullness of times ‘which is the time when the SEEDS of promise to EVE and Abraham should be brought forth together by the Holy Spirit whose SEEDS they both were, are now brought together into the womb of a young surrogate girl. Therein, the child is clothed in sin prone flesh inasmuch, as Mary’s sin prone flesh was incapable of doing otherwise. The child's given name was and is JESUS.

JESUS being the Son of the Holy Spirit was God with Us, veiled in sin prone flesh and appearing in fashion as a man. Of course, within the sin prone flesh did dwell the spiritual humanity of God Himself who will -- within that body -- FULFILL all the requirements of the Law. He would do so whilst being tempted and tried in all points like as we and yet never succumbing to the temptation.

Now the law was added UNTIL the SEED should come. Then JESUS, offered Himself as a sin offering virtually undoing the penalties imposed upon man by Adam and Eve’s initial disobedience. JESUS the lamb of God! Yes indeed He most certainly was, being the only begotten Son of the Holy Spirit. JESUS willingly sacrificed His own Son body so that we may now inherit freedom and grace from all penalties, returning to that place where our ancestors Adam and Eve had fallen from.

Within this context, we are now being declared to be adopted sons and daughters of God by Redemption. GOD DESCENDED AND MAN ASCENDED! Through faith in the FINISHED work of redemptive salvation purchased for us by JESUS the Christ ho is God manifest in the flesh as a Son.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 392

God was in the man JESUS the Christ reconciling the world to Himself. So if this is the case, the question is where will or can a person find God? Of course you would find God where He revealed He was. That is, in the man JESUS the Christ. For God is one Spirit. The Spirit of God is everywhere with the exception of one place and that place is inside a man’s inner being. His heart. Man through disobedience was cut off from fellowship with God resulting in sin laying between God and His creation.

Since that beginning in the Garden, we have learned that here is none who have not sinned. Why? Because all of us have sinned. All of us are exiled. Yes, each and every one of us. But God is not unaware of our lost estate for there is nothing hid from God's eyes.

Indeed, God is going to have for Himself a visible created Kingdom fashioned after His spiritually invisible Kingdom. This means that creation [obviously] is a work in progress. First, God steps out of the spiritual world to reveal Himself in visible spiritual form. Then He creates man in an earthy image of His form. God breathes into man the breath of life which in turn allows man to become a living soul. Man messes up and is, as a consequence cursed. This acts as a death sentence pronounced upon Adam and Eve and out of the Garden of Eden they are sent.

Still, God who knows the end from the beginning has all the bases covered. Before any creation came forth, God knew that He would have to be man’s Saviour. For it is written, JESUS is as a lamb slain before God had created anything. Note here that JESUS was not created.

So out of the garden the two went. Their growth was now impeded because of sin. Instead of being tutored by God, they now were under the rule of a new schoolmaster. The devil. However, prior to their expulsion from the garden, God in His mercy planted into Eve one new seed of promise, which SEED would in future time ‘bruise the serpent or devil's head.'

The Christ [life] of God was in that SEED. God implants into Abraham another SEED of promise saying to Abraham that, ‘In this SEED will all the nations of the earth be blessed." Now we have two SEEDS. These two SEEDS passed into Isaac, but were not to be born of Isaac. The SEEDS pass through ISAAC into JACOB journeying on as in the genealogy until what is called the fullness of times arrives. It is during this time the two SEEDS had arrived in a young virgin girl.

The Holy Spirit now brings His own two promised SEEDS together into the womb of Mary, who is a most willing and consenting surrogate mother. She expresses great joy over having been chosen of God to be the surrogate mother of the Lord. Her Spirit rejoices in God her Saviour. She was blessed among women but not as some might suggest -- above women.

The angel then declares that the holy thing that shall be born of Mary shall be called the Son of God and the child’s GIVEN name JESUS -- Immanuel or God with us.
The expression THING refers to a body that is clothed in Adam’s sinful flesh for in such flesh was the SEED of the Holy Spirit clothed upon in Mary’s sin prone womb.

JESUS, being the SEED of the Holy Spirit was in that child. The child appearing as we are. However, in this child dwells the eternal Spirit of God. You see JESUS was God Himself manifest in flesh as a man. The indwelling Spirit was the very life of God whose SEED JESUS was.

So if one wants to come to God the question is this. Who is the Father of all things? Has this been revealled to you? Yes, one must come to the Son for in the Son dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And if you desire to talk to God and you think that you cannot find Him, just call upon His name JESUS. I can guarantee that the Spirit of God who was in the man JESUS will come to you faster than your eyes can twinkle.

Conversely, if you chose not to come to JESUS who is the Son of the Holy Spirit you can never be saved. For JESUS is God Himself as a Son, man’s only Saviour. JESUS or GOD with Us sacrificed His Son's body for you and me, so that we could now be to the Holy Spirit the body of Christ. A people redeemed by the blood of the Holy Spirit. The ISRAEL of God. A Holy Nation. A Temple in which the Holy Spirit is pleased to dwell. A Temple not made with man’s hands.

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 391

Then JESUS opened their understanding so that they too might understand the scriptures. Amazingly, some folks endeavour to translate the New Testament by what they think the Old covenant is saying. But that cannot be done accurately. If we use the analogy of the scriptures being a jig saw puzzle, then we know that while there may be shadows, the shadows will have no relevance until that same shadow fits into the appropriate situational happening!

The apostles for example were always in the dark. Or at least without understanding. That is until JESUS expounded to them what the true meaning of His prophetic Word meant or conversely, the event concerning Himself that was about to be fulfilled!

Further, the New Testament reveals the true meaning of scriptural types and shadows, particularly those that are hidden in the Old covenant. Note that of those that are hidden in the old covenant, in all cases these speak of JESUS. For JESUS said that within the volumes of the book it is written of Me. We also learn from the scriptures that when the Son of God came, He gave us an understanding so that we may know Him who is true. Know that we are in Him that is true, even in His Son JESUS the Christ. And similarly know that He is the true God that provides eternal life. (I John 5:20)

Prior to the crucifixion, the Jews are called Israelite or the title of God's chosen people. After the crucifixion, they are called Jews -- a sign that through their rejection of the Christ the Kingdom of Heaven has been taken away from them and given instead to the redeemed believers from all nations. Therefore, the people who were not a people prior to the crucifixion of JESUS have been grafted into the tree of life. The natural branch was cut off because of their unbelief. This was when
Christianity came to the Gentiles.

The Gospel begins with the words. "The book of the genealogy [in Greek Genesis] of JESUS the Christ. The promised SEED implanted into Eve by the Holy Spirit and that SEED is the Seed that will bruise the serpent’s head. The second SEED of promise was implanted into Abraham and another genealogy is presented!"

Both of these SEEDS were the SEEDS of the Holy Spirit of God which travelled down through the ages until the fullness of time arrived. That time was when the Holy Spirit brought these two seeds of promise together into the womb of a surrogate virgin girl. The angel declaring to Mary that that which is conceived within her is of the Holy Spirit. These seeds coming forth from the Holy Spirit is declared to be ‘God with us' and the given name is JESUS.

Still, even in the face of the scriptures, many will still endeavour to establish that JESUS was the natural son of Joseph and Mary and that JESUS was buried in the family grave. This may, in part explain why the Jews were cut off -- because of their continuous unbelief.

Do you recall how the Jews had the Roman guards protect the tomb into which the body of JESUS was laid? At the time, the Jews were terrified in case someone should come and remove JESUS' body. But regardless of their efforts, the stone which blocked the entrance to the tomb was rolled away. When they looked in, the body garments were still lying in the same place. Only the head wrappings were set aside. These wrappings indicate that the HEAD of the Church body -- JESUS -- was finished with death. Yes, indeed. He arose from death!

JESUS wept over Jerusalem saying, "How often would I have gathered you under my wings and you would not come." Sadly, this is because unbelief prevents anyone from entering into the promised blessings! In fact many profess Abraham to be their father. But Abraham rejoiced in the SEED of promise JESUS! Abraham being the father of faith for it is recorded that Abraham believed God and his faith was accounted to Him as being righteous!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 390

Let us build three tabernacles - one for you Lord, one for Moses (law) and one for Elias (prophets). Well, if you recall from the scriptures, that pronounced thought received an immediate reaction from heaven. In this case, it was not just "forgive them Father for they know not what they do" but rather "forgive them for they do not understand the intensity of what they have just spoken."

This is not to suggest that Moses (representative of the law) and Elias (representative of the prophets) was not important. Indeed, Moses and Elias were instrumental in the plan of God’s salvation. However, what we need to note here is that the directive Words of God came to them. These Words of God did not originate in them. There is a difference. Moses and Elias were, so to speak, faithful servants ministering only the message which was committed to them.

But JESUS was and is the LORD of Glory manifest in the flesh. Manifest as a Son over His own household! JESUS being God who was formerly unseen is now God with us. This means in the simplest terms that JESUS is the source of all Word. As it is written, "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God." (John 1)

Yes! The Word spoken through the mouth of the man JESUS was God’s own Word! This is why the people pressed toward JESUS -- to hear the Word of God -- for JESUS Word was spoken with power. In other words, JESUS is the same God who spoke the worlds into existence. For it is written that without JESUS there is nothing made that is made. All things exist by JESUS and for JESUS.

Therefore, JESUS is the unseen Spirit of God seen. In looking for God, it was Jesus who turned up. God then is not three distinct and separate persons as some religious folks (and others) like to suggest. That revised falsification of the scriptures did not come from God but of man, appearing first in 300 AD by the so called church fathers.

For it is written ... even though being found in fashion as a man, JESUS thought it not robbery to be equal with God. When JESUS speaks, it is God who is speaking. It is the Spirit of God within that veil of flesh speaking. How often did JESUS say in the scriptures that it was not Him/ME (in the flesh) that speaks and does these things but rather, it was/is His/My father within Me, it is He that does these things. This is why JESUS must have the pre-eminence in all things. Down through the ages it was the Spirit of the Christ within persons that caused them to delight in the Lord. This delight did not come about of themselves.

And the reason why this message is so important? Well, when people speak about King David or Solomon, there is, at times a tendency to exalt them to sainthood. They do so even when they know that both David and Solomon were very bad dudes. Remember, David would become a condemned convict for premeditated murder, a planner and schemer of evil, and even an adulterer. In terms of Solomon, how many women's lives did he waste in his endeavour to satisfy the cravings of his flesh? Evil flourished within them. And such were some of us until JESUS appeared in our lives.

JESUS on the other hand came and preached peace. He preached the beatitudes and about love, mercy and compassion. Never before upon this earth had a man lived and spoke as JESUS did. For JESUS was the Life of God Himself, manifest in the flesh as a Son. This explains why we ought to endeavour to walk in His footsteps recognizing that it was the Spirit of the humanity of Christ within persons that caused them to bring forth the psalms, the hymns and spiritual songs. It was also this same Spirit of the humanity of Christ that causes men to speak Words of wisdom.

For in the beginning was the Word - JESUS! Come to Jesus today! Let Him show you the power of love that transcends all understanding!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 389

Melchisedec met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the Kings and blessed Him. Of all places, who would have thought that the Priest of God would appear and then in appearing bring in His Hands bread and wine. The point to note here is that God’s promise to Abraham concerning the SEED Christ was given 430 years before the Law was given. This point is equally important because it shows that the redeemed of the Lord are not under Moses' Law. Neither are we under that covenant. To listen to some religious folks today, one might actually be led to believe that we are still under the Law.

But the good news is that we are not under law. We are not under Moses because the Mosaic Law is not of faith. What we are, even as Abraham was, is justified by faith. Further, grace and truth came by JESUS the Christ! Salvation is not hinged upon any works of righteousness which we have done. Rather, JESUS, God manifest in the flesh has wiped the slate clean from the error of our ways. Man’s salvation from God Himself becoming Man’s saviour would have otherwise been an impossibility for God has decreed that all have sinned and fallen short of His required righteousness. Note also that Melchisedec did not appear to Abraham at any designated time as presented under the Law. Why? Because we are not under the old covenant.

If we were under the old covenant, then Christ would have died in vain and the promise of redemption in Christ would be unobtainable through faith alone! Thankfully, this is not the case. Is it any wonder that Paul declares in Galatians "Who has bewitched you?" Before your eyes JESUS has been presented as the end - the conclusion - to the Law! These believers had began so well in their faith but then in time began to think later that they were perfected by the works of the Law. For example, they started to keep days, months, times and seasons to which Paul responded, "I am afraid for you. Have I bestowed labour upon you in vain?"

As stated repeatedly, JESUS died to bear our sins in His own body at Calvary. JESUS was buried. His sin prone body cursed. But then JESUS rose from the tomb after 3 days and 3 nights for our justification. JESUS' death, burial, resurrection justifying us freely from all things which the Law because of the weakness of our flesh could have never accomplish! It was then that JESUS ascended into heaven and sat down indicating that the work of our redemptive salvation is now complete. And that, this great salvation cannot be amended by anyone.

Yes, JESUS our High Priest after the order of Melchisedec and not after the order of the Law has in His hands bread and wine symbolical of His own flesh and blood. Therefore, we do not come together in any particular day. For as often as we eat this bread and drink this wine we remember the ONE sacrifice of the Son of God who is the Child of the Holy Spirit! As such, we come boldly to the Throne of Grace because in God’s hands is the New Testament! Today, call upon JESUS. Reach out to Him. For He will PASSOVER you giving to you freely the gift of eternal life! Peace to all in JESUS name!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 388

What follows is a partial list of evidence disputing the authenticity of Matthew 28:19 A Collection of Evidence Against the Traditional Wording of Matthew 28:19 written by Clinton D. Willis [CWillis@ipa.net]

Catholic Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger:(today’s pope ref.) He makes this confession as to the origin of the chief Trinity text of Matthew 28:19. "The basic form of our [Matthew 28:19 Trinitarian]profession of faith took shape during the course of the second and third centuries in connection with the ceremony of baptism. So far as its place of origin is concerned, the text [Matthew 28:19]came from the city of Rome." The Trinity baptism and text of Matthew 28:19 therefore did not originate from the original Church that started in Jerusalem around AD 33. It was rather, as the evidence proves, a later invention of Roman Catholicism -- completely fabricated. Unfortunately, very few know about these historical facts.

"The Demonstratio Evangelica" by Eusebius: Eusebius was the Church historian and Bishop of Caesarea. On page 152, Eusebius quotes the early book of Matthew that he had in his library in Caesarea. According to this eyewitness of an unaltered Book of Matthew, it could have been the original book or the first copy of the original book of Matthew. Eusebius informs us of Jesus' actual words to his disciples in the original text of Matthew 28:19: "With one word and voice He said to His disciples: "Go, and make disciples of all nations in My Name, teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you." That "Name" is Jesus.

On page 61 Professor and Church historian Walker, reviles the true origin and purpose of Matthew 28:19. This text is the first man-made Roman Catholic Creed that was the prototype for the later Apocryphal Apostles' Creed. Matthew 28:19 was invented along with the Apocryphal Apostles' Creed to counter so-called heretics and gnostics that baptized in the name of Jesus Christ! Marcion although somewhat mixed up in some of his doctrine still baptized his converts the Biblical way in the name of Jesus Christ. Matthew 28:19 is the first non-Biblical Roman Catholic Creed! The spurious Catholic text of Matthew 28:19 was invented to support the newer triune - Trinity -doctrine. Therefore, Matthew 28:19 is not the "Great Commission of Jesus Christ." Matthew 28:19 is the great Catholic hoax! Acts 2:38, Luke 24:47, and I Corinthians 6:11 give us the ancient original words and teaching of Jesus! Further to this point, is it not also strange that Matthew 28:19 is missing from the old manuscripts of Sinaiticus, Curetonianus and Bobiensis?

The Catholic University of America in Washington, D. C. 1923, New Testament Studies Number 5: "The Lord's Command To Baptize An Historical Critical Investigation." by Bernard Henry Cuneo. Quoting from page 27, "The passages in Acts and the Letters of St. Paul. These passages seem to point to the earliest form as baptism in the name of the Lord. ... Is it possible to reconcile these facts with the belief that Christ commanded his disciples to baptize in the trine form? Had Christ given such a command, it is urged, the Apostolic Church would have followed him, and we should have some trace of this obedience in the New Testament. No such trace can be found. The only explanation of this silence, according to the anti-traditional view, is this the short christological (Jesus Name) formula was (the) original, and the longer trine formula was a later development."

To you and I is the Word of Salvation sent. Therefore, save yourself from this untoward generation and be obedient, obeying the message of the Holy Spirit as recorded in Acts chapter 2 verses 37-42. It was here that the first 3000 believers were gladly baptized into the Name of the Lord Jesus the Christ. Peace to all as you submit to the command of the Holy Spirit of JESUS!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 387

Why air brush the scriptures with catchy one liners? For your words and my words cannot revise or supplement the written scriptures. Indeed, the Gospel is God’s Word brought down from Heaven and delivered to us in the face of JESUS the Christ who was and is ‘God manifest in the flesh.' In appearance even as we are. For it was not possible that He should appear otherwise. If He had, then He would have been alien to us. However, when God became man, we gain insights into why He desired to be made like unto His brethren.

In the beginning, we know that Adam (and Eve) sinned. As a consequence, we inherited his sinful nature which he brought upon himself by dismissing God’s instructions. As it is written, by one man’s disobedience sin entered into the world and the judgment for disobedience to the Word of God was death. Therefore to undo the imposed death penalty necessitated the death of a sinless righteous man. But since there was no such person to be found on earth, God was willing to make the sacrifice Himself. Because every one of us has sinned, God found in Himself a way whereby man could obtain redemption. A way to compensate for the fact that Adam’s now sinful seed could not bring forth any such person. And that being the case, all things would have remained in that sinful realm forever.

But God stepped into an otherwise impossible situation declaring, "I the LORD your God will become man’s Saviour!" Think about this for a moment. "I the Lord your God will become your Saviour!" Then as we read from the scriptures, God provides of Himself a pure Holy un-defiled SEED. A NEW blood line that is so unlike the Adamic blood line. The blood whereof we speak here is the blood of the Holy Spirit.

Yes, God provided two seeds of Himself -- one female and one male. These two seed lines are presented in the scriptures. The first genealogy emerging from Eve and the second from Abraham. These two seeds were brought together in the womb of a consenting virgin girl named Mary. In her womb the child of the Holy Spirit was clothed upon in sin prone flesh coming forth from her in appearance as we are. The child was given a name. His name is JESUS the same child declared in the scriptures to be ‘God with us.' So what is God’s name? Think about it. If ‘JESUS was God with Us’ then surely God’s name must be JESUS!

In this context, God has declared ‘that there is no salvation to be found in any other name. While admittedly, there are some who would argue this point by inventing names or translating JESUS into another language, their attempts to revise the scriptures does not negate what the Bible says. The Scriptures - the Word of God - still stands correct even when one attempts to air brush the scriptures. The message is remains accurate. That is, JESUS is the GIVEN name and in that Name shall we trust.

Still, in some circles, the name of JESUS remains despised. Like the devil they believe there is a God. They forget that the devil also knows God’s name and trembles. Further, unlike the devil, those that choose to despise Jesus have no idea who God is. Neither will they if they don't attempt to know Him. For how can anyone trust in a God that one does not know?

The scriptures provide similar scenarios that we can learn from. For example, Paul believed in God and went about doing what he believed at the time was God’s business. From Paul's perspective, this meant getting rid of the JESUS people. In fact, Paul was watching and consenting to Stephen being stoned to death. But that incident as we read in the scriptures was the straw that broke the camel's back. JESUS was no longer sitting down! Rather, JESUS was on His feet about to intervene when Stephen prayed. It was here that the course of history was altered. This is not to suggest that judgment was not administered. Indeed, it was. JESUS cut off the feet of the Jews. As it is written, the scriptures declared that they always resisted the Holy Spirit, even as their fathers before them also did. When JESUS later met Paul, He confronted him saying, "It is hard for you to kick against your conscience." Paul cried out ‘Who are you Lord? and JESUS answered, "I AM JESUS!"

As such, there is no salvation to be found in any other name. Even when others try to reshuffle the scriptures 2000 years after the fact, there is no other name whereby people can be saved. There is only one name. That name is JESUS. Jesus is the given name. It is this name that is ABOVE every other name in Heaven and on earth! Save yourself from those who oppose the testimony of eye witnesses! Read Acts chapter 2 verses 37-42 and follow the example of the first 3000 believers who gladly obeyed the scriptures. THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 386

"And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God." (Luke 1:35)
The scriptures clearly say that JESUS was conceived of the Holy Ghost. Further, the angel, as a messenger of God declared to Mary that holy thing which is conceived in her was of the Holy Ghost. Mary upon hearing this news states, "How can this be seeing that I have never known a man?" So how can these things be? Let's start at the beginning.

Do you remember when Adam and Eve were in the garden of Eden just prior to being cast out? God gave a promise that the SEED of a woman would bruise the serpent's head. Well, that promised SEED was implanted into Eve. Later, Adam and Eve had children - offspring - named Cain and Abel. As we read later in the scriptures, we see that sin was manifested in Cain and Abel's lives. Later, another son named Seth is born. Then, as the scriptures report, men began to call upon the name of the Lord.

What we learn from this is that in order to call upon the "name" of the Lord, obviously the LORD must have had a name. What happened is that the promised SEED had passed through EVE into Seth. From Seth's birth the genealogy of the SEED passed down through the ages. (Further details on the genealogy can be found by referring to previous posts).

The scriptures later state that Abraham also received a SEED of promise. So we now have two seeds of promise. Abraham and Sarah then have a son named Isaac and the two seeds of promise now pass into Isaac. Another genealogy is then recorded in the scriptures starting from Abraham.

In reviewing the records, the scriptures show how the promised two seeds travel throughout the era. These are the two seeds that were brought together in the womb of a surrogate mother Mary. Not of Mary. Rather the child seeded by the Holy Ghost was the Son of God. The child was clothed upon with sin prone flesh, for Mary's body was incapable of doing otherwise. Why? Because Mary herself was a product of Adam’s sin prone race. Plus, the child conceived of the Holy Ghost had in His veins the blood of the Holy Ghost.

The same blood which was shed at Calvary. Yes, the blood of His holy Spirit - pure, holy and un-defiled. God's blood for JESUS was God HIMSELF manifest in sin prone flesh. On the inside He was God but on the outside He appeared as a man. Therefore, He is the Author of the New Testament. Our salvation was purchased for us by the same God who is the Holy Ghost while similarly a man. God Himself manifested as a man. (I Timothy 3:16)

"He was in the world and the world was made by Him and the world knew Him not. He came unto His own and His own received Him not." (John 1:10-11)

God in Christ. God our Saviour.

His name is Jesus. (Matthew 1:21-23)

Jesus - God in the flesh fulfilled all the required penalties that justice required for man’s ransom. And He said, "It is finished!" This is why we live in the New Testament. The Old Covenant has no bearing whatsoever upon the new. Remember that the promised SEED of the New Testament preceded the Law by 430 years. Therefore, the old cannot be an addendum to the New testament. This is because the new is the unearned gift of God to ALL those who believe in Him.

"By grace are ye saved through faith ..." (Ephesians 2:5, 8)

"But if I do, though ye believe not Me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father is in Me, and I in Him." (John 10:30, 38)

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 385

The scriptures confirm that there is only one God and only one mediator between God and man. The mediator is the man JESUS the Christ. For it was God Himself as a Son who is the One Mediator that intervenes for us. He having laid down his natural life which He had received in the womb of His surrogate mother Mary. For it is written that it was God Himself as a Son who mediates over His own household. And who is His household? Us! We are the household. Further, there was none righteous. No not one. There was none who could pay the price for man’s redemption. Therefore, God in His love and mercy veiled Himself in flesh and dwelt among us as a ‘man’ living a sinless life. And even though He was tempted and tried in all points even as we are, He was perfect. Further, no man took JESUS life. Why? Because that would have been an impossibility. For at any point in time, the Lord of Glory JESUS could have called for a legion of angels to deliver Him from captivity. Instead, JESUS willingly allowed mankind to maul His natural body for you and I. As we know, the wages of sin is death. But in this case, death being the penalty of sin was wrongfully administered for JESUS who committed no sin. Yet upon His sinless, (yet prone to sin) body was laid the sins of the whole world. This dedication to you and I was previously decided upon in prayer and that, as a consequence He would drink the cup of our sin. Not my will states the scriptures but Thy will be done! “… Therefore, there is no escape from the great and terrible wrath of God which must be poured out inadvertently upon all those who reject the offer of salvation which He (God as a Son) Himself through much pain and agony obtained. The offer of salvation whereby mankind should be freely exonerated from all sin. This is why it will no longer be death alone that is the required punishment. Or that mercy will no longer available. Indeed, when the door to mercy closes, the door of wrath will open. In this regard, it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Here we speak of an eternal death in a place called Hell, where there is no death as we know it. Rather, only eternal torment. Yes, agreed, it is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. This is why we should turn to God, recognizing the immeasurable and unconditional love of God which has been demonstrated before the whole world. This is also why we have been made fully aware through the scriptures that at Calvary, the crucifixion was the pivotal point where good and evil fought the battle for man’s redemption. At this time, the devil thought that if JESUS were crucified that would be his victory. Oh but how wrong he was. For in the death of Christ my Lord, we the prisoners of sin were set free. At Calvary, the raging battle was declared - over. The victory won! This is why we bring forth the Royal Diadem and Crown JESUS the Christ Lord over all! Today, as a consequence of the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross, we have a New Testament written in blood. His blood! Spilled for you and I so that we might find salvation. A New Testament that cannot be likened to the old covenant which was written in stone. And thus, you and I are free by the sacrifice of the one God who made the heavens and the earth. For it is He Himself (as a Son) who has bore all of our sin in His own body upon a tree! This is why we are no longer under the law. This is why we can be confident in loving the Lord our God - JESUS even as He has first loved us! Believe and receive JESUS today. Thank Him for all that He does each and every day for you and I. And then follow Jesus as the first 3000 did in Acts 2:37-42. Why? Because you can be saved because He redeemed you!

THE LORD IS MY SHEPHERD - PART 384

This post pertains to the universal proclamation of the Gospel.

The scriptures state that because of their unbelief, the Jews exiled themselves from the blessings that were offered freely to each and every one who believed in the one God who had down through the ages set forth great and precious promises. Indeed, God Himself appears in flesh to actuate all the afore promised blessings.

First, the prerequisite being that God by Himself must purchase redemption. Redemption then ushers in a new age of Grace and Mercy! Within this context, the Gentiles believed and received the afore mentioned promises. They did so not because they were deserving of such but rather they inherited the promises even as Abraham had in days of yore. They simply believed that God alone can save and as such, it was accounted to them as righteousness.

If we read the scriptures, we learn that JESUS told the Jews that the promise of the Kingdom of God would be taken away from them and given to another nation -- if they did not believe. We also read that a kingdom must be established on principles and JESUS -- God with us -- sowed the seed of the first principles in both Word and deed. This is the Gospel of the Kingdom of God.

Every kingdom has a door of entry. In fact, GOD in the man JESUS the Christ is the ‘passport required’ to show that one is a citizen of the Kingdom of God. There is only one door. This is the gospel message we are to preach to all nations starting at Jerusalem. Preaching repentance and remission of sins to all nations. The first 3000 to believe were told to repent and be baptized into the name of JESUS who is the Christ for the remission of all sin. (Acts 2:38)

And upon obediently doing so they received the promised gift of the Holy Ghost to indwell them. The same offer stands today! This gospel is your passport to eternal life -- officially stamped by God’s promises -- officially sealed with His Holy Spirit Of Promise.

While the church fathers of the day continue to issue false passports saying that one can be saved by priests or by Mary or by transubstantiation or by being baptized into the titles (father, son, spirit,) the scriptures still stand as the authentic Word of God. The rest is just man-made institutional religion pushing the traditions of men. Do not fall for this pretentious gospel!

Come to the kingdom of GOD. Read Acts chapter 2 verses 37 thru 42 for your edification and learning. And then, stand in the offering plate with your Lord God and Saviour.
